Hey Grogs, you mentioned putting 5 people outside of a king air. How the hell did you pull that one off? Was it one of those wide door king airs? Plus, it is possible to stall the plane if everyone crowds the door. This is why its important not to all rush to the back of the plane on jump run. Safe landings, Alex D-23912

When you are the first out of the plane on a cloudy day with higher winds, who makes the call if you jump and about the spot? Is it you, the jumper, or is it an S&TA, I.E., Master Rigger with 8,000 jumps? What about if the jump light is not on? Do you still jump if the S&TA tells you, or do you have the right to wait a few extra seconds until you think it is OK to go? I would love to hear from Bill Von or some other really experienced jumpers on this one. Thanks. Safe landings, Alex D-23912

I've done the exact same thing pretty much. It was one of my worst 2 landings. I didn't get hurt though. That sucks but its good that it wasn't any worse. Keep up the high spirits! Safe landings, Alex D-23912

Whats up! Thanks. I am writing new music but I am in the process of updating all of my old stuff right now. Hopefully pretty soon I should have all of my songs sounding really good. Thats nothing. I stubbed my toe one day when I was supposed to be at the dz early. I wasn't because I had to stop an pick up a chocolate milk for my girlfriend. I graduated from high school tonight!! Finally!! I have waited forever for that. Now its all over. The endless repetition of high school is done. It feels great to be out! I am a little sad. I'm sure that in a couple of weeks I will really hit me. Its just the people that I'll miss, not the work. Oh well, I'll keep in touch. YES!!!!!!! Safe landings, Alex D-23912

Skydive Greensburg without a doubt. We have the fastest jump plane around. Its a king air that will get you to altitude in 9 minutes!! Lots of friendly people there. Just look for me. I'll be the guy with the black and white rig. Safe landings, Alex D-23912

I hate those freakin tests. It always seems like you know all the right answers until they grade the test and you have missed a bunch. I think that you are considered a passenger on a tandem unless it is a tandem progression, then you are a student. I have often wondered where you would draw the line between a skydiver and a non-skydiver. I think that if you have done it several of times and you plan on continuing in the near future then you are a skydiver. Safe landings, Alex D-23912

I have 240 jumps. I just jumped the Classic because thats what my friend had. The exits were easier than I thought. I just did a poised exit out of the King air. I followed behind the plane as it banked and turned. It was a little fast for me though. Its weird when you pull because your canopy goes backwards and pulls you a much farther distance upright than usual. My openings were nice. Its so awesome seeming everyone else under canopy below you while you are still at 10,000'. Its weird because normally at 4,000' I am getting ready to pull. Well in the suit I still have around 10 seconds of freefall left. Its so cool. Safe landings, Alex D-23912

I did the coolest 4 jumps of my life this weekend. I borrowed my friends birdman suit. Holy S(beep)!!!! I am buying one as soon as possible. I can't even describe the feeling. I was chasing the freakin plane! I logged 8 minutes of freefall time in only 4 jumps. My muscles have been sore for the past 2 days but it was the best. I don't recommend it for everyone, but if you feel very comfortable that you can take care of yourself then you might want to try it. It is safe to say that I am now gonna be a birdman!!! There was that time when I grabbed my friends free bag in the air after she had a reserve ride. It was pretty cool. Although, you should make sure that you catch it in your hands and not your canopy lines! I still made a standup, even with the extra drag on my right side. Safe landings, Alex D-23912

I don't think that dragging someone into the sport is the right answer. I have seen several skydivers who jump because they are with they boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife and they just don't seem to have as much fun as the rest of us. If my girl doesn't want to jump, then I have no problem with that at all. Safe landings, Alex D-23912
