    No pics, sorry, but it's pretty easy to explain: I'm sure there are lots of different designs, but the ones I installed on a pair of 2" risers(under rigger supervision) were simply the same webbing as the risers, folded on itself 3 or 4 times into a square, and then sewn on the risers.

    Ok, a couple of things based on a quick peek... -Lose the "splash-screen"(the first page with the welcomes). Nobody wants to see it after the first visit to the site. It serves no purpose. -The menu could use some work. You might want to consider using text instead of images. If you choose to use images as the links, be sure to define the ALT-text for the links. -The menu has two links that point off-site, personally I don't like that. You could make pages behind those links, and the pages would then have the off-site link... Or you could move the links to the bottom of the navibar, under a separator of some sort, so they wouldn't be confused as links on your site. -On a positive note, the background works! It's a rare occurrence to see a background image used on a website so that it doesn't make the text difficult to read... It could use a couple of bellyfliers though.

There might be some polishing products that could work, but it'll get just as tarnished in a while. The necklace should have been made with stainless steel rings in the first place to keep them shiny.

    Yup, a main canopy is just that: the canopy and nothing more. Well, maybe soft links or french links for attaching the canopy to the risers, if the seller feels generous.

    I'm not going to get into an argument with an engineer about forces that affect a flying parachute ... but still: Attached to a faster flying(=smaller) parachute, a PC would exert more force on the system, than it would if it was attached to a larger parachute, right? Because if you hold a PC out of a car window, it will pull harder when you're going faster. Therefore a non-collapsible PC would have a larger effect on the flight of a smaller parachute? I'm sure one of the physicists on the forums will correct me if I'm wrong... I hadn't thought about that, but on the (PdeF)rigs I've seen the system, it hasn't really seemed like a problem to me. Is there anyone out there who has the facts on why these aren't on the market anymore?

When kill-line PCs were a newer thing, a jumper on my DZ jumped a few dozen jumps with his new gear, complaining about slow openings, until someone asked: -"Did you cock the PC?" -"Did I what?" Poczynek: I think you're underestimating the effect an uncollapsed PC has on canopy flight. I'd estimate modern canopies sized 150 sqft or less wont fly too well with a non-collapsible... that's just a guess though. I've jumped my TurboZX145 with a non-collapsible and with a kill-line pc, and the difference is very noticeable. The non-collapsible was bigger than the kill-line though. Parachutes de France sold a kill-line pc with a retractable pin a few years ago, but not anymore. It was good idea IMO: You simply couldn't close the container without cocking the PC. Does anyone know why they were discontinued?

    I guess it would be worth reminding here that you'd get even less needed cutaway force with the original, larger, three-rings. Is there any reason why you couldn't make 1" risers with the large rings? Other than "not looking cool"?
