WAIT! Easier/cheaper way... Go here: http://www.pdf995.com/. It's basically a printer driver that generates a pdf file instead of toner on paper. Been deploying it to my mobile users (all of them). They generally only used Adobe to generate pdf's anyway. ------ Michael

I need to call Frank and have him get me the animations of the rebuild so I can get them online. Forgot about the stripes... oops... ------ Michael -
Might want to follow up on this post.

Trust me when I say this is not the same plane that you jumped out of. Well, the colors are the same. ------ Michael -
4 days will feel like 4 years. Hope you're not driving through there too far as the scenery will not change. Really, it doesn't. ------ Michael

New Orleans was settled by the French... ------ Michael -
Had it turned west, I'd be in a moving truck right now with a load of desktops and servers. Instead, I get stay home for a couple more days. ------ Michael

should there be a clause in life ins. policies that read: if you're in the path of something bad and you're told to get out. You stay, you're not getting any benefits? This is tragic, but people continuiously think 'they'll be fine' if they stay put. If you don't have the means to evacuate, go to a shelter a little closer. Damn people, learn from others mistakes as hurricanes will continue happen. ------ Michael

U.S.P.A. revokes 1800Skyride.com membership...
gravitational replied to masterrig's topic in The Bonfire
You missed one thing from the same thread - they like to edit posts to promote one of the cardinal sins here. The image they promote on their forums is childish at best. Luckily for them is that most of their whuffo customers don't read their forums before spending money there. -

was ASC's membership revoked as well? Edit to add: on that same note, Pell City & PennRidge too? -
I was a bit confused when I was down there two weeks ago. I'm hoping I don't have to head down there this week, but I'm not holding my breath right now. No reports from where I'd be going yet other than what I'm seeing on MSNBC. Guess I'll wear shorts instead of dressing up - only positive I see right now. ------ Michael

For those not in the south, Parish is the same as County.

the eastern side of the eye was just reported as on top of NOLA so missing the brunt, I'm not thinking so. I've got a client 60 southwest of NOLA and prepared to head in this week if I need to. ------ Michael

And that is about 20 minutes from my house... ------ Michael

You wouldn't believe the number of calls I've gotten since the end of the wffc telling me that I need to take over the online presence of the WFFC again. Many complaints of lack of information that's not been there for a couple years. Even got a call yesterday from a friend I hadn't seen in a couple years that went too. Guess to make all happy, I should at least call Don. ------ Michael

Thank-you, I feel so less stupid now that I know at least 1 other person had trouble with it too!

You've obviously never heard of the people's republic of boulder...Interesting town, cool people, a vibe of their own. Wouldn't ever want to live there though. Nice place to visit and people watch though... Definitely take this advice. ------ Michael

did you trade in the RV for a tent? ------ Michael

Hmmm...lived 5 months in FL and yearned for a kickass view in CO... Got it... btw, when you can't see the mountain, the weather is about to suck... (remove snow from picture to get a sense of what it's like now - forgive me, I'm not at home to get a more recent picture) ------ Michael

They generally don't come up this high and elect to stay on some of the calmer, flatter trails. We did one yesterday (can't think of the name) that started at 10,500 and peaked at 12,500 just south of Breck. There wasn't anyone there... ------ Michael

Not to make you jealous or anything Mar, but I've got better in my backyard.... ------ Michael

Avoid Skyride.

they're nasty to land in. the plant is intertwined and will grab your leg, ankle, whatnot and you're inclined to do a face plant...been there, done that... ------ Michael

I'm assuming it was a soybean year and not a corn year then. People are drawn to the corn for whatever reason, fences or not. ------ Michael
