Hey maggots. I'm in the pub. My kids are at Brittany Spears. Come say hi.

Betsy, you don't break anybody. You fly them like kites. Sorry Elfanie got hurt, but the fibula is better than the stuff down in the ankle bone, anyhow. Get well.

I have both the l5 and the .3 from Royal. The .3 is very wide. Like you can touch them wide. You can zoom it about halfway to about a .6 before it goes fuzzy. The multi element lenses are better if you want to use your zoom.

I changed out the thumb loop for a loop that goes all the way around my hand. I just disconnect the loops and land. Sometimes I unhook the wing, but only about half the time. It does increase your range of motion.

Jari, I've got my app in for the camera crew, but Sami is still laid up and hasn't been able to get back to us.

The guy in those pictures looks a lot like my Dad. Oh shit....

CLASSIC!!! I went on a 3 week vacation from Sydney to Cairns a few years (uh over a decade) ago. Do you know they have coolies with shoulder straps that hold a WHOLE CASE of beer? Beer that's like 14% alcohol? I LOVED Oz. I went through the DT's when I got back, but I LOVED it.

Maybe, but "Feelings" is not very useful skydiving music.

PM me your address again Paige. I'll replace it. I found out I had some bad discs early on. The current batch is working fine for the few people who were having problems.

Yeah, they did get the trucks out, took two tow trucks. For the record, I took my Dakota all the way across the field to the fence to pick up a cutaway first thing in the morning and didn't get stuck. Dude was afraid to get his cute paramedic Explorer dirty. When wheeling, one must remember to WHEEL!

This is beauty. Handyman Nailed with His Own Nail Gun Mon Mar 8, 8:52 AM ET Add Oddly Enough - Reuters to My Yahoo! SYDNEY (Reuters) - An Australian handyman admitted he was stupid to shoot himself in the head with a nail gun in a misguided prank that left him with a nail lodged in his brain. Brad Shorten, a father of three from Victoria state, was enjoying a few beers with friends after working on his house when they began joking about industrial accidents. Shorten, 33, picked up a nail gun that he thought was empty, pointed it at his head and pulled the trigger. He later said he had turned off the gun's compressor and taken out its nail cartridge but did not realize there was still enough pressure in the gun to fire a nail. "My mates and I were talking about construction site accidents and taking your eye out with a nail gun, and I foolishly put the gun to my head and pulled the trigger," Shorten told the Sunday Herald Sun newspaper. "I did a very stupid thing," he said. The bizarre mishap left him with a 1.25-inch nail counter-sunk through his skull just behind his temple. Royal Melbourne Hospital neurosurgeons removed the nail in a delicate four-hour operation even though Shorten, who was expected to make a full recovery, had offered to take the nail out with a pair of pliers.

The biggest problem shooting film and then giving it to the customers is you never see it. So you are up against the wall as to what your stuff is turning out like. Framing is critical in getting the money shot of the passenger under the TM, so I am a big fan of ringsights for photography. I talked a very, very good freeflyer at my DZ into getting a ringsight for his digital still cam, and he is really digging it. Shoot of a bunch of film, have it developed and scanned right to disc at the processor. Check out your results and repeat the good stuff. Welcome. It's a good gig.

Settled, then.

I will vouch. She had the had and was representing.

Technically, yes. But from the replies above you can see that since our market is so small, nobody has been busted yet that I am aware of.

The Monkey Hat is carried at all times while at the DZ, SM1, and it protects me from all evil. If Sunshine had hers in her jumpsuit yesterday, she'd be in Illinois today .
-
That's a whole different Monkey Business all together. Sunny did have her Monkey hat, and was representing.

If you don't come visit me at Byron I will be so pissed. Hollister is pretty close too, though.

Sunny broke her ankle Sunday afternoon and was ambulanced out. The outer landing area is boggy and I guess her ankle got stuck and broke. Iwan followed her out to the hospital in Tracy and when I get more info I will share it. JP

Thanks Q-dogg! I'm really looking forward to doing the DZ.Memorial Day '04 boogie video with you. And I promise, since I'll be there longer, that I will get more freefly video. Mostly of me in a sit getting pictures of Wingnut corking, but more anyhow

I immediately thought of you. Give it up! -
Mike when I'm not on back-to-backs you can use one of my rigs. Spectre 150's. I got a non-camera helmet, goggles, gloves, all that. No excuses.

I was just out there. It's 70 and Sunshine is on the property. See you all tomorrow. JP
