I'm due an upgrade on my mobile phone package and have a choice of these phones. I would really prefer a Nokia phone as that is what I am used to and a camera would be quite fun. I'm looking at the 6600 and the 6230 atm and I'd rather not spend too much. So... what would you get? Vicki

As someone else with very small hands (although Caroline's hands are quite a bit smaller than mine) I know exactly what she means about how the cold can make it almost impossible to feel/grip and I totally agree with what she says about thick gloves or two pairs of gloves reducing mobility for small hands. I also wonder if maybe small hands feel the cold more than bigger hands? I don't know what the answer is here, but I'm glad that this situation turned out ok. Vicki -

Sudafed is on the restricted list for parachuting competitions and banned for all other forms of aviation competitions. Restricted basically means that you need a letter from your doctor if you need to take it during competition. I looked into this A LOT pre Nationals last year! Vicki

I have dreadful problems with allergies etc. all summer. After suffering and at times just not jumping because of them for 10 years, I finally went to see my GP last year. He suggested that I use Beconase spray with the option to take Sudafed (which in the UK anyway is a decongestant not an antihistamine) as well if I needed it. The Beconase has worked absolute wonders for me and it's now v rare for me to have to sit out a day of jumping due to allergy induced congestion. hth! Don't know if you guys get Beconase in the US (I can't see why not - I can buy it without prescription in the UK), but PM me if you want to know what is in it as I'm sure you will be able to get something similar even if by a different name.
