Actually, in taking nutrition classes it is well known that vitamins and minerals cannot be absorbed by the system when there's caffiene there. Rule of thumb is to take your vitamins/minerals at least 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after drinking your coffee in the morning. Change the first part to "keep" instead of "return" and you'll have part of the conversation that occurred around the table this weekend here. One of my dear friends lost their son in Iraq this past month. On May 28th to be exact. They were immigrants to this country and waiting until August to be granted full citizenship here. Their son joined the U.S. Army to serve his new country. On the 27th he wrote he was okay and would be on base for a few days not to worry. On the 28th he was dead. His troop was sent on a mission to rescue a downed helicopter and a road-side bomb incinerated their vehicle. His father served in the Afghan war (they were immigrants from Russia). They have a very different view of the world than those of us here, protected from that lifestyle. They agree that Sadaam was what kept that part of the world in check, dispite the evils he perpetrated. It was a very somber weekend, here. The grief was immense. Directe joined you guys... We had a meet of our own in Eloy. Small turnout, but good fun nonetheless. Yes, Directe did along with (on round 2) Johnnie "Broken" Eagle (again). Instant canopy on that round. The Eagle was on ice the rest of the day... Good thing they thought of an team alternate! As per Jeff Levy, yes the disc has to be finalized before it can be viewed. Heard it on his radio show just this past weekend. sidenote: He also recommends that people -don't- buy the DVD camcorder due to its poorer quality of footage (already compressed). He continues to recommend the miniDV tape cameras (like we all like to use here).
