Yeah, here in So. Cal. too. Kinda nice to do yard work, though. Since I haven't been home during daylight hours for quite awhile (since Nationals actually) my yard really needed attention. Oh, and the sleeping in thing was very nice, too.

Welcome, Jim! As stated before in a previous post, the group of amputees, named "Pieces of Eight", are indeed a skydiving family of friends. HERE is a little history on them and how they got started. Was speaking with a co-worker today. He's a HUGE U2 fan. He has all their albums, including one that's not listed here. He laughed when I mentioned the 1,2,3...14 thing and said that there's a whole controversial discussion going on about this song. And that U2 isn't speaking up on the subject. Saw it last night with a couple of skydivers. At first we weren't too thrilled to see the hordes of pre-6 years olds accompanying their parents, thinking this would be a HUGE distraction to our enjoyment. The theater was packed at Perris, yet the kids behaved themselves very well! In fact, their laughter in just the right places made this movie better experience.
