Have you tried addressing this question to Sunpath? They should be able to advise... Just my opinion, but personally I'd go with the largest reserve that my container would safely take.

As UK DZs go, Netheravon is undoubtedly one of the best. The facilities are excellent - large indoor packing area, good canteen, cheap and fun bar, large bunkhouse and hot showers. The landing area is enormous! The aircraft are well looked after with occasional novelty aircraft/extra aircraft being brought in for special events. Turnaround time between loads tends to be pretty quick. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional and there is coaching available in pretty much all disciplines. There is weekend FS load organising from basic up to experienced level. This is a great DZ with a friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy good skydives in good company and will always be made to feel welcome. Did I mention that the parties rock?!

It would be a very close competition between an amazing Pizzeria in central Naples and an equally amazing Pizzeria just up the hill from the excavation site of Herculaneum (modern day Ercolano). The two best pizzas I have ever had the joy to eat!

I haven't been to Gap, but I certainly notice the difference in landings between sea level and Eloy which is at approx 1,500ft. Vicki

Last year I had acupuncture for sinus problems which were not caused by allergies but certainly worsened by them. It worked a treat in the short term, but 5-6 days later they were much the same as they were before having the treatment. It involved something like 12 needles in my face for 30 minutes. It wasn't painful as such but neither was it pleasant. Having said that, if my sinuses got that bad again I'd do it again any time! Vicki
