  1. If you read the 302's the stew is not sure about the eye color. the 302's are important to read. you should try it some time. Rackstraw or McCoy looked a lot older than there age. that's another FACT.
  2. He got burned, and his visions of a NYT best-selling book, a movie deal, etc went right down the tubes along with the program. Tom told you this was his plan. you speak for the public and Tom now?
  3. It was a piece of poorly-conceived junk that managed to harass Rackstraw half to death. Colbert bet the farm that he was right, and had his book scheduled for release the next day after the program premiered. Which is worse. the above or stomping on the grave of the dead that can't speak?
  4. Some claim they have done the best over everyone else...funny. Tom Colbert says nothing of the sort. lets see who can beat this team THE COLD CASE TEAM Private Investigators & Forensic Experts: PI / Polygraph Expert Jack Trimarco (Former FBI, Los Angeles, CA) PI / Polygraph Expert Ron Hilley (Former FBI, San Francisco, CA) PI Ken Dirk (Former FBI undercover, Los Angeles, CA) PI Trent Johnson (Former FBI undercover, Newport Beach, CA) PI Richard W. 5. lol. nobody EVER stated the show was about Kenny. in fact, I said he was mentioned in the show...actually, it stated he worked for NWO and they showed his picture. they concluded it was not plausible. It's a show "reaching out to the public" and you want to believe the "public" didn't buy the show. are you Mr. Nielsen? I seem to recall the You Tube video's stating left and right that it was Rackstraw who was Cooper. probably just like when Decoded aired. for months everyone believed the Reca story. your public buys into everyone. Tina and Mitchell both watched the show. who wouldn't watch a show they were on? I'll bet they seen it before we did. Kenny is part of the Cooper story. if you don't wish to discuss it. you might also want to stop posting things about it. cease it all. you want it one sided. you like to promote the fact, but hate to comment about it. that's not how it works. you go around the internet speaking negative about any suspect that hits the screen. then you wish to clam up when it points in your direction. this has been pointed out to you for years. that is far from "thin to non-existent." it's a fact.
  6. You can play critic all year round. the fact remains that Kenny was mentioned in the show that two crew members and a passenger from 305 was part of. saying they didn't watch the show is nonsense. I don't care if Fred Flintstone produced it. they seen it. the IRS raided there office, big deal. it is what it is..did Billy tell Tina not to watch the show, or Mitchell? What I believe, and not what you think are two different things. I believe she was honest about Rackstraw and seen Kenny as well. probably not the first time either. that's what I believe... I also believe they will jump out of there seat if a picture of Cooper every gets shown...that's what I believe. people with suspects will find every loophole to get around anything..that's also what I believe. The crew and passengers are "the public" you need to reach. then you guys will claim that years have gone by and they forget what he looks like, but amazingly, witnesses for suspects are crystal clear lol. sharp as a tack. like it was yesterday. This is my story and I'm sticking to it...
  7. The six photo lineup was given to Mitchell on the show. Tina was given Rackstraw's photo directly. they also played audio for her to listen to. during that segment a coffee table can be seen with photo's of the known suspects on it. If Tina watched the show which I'm sure she did. she would of seen the small segment about Kenny as well.
  8. I don't underestimate it. it can be used in many ways..good and bad.
  9. The people on Bruces site are critics. not researchers..none of this really belongs on this site. it was opened up to research the case. all that happens is gossip and camping updates. personally, I'm backing off for a while. I don't see any REAL research going on anywhere. I see a lot of conclusions and ditching of evidence though. It might be true that you can get more done offline.....
  10. I don't recall anything like that? if it was Nicky, it's not to be trusted or factual data.
  11. I don't see the point in taking idea's from others. would someone top you having two more people on a camping trip? I think it was more of a gesture that you took from Eric and feel you have to prove something with? anyway you look at it, it's wrong. that's my opinion. Derek will never come off as a better person. personalities don't change over night. he has years to go before he grows up.
  12. It's possible someone knows who Cooper is or was. my point was that the passengers or crew have never said anything when it comes to the known suspects shown over the years on the internet or television shows surrounding Cooper. Tina Mucklow, the main witness was on a show several years ago and said no to Rackstraw by hearing audio from Rackstraw and looking at photo's. on the table in front of her were pictures of other known suspects that were also included in the show. none have ever come forward saying one of them is Cooper. America's Most Wanted caught dozens this way. It makes it a lot easier when the suspect is dead and can't speak. nobody can say for certain whether or not Cooper survived to begin with. I don't believe we are any closer to finding Cooper then we were in 1971. I don't think the passengers are of any value today. they had to recall Cooper after the fact in 1971. I think they could sit next to Cooper and not even know it. The stews are the key. close only counts in horseshoe's and hand grenades. Cooper blended right in with everyone. some claim he could of been identified on other flights that day? I see two Cooper's in the photo below. take off the overcoat and tie and he blends in further. nothing about Cooper stuck out to raise any flags..
  13. The "guy" is a kid named Derek....
  14. Typical child like response. how do you really think this goes over in the Cooper community. do you really think you scored points here? why would this even bother you? another poster jealous of the attention Tom gets? he's done more than you ever will. you get kicked off of every Cooper site known. I'll send someone over to change your diaper. it's got you in a bunch
  15. I'm not going to engage with endless BS with you...I'm out..make sure you post about 12 more times trying to one up everything...
  16. The term "put up or shut up" doesn't consist of hearsay, or possibilities. that want hard evidence...none of you show anything close to that. You need to prove who Cooper is, not who you THINK he is..the FBI is not interested in rabbit holes anymore..
  17. Yes. I would call that 'putting up'. What have you done lately? Any negative stuff doesn't count. Only the positive or the publicly-informative, public-interaction stuff counts. I don't steal idea's from others for one. can you say that? I research the case. I have no desire to prove anything to anyone. that question is not valid..
  18. Robert, you are NO different than the others....at all. Lady and Gents: Hope you're all revving up the BBQ or joining family/friends today. It's beautiful in Los Angeles (after yesterday's rains). This holiday always leaves me grateful to those who have helped serve the public. Whether on the battlefield, from a squad car, in a classroom, in a courtroom -- or even while working a stubborn cold case for justice -- thank you. You folks have been so generous and patient during my years on the Cooper learning curve. In that regard, I wanted to alert you to a long-form investigative article that's coming (5-7000 words) in the next month or two, focused on Rackstraw's Cooper and CIA connections. This journalist has been digging up details and FOIA records for four months now -- details my (now disbanded) team missed. He asked me for all nine press-release summaries -- I've decided to post them for all, including Forum members, up at the "Smoking Gun" section of our website homepage. I suggest you particularly scrutinize the back pages on the 2/1/18 news release: https://dbcooper.com/2018/09/press-release-smoking-gun-robert-w-rackstraw-sr/ I also suggest you read the short new summary, posted below the video link, here: https://dbcooper.com/2018/02/new-documentary-pitch/ With hat in hand and all due respect, I just want you all to be prepared for the inevitable conclusions that are coming. Comments always welcome. Until then, all my best. God bless, Tom
  19. I also find it amazing that some believe the public is the answer and yet none of them have come forward with a valid suspect. I guess all the witnesses on 305 don't have internet to see the known suspects where they would jump up and say "that's him" dozens of television shows on suspects the witnesses always seem to always miss? Jo Weber...Cooper is her husband Marla Cooper....Cooper was my uncle RMB....Cooper was Kenny Tom Colbert.....Cooper was Rackstraw Bob Sailshaw (R.I.P.)...Cooper was Peterson McCoy was Cooper Reca was Cooper...... I guess I'm probably wrong about the FBI tiring of the same old, same old... Yes, the announcement was in Seattle that came down from DC...no conspiracy there either..
  20. That's nonsense. the fact of a suspect being dead has no bearing on closing a case secretly. I think just about every unsolved case ends up with people trying to link a conspiracy to it to be the main reason it was never solved. since nothing can be verified it's only hearsay. nothing more. people try and push it as fact though.. It's very simple to those who don't have suspects or agenda's. the FBI has tried to solve the case for decades. this is a new time and age. no room for an old unsolved hijacking to waste manpower or money on with endless rabbit holes of suspects. as I mentioned before. they drew the line... Put up or shut up...they just don't want to hear the same old tune anymore...
  21. "Why would they announce they were closing the case, and then say they would still look at evidence if it were submitted?" Why?, because the evidence they are looking for doesn't skirt around the fact of real proof. the parachute, money, notes etc. that would link the person to the crime is all they will accept. they grew tired of the same old "he was a skydiver and missing that weekend" the 302's are littered with suspects just like the more popular ones. it got very old I'm sure.. The case is NOT closed. they don't have agents actively working on the case. it's a put up or shut up kind of offer....
  22. I just seen the member who posted the link to Bruce's site. that's called an oversight or mistake. what I don't believe is the statement of already knowing about the link. Bruce is not considered a unreliable source anymore than anyone else would be. Bruce Smith has never shown any signs of deception as the other party has multiple times. you are being bias since you are not allowed to post on his site.
  23. That's correct. you also asked me if I would of done the same in your situation with others and I told you yes. you are mixing two into one here... Now, I believe this subject is closed. it has nothing to do with Cooper. it's all drama related..
  24. I told you in a PM that I wouldn't support anyone searching where you were going. I even gave you an idea Flyjack stated about the possibility of the panel going with the placard. you are unpredictable with these events and cancellations. who would promote this while you keep turning it on and off like a light switch..
  25. Robert, you have no proof he's wrong. the jumpers are also looking at what we are looking at. 377 believes it's twill and not silk or nylon. you question the opinion based on believing it's been in the ground for decades. where is your proof? If not mistaken. I cancelled your trip..I mentioned you should go ahead and cancel because I wasn't going to give a "shout out" and you replied, DONE...
