My brother is a spa dealer in IL and his service headaches generally come from Cal Spas. Not too many negatives with the rest out there other than 'general' service issues with things you mix water with. Oh, don't spill beer in the tub. ------ Michael

Hmmm...how many domains should I direct the catch-all account to Phree... ------ Michael

Exactly true. I've still got the letter on CD somewhere here from when the last jet backed out at the last minute. Hopefully they do get the approvals.

Someone know something I don't as of yet? It won't be dropping jumpers so you're not missing anything. At least Don can say he got a jet there.

I got all three of mine without any problems at all. Here's where you go to get the free ones - www.annualcreditreport.com. If you're in the Northeast, you'll have to wait till Sept 1 to get your freebie. ------ Michael

No experience other than being successful at blocking those too... ------ Michael

SPAM blockers are to the point where they'll block most things sent to a mailing list. It's not that you're doing anything wrong in the delivery, it's the receiver's end and how their ISP/Hosting Company deals with SPAM. ------ Michael

If Chrysler indeed has done the update, you'll just have to wait unfortunately. The credit bureaus are supposed to update all of your stuff monthly but that doesn't always happen. Is there anything else on your report that doesn't 'look good'? ------ Michael

Get a letter from Chrysler Financial stating that the item was never charged off and the account was paid in full. Also, make sure to list (unless you made a late payment somewhere) that the account was never paid late. Make sure the letter is on Chrysler letterhead. Open a new dispute with all 3 of the credit bureaus and send a copy of this letter. Things not to do: 1. Do not put a statement on your credit report that explains the situation - this is viewed by a (potential) creditor as more of an admission of guilt than an explanation Once the credit bureau receives your dispute, they have 30 days in which to either correct or remove the item from your report, but only if they deem the dispute legit. Need anything more, let me know. ------ Michael

Summer? The attached happened just over two weeks ago. Although, I do love it that the highs of the day hit the mid 70's and that's a 'heat wave'. ------ Michael

why are manifesters usually girls?
gravitational replied to Newbie's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Quote... because girls are far more diplomatic, thye have far better "person skills."Quote I'll agree and disagree with you all at the same time. It really depends on the manifestors mood, stress level, etc. I've run into flat out rude/nasty manifestors and nice, cordial, etc. Didn't matter the gender. ------ Michael -

I'll be returning to the Mile Hi manifest in 2 weeks and I was the original guy behind the counter. ------ Michael -
I seriously doubt she got much more than 'Hey Jake, will...' out before you were tubside with the camera. ------ Michael

Admit it dude, you just want to spank her... ------ Michael

Drive it like a rental... ------ Michael

What the hell do you need 180 pounds of gear for? ------ Michael

Might be better to dropship a cheap tent as the ones at wally world might not be here when the jet gets there. ------ Michael

Wing owners – how do you pack your d-bag?
gravitational replied to skip's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Without typing out the whole section of the owners manual - Wings owners manual page 36 'Use whichever method suits your container size and packing style.' ------ Michael -
Wing owners – how do you pack your d-bag?
gravitational replied to skip's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Was instructed by my rigger to always have it upright when packed. Having put enough jumps on it, I can actually tell when a packer rotates the bag. ------ Michael -
Well, my calendar arrived to day and will be replacing the one currently on the fridge. Mar & Jen - Most excellent job and to all of those who donated their time, services, creativity - Kudos to you as well. ------ Michael

Ride the bike. There is more to life than jumping. ------ Michael

Illegal at that. Didn't some whip pull the plug on the time stamp machine so the time on the signed bill would still be before midnight even though they signed the bill in the weeee hours of the A.M. Illinois politics at its best. ------ Michael

So....my driving record wasn't clean eh? still calling B.S. Last ticket or 'activity' I had on my driving record was 96. The accident happened in 2003. While I do believe your explanation, it does not fit the real world scenerio I encountered. ------ Michael

First load is generally up @ 6:30 so you've even got time to jump, pack, shower and each before then... ------ Michael

Have to call BS on this one. Got clocked in the tail end a couple years ago in a no fault state and wow, my rates went up for about a year ~$15 a month, but they still went up. I never worked in the industry but have family that does. What you're 'told' and what is actual reality are two separate things. Not an ambulance chaser, just a realist who has seen things happen that don't. ------ Michael
