But I will chip in and say how bad they are for killing innocent women and children on their way to work and school with random bombing. We should arrest anyone that is found guilty of funding any terrorist organization AND shut down any business front that is providing support to them. Dom

    It is a Mosque. They called it that from the beginning. Then they changed it to a community center after people got upset. If you paint a pig blue, it is still a pig. Does it matter how long they operated in the US? Bottom line, they were DIRECTLY funding Hamas. Why would you try to sugar coat that? It has been proven and they have been sent to jail and the Terrorist Organization was shut down. I never said he was guilty of anything. In fact. If you read my post. I said "if" he knew what this organization was about then he is in big trouble. My opinion is that he and the El Gamal guy are shady and this whole thing stinks. I will keep saying it.     HLF is (was) a terrorist organization so he will now be investigated. It's not an allegation, it is fact. There is a paper trail AND he admitted it. Keep defending him though. Just shows that you don't want to see the truth that is starting to come out. Dom

Five of its leaders were convicted of providing material support directly to Hamas. As a result of the HLF trail. They also found direct links between the Council of American-Islamic Relations and Hamas . These dudes worked with terrorists while working with the FBI. Now, if El Zanati knew what this organization was really about. It changes everything as far as religious freedom goes. He may even go to jail. Now they will also dig deeper into El Gamal as well. Where did all his money come from? While everyone else is reporting on the religious angle. A local reporter here on Ch. 5, has been digging into El Zanati. Nothing on the web yet.     Its just proof that if it isnt your time, it isnt your time. In the pic that I attached. Black guy in the middle with the beard. He went in from about 2k with maybe 5 feet of material out. He lived, this pic was taken maybe a year and a half after he basically bounced. He was broke up pretty good, but he recovered. It just wasnt his time. Dom

    When I was still in the Army, we used to send R.A. troops to the Mexico border to observe drug smugglers. Orders were to observe and report to the border patrol. I personally watched three crossings. We reported it as ordered and then watched as they switched drugs from one vehicle to another. Then they just drove away. Border Patrol showed up at least 45 minutes late each time. We have been watching and DOING nothing for years and years. Dom

    They seem to have left out the Sexual Assault Charges from this list. They did a story on NY1 last night about this. It didnt get specific, but he had at least one sexual assault charge as well. I just want to know how the guy went from a waiter to a big time developer in less then 5 years. Seems kinda strange to me. Dom
