  1. the only thing that seems out of line to me is the price of wallet prints. I would think that they'd be the lowest priced or at least closer to the price of the 4x6. Has anyone checked out, say, a portrait photographer or studio to see what their fees are? I know it's art and every market is different so that may not help, but may be worth finding the information as a reference when someone asks why your prints cost $XXXX dollars. matt
  2. I've got a 6006 body in my camera bag as well, the thing that I see as the hold up is that there isn't a port of a wired shutter release. Only the screw in type. I'm pretty sure somebody could come up with something though matt
  3. some peopl like to mount it so that while it's on the helmet they can open the LCD screen... just my $.02 matt
  4. Ever seen the person driving around waiting for the closest parking spot at the gym. Only later to find them panting on a treadmill???
  5. nice stuff. good composition too... especially on IMG_0145.JPG. I really like the way you did that one... using what's around in silloutte to frame the pic. very nice.
  6. thanks for the help... should've looked harder myself matt
  7. This may not be the problem, but just my $.02. some machines have a hard time reading, and sometimes burning, with DVD+R or DVD-R media. Some are built to burn one or the other, but not always both types. My brother found out the hard way after he bought a pack of the wrong type for his burner. matt
  8. I'm in the process of looking for gear and I've run into a rig that looks pretty good. Is there an online site or system that I can use to get an idea of what price would be fair?? thanks, matt
  9. have fun with it.... i'm jealous. matt
  10. pyke - I'd look at what quade said this way...
  11. The fact that you can identify all the accessories and options in detail may be one reason you get more attention at the garage.
  12. It's a pretty old picture... My friend shot it of me as proof of the mud/clay fight that I got into with a couple girls our age in a creek.

let's hope one set hits the target and you're the only winner...
  14. you're right it does make things a lot quieter in the plane and in freefall. Just got a chance to check it out wed night for a few jumps.
  15. it's not quite the same shape as the mindwarps that I've seen in person and online, but I'm guessing they'd be pretty similar if you put them side-by-side. no offense taken here. I didn't know what it would look like except from what one of the guys at SQ1 said about it before I ordered it.
  16. I think the buckle is pretty quick, easy and from what it feels like so far secure. I'm not worried so much about how it looks. matt
  17. probably, but a friend bought me a Bone Bond for Christmas. so all I really had to pay was a couple bucks and shipping. matt
  18. I like them too. What kind of lens to go with the D60? matt
  19. yep... shipped right from Bonehead Composites.
  20. here you go... the Audible pockets are soft. Only the section of the liner that has the pockets comes apart with velcro. the buckle seems really nice with an anti-slip/tensioner that keeps the strap tight and there is a soft strap keeper that looks like it will do well keeping it from flopping around or whacking me in the neck or face in freefall. matt
  21. I've got a couple taken, I just have to resize them to post
  22. I'll take a couple pictures in bit. The liner in it is really comfortable and the buckle is sort of like a seat belt in a car. I like it so far.
  23. s I found something for you... "Monkey Spank Tat2" And just incase you want to see if it's real b/c I don't have a pic yet. 1111 Tonawanda St. Buffalo, NY 14207 716.875.6660 matt
  24. 840 on the first try.... the optical mouse may have something to do with it though... matt
