A hard time finding a parking spot? Isn't it the trailer park capitol of the world? Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

I'll be on my way there after I do some bank business at 9am when it opens.

Well it was a perfect 80 degrees here yesterday. But it does look like it's going to suck the rest of the week with an average of only 76 degrees. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

For better performance of tracking pants, put them over the leg straps, leaving the pants to gather more air, or to unflate more for more surface area.

Nice flight today Julien

Keep in mind it can be used for any wingsuit you choose to fly, with minor changes after opening, such as unzipping arms or legs. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

Hi Travis Here is something I posted awhile back that will help you practice for your future wingsuit flight.

To be honest, shitty rental gear should even be an option. Look the gear over before you jump it, seriously, and ask an Instructor or Rigger if it's airworthy. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

Not if she keeps jumping shitty gear. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

STRONG vs SIGMA vs VECTOR vs ECLIPSE TANDEM RIGS

Thanks for the clarification. It's on the confluence wrap that is on the risers, got it. I didn't think it was added to the riser itself, as that would only weaken the webbing. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

S&TA allows a non-Instructor to act as one?
bodypilot1 replied to dropzonefool's topic in Safety and Training
No, an S & TA cannot allow some to act as an AFFI or TI if they are not rated. Derek You didn't read my next line. "Should he? No Many non USPA DZ's have S&TA's that allow non rated Instructors jumping with students. Personally I don't agree with it, but it happens. IMHO being evaluated by an examiner, for skills in the air and on the student training, should be done before any skydiver is able to jump with any student. If they are allowed to do a tandem and unrated they are violating the FAA rules, not just USPA. Now if it's a USPA DZ, and they are letting non rated skydivers jump with students, they are in violation of the USPA BSR's. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com -
S&TA allows a non-Instructor to act as one?
bodypilot1 replied to dropzonefool's topic in Safety and Training
Your correct, but I have seen S&TA's "think" they can do anything they wish, thats why I said NO he shouldn't do that and if it were a DZ I was learning at, I would find another DZ to train at. Ethically its wrong. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com -
Many insurance companies cover different things. Compare the coverage of the companies but dont leave yourself short of insurance. Insurance is good if you can afford it. If you don't have any, plan on owning NOTHING for a long time should you get hurt. Be safe. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
