Buy one that's bigger than the wall, and fold back the edges to fit.

Yes. This is why many states exempt things like food... and clothing from sales tax. Well if guns are such a vital thing to own for personal protection, then we should exempt them from sales tax too, right? Having tax-free food doesn't help if some thug can just walk into your apartment and steal it from you. You gotta have a tax-free gun to go with it to protect your milk and cookies.

Don't be silly. If they can't afford a $25 gun tax, they certainly can't afford the components to a 3-D printer. And they would need a computer to run it, wouldn't they? Geez, how much is that going to cost 'em? Are we going to give the poor free computers too? Al Gore did it for the Injuns. Might be a good idea. But we shouldn't let just anyone make their own guns.

elections (and thus voting) are not remotely "free." They cost a substantial amount to administer, and a much larger fortune to campaign. But we get you - rights are only for the rich. Fuck the poor. Voting is free to the voter, as the voter pays no fee to register, nor to enter the polling place. Sure it takes some tax money to administer the polls, but that doesn't count as a poll tax. Nor are the campaign costs of the candidates a burden upon the voters, who don't have to donate to them if they don't want to. I don't know where you get that "rich vs. poor" stuff, but it's not from me. Do you think that Chicago politicians hate the poor because they enacted a $25 tax on gun sales? Are sales taxes an unfair burden upon the poor?

I uploaded a photo named "Featured Art.JPG" from my computer, and that name is converted to gobbeldy-gook for some reason, and the suffix is dropped. That suffix is used by computers to determine what type of file it is, and determines what software is launched to view it. Without the suffix, some people's computers apparently don't know what to do with the image. I've duplicated that same thing in this message so you can see what I'm talking about. "featured Art.JPG" becomes "phpXZ9Xyy", with no suffix to indicate what type of file it is... So why do you strip off that necessary suffix on the name? Somehow, when I double-click that photo attachment, it displays correctly on my browser. But that apparently isn't true for everyone, because some have complained.

It is easier for the pilot to see ground vehicles, then for the ground vehicle drivers to see approaching aircraft.

It's a 50% price increase on an inexpensive gun. Inexpensive guns like that are a danger to the operator. They're likely to either not work when needed, or blow up in their face. It'd be doing them a favor to make them buy a more expensive, higher quality gun. Maybe we can have welfare benefits subsidize a quality gun purchase for those poor welfare recipients who live in dangerous neighborhoods.

There you go. All this nationalism just leads to hatred and devisiveness between countries and ethnic groups, and that's a bad thing in an age when we should be trying to move in the direction of one big happy united world. We shouldn't get so hung up on patriotism that we act like robots and recite eliteist mantras all the time. Can't we all just get along? While we're at it, having teams from different cities does the same thing. Sports fans actually believe that they're better than others just because they have a winning team compared to some other city. Vandalism of their opponents property occurs. Fights break out. Sheesh. It's just a game. Fortunes change from year to year. Winning doesn't mean crap. How about we have teams that do NOT represent specific cities, but just have generic names? After all, the players come from all over. The fans come from all over. Instead of having the "Chicago Bears", let's just call them "The Bears". and eliminate the geographic eliteism.

Yikes! That runway is 3,500' long - the pilot really didn't need to stick it that short on his approach. And you would think he would see that vehicle coming and make sure he cleared it. It's a good thing it wasn't a tall box truck!

Pulling a voting booth lever doesn't cause of the death of another person. Pulling a gun trigger does. but this tax is to buy a gun, not pull a gun trigger. You argument was that this tax wouldn't prevent someone from exercising their rights. $25 wouldn't keep anyone from voting either, right? Buying a gun was a planned expenditure of hundreds of dollars to begin with, so adding $25 to that is not a significant burden. Voting is something that is free, therefore adding $25 to that IS a significant detrimental change.

Don't.

I didn't say I did. You keep making up things about me in order to have a good argument. That's a sure sign that you've lost the argument. I don't think that most people don't want the Hendrix rock 'n roll National Anthem at a public sporting event. Get over it. You're free to buy the CD and listen to it all you want in your own private moments.

Negative. I want killers to not be able to get guns. Their skin color matters naught. If the black communities are suffering a larger than normal number of murders, then the gun laws there should be even more important to enforce.

Ding ding ding! It's either a sunrise or a sunset jump. And nobody is up in the morning doing tandems that early, which would require a take-off in the dark. So it must be a late sunset jump. And with the sun already half way below the horizon, by the time the canopy ride gets to the ground, it's gonna be near dark. Not great for judging depth for a good landing flare. -
Packing with smaller rubber bands or just double loop?

Never assume anything. Ask your instructors or experienced jumpers before you do it. -
The NB8 is not a parachute, but rather a parachute container or "rig".

It's hard to believe that something painted olive drab could be so beautiful.

Nobody's arguing that. We're talking about what the majority of people find acceptable and enjoyable.

It's a jpg file, and the suffix is there on my computer file from which it was uploaded. Then DZcom changes my name into that gobbly-do-gook name with no suffix... No bridle and drogue is the obvious one. That line behind the main container I think is the main pin flap hanging open in the breeze. There's a lump on top of the passenger's helmet: a Gopro? The blob on the instructor's left wrist: either a Gopro, or he's about to lose his altimeter. There's still one item yet that no one else has thought of... -
You can't imagine that some people might find the Hendrix version disrespectful, in the same manner that you found Roseanne's version? You seem to have a double standard. Just keep the song true to the original, and then noone has any room to complain.

I vote for the "lovely clear voice, just as written". I hate it when they do "Ohhhhh say can you seeaheeeaheeeaheeeaheeeaheeeah..."

He's lucky the weight didn't get hung-up on the car, which would have then pivoted him violently into the ground. -
They're also half of all murder victims and disproportionately in need of self-defense. Who is doing most of that murdering? Other blacks. Sounds like a good reason for 'em not to have easy guns. I'm worried only a little about accidents. I'm worried a lot about intentional gun attacks. All those blacks didn't die from accidental shootings. They died because men with evil-hearts wanted to kill them. Those men shouldn't have easy, cheap guns.
