Went by my local Ford dealership tonight, in hopes of test driving the '05. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock! Seems that as soon as they get them in, they're gone! So far I've only seen one on my way to work. Guess they're keeping their early production numbers down. I bet if you're first in line at the "After Thanksgiving Sale" at some digital camera outlet you'll be able to fill that wish list a bit more easily. :^) As for capturing digital prints from a video camera. Fascinating. As you remember, my favorite class in my Physical Therapy degree was Gross Anatomy. Hands on from the skinning through the nervous system. We're going to have to take a 'field day' trip down there before the exhibit leaves. A group of Physical Scientists enjoying the wonder of our physical being and creation will be a fantastic experience (again). Thanks. Yeah, she was beautiful. '98 225 GT. Custom ordered. Took 8 weeks to make it and get it to me. Delivered November 11, 1997. Still remember the day. 104306 miles when she was taken from me (totaled when an idiot ran a stop sign and t-boned the drivers side door) on May 3, 2003. I'd always loved the '64.5 since I was a kid. My '98 was the first custom car I ever owned. Man, I miss her. Nothing that has followed (including the new 2005) can fit the bill. Doesn't handle right even though the engine sound brings tears to my eyes. Well, kinda. Took in a movie (home theatre), cooked a home made cinnamon toast and bacon breakfast, played in the snow, took a LONG hot bath with bubbles, sitting here in front of the fireplace now...drapes open at my front window...watching the snow flakes fall. House work...what house work....don't hear that broom and mop calling at all (snuggling deeper into my blankie with another cup of hot coffee in hand...quite music playing in the background...

When we were standing out in from of Jim Wallace's place yesterday late afternoon, Gail pointed north and remarked that we were going to have a weather change. I looked and the entire sky was grey, clear down to the ground. "Sure, weather change", I thought....rain perhaps overnight. Didn't even --think-- of snow down here!! Yeah, Shimmie LOVES the stuff! I haven't seen her smile like this in a long time. She's asleep in front of the fireplace now.
