Just a note from my own student experience, when doing diving exits for my AFP's, I had a problem with front flipping immediately upon exit. Apparantly this was due to the stiffness of my body as well as my legs being stuck straight out. Fixing the problem only took relaxing (as everyone has already mentioned) and keeping my feet on my butt until I got over the hill. Have fun! Jesse

I work 4, 10 hour days Sat-Tue from 10pm-8am. It's nice having 3 days off but working Saturday nights blows...

After writing a book of a reply, I decided to keep it short and to the point because it bacame neverending. Having lost multiple friends to their own hand I have learned this: Suicide is giving up, it is lazy, selfish and is in no way any sort of solution. Everybody means something to somebody, don't think you're the only one who's "thought about it", life is fucking hard, bad shit happens, deal with it. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, spend the time and energy to work on whatever you want to change at the time. The selfishness and ignorance of suicide makes me sick to my stomach. I apologize for the scattered post but it got me emotional and i'm too lazy to go back and change any of it....not enough to off myself over it though... -

The only way I think the world is going to change for the better is if people stop trying to change the world and try to change themselves for the better. I feel as though many problem are created by too many people focusing on others realities and not their own. Sorry if this sounds choppy but i'm not too used to online discussion if you know what I mean.

I chose "maybe" after deciding you meant for the "better". I believe that the world is constantly changing, I believe that individuals can make a difference collectively but don't really see it happening... Simplistic? Simplistic for me would be a good sized rock hurling through space with earth in it's crosshairs.... J
