    Why are some so dead-set against the electoral college? It's an offensive concept--the average person is too stupid to vote directly, so we'll give them the illusion that they're directly electing the POTUS... Eliminate it. You get anything above 50%, no matter how narrow--you're POTUS... The way it is now, 49.9% of a state's voters theorhetically have no voice. Winner takes all is just wrong. Reply?

    Anyone else have sleep deprivation problems? I've been having serious nod-off problems in meetings... I get ~7 hrs sleep/night. I don't drink alcohol on weekdays. Once I'm out of a briefing room, I'm fine...it's just the meetings...a warm conference room, and I'm fighting to stay awake. This is not good...one of these days it's gonna bite me in the ass... Any tips?

    You forgot about the part where, under a "Faith-Based Initative," the Repub insisted that the homeless person be a Christian, or convert as a condition of the $20. Then the Repub paid a wage that was not sufficient to live above the poverty line, and would only let the homeless person work part time, so he did not have to give benefits... While the mans was working his ass off, the Repub made more in a day than the homeless man did in a month.
