heeeellllloooo Nurse!!! Animaniacs was the hier to the subtle intellectual cartoon stuff that looney toons once had..unfortunately it got big and got stupid then vanished and tiny toons took over... got to love a show that rhymes the states and capitals to the tune of the beverly hill billies... the basic plot for every show was that they would annoy a historical figure.. Beethoven, Death, Einstein, Hitler, Satan, Shakespeare, Picasso. etc....lots of cool subtle stuff that was really funny and somewhat educational, as well as stooges slapstick...parodied lots of movies.. the episode with Death was a parody of the Seventh Sign and a few CK perfume commercials at the same time....unfortunately anything really cool usually goes right over the heads of the idiots that make the programming decisions so.... oh yeah and they had this cool cartoon in most episodes..”good idea, bad idea” ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

I always look for other aircraft. This is just one piece in being responsible for my own safety. indeed, i can remember one FF group in front of us, backing away from the door with a paniced look on thier faces, took a sec to get that there was another plane right under us unfortunately the 8way RW had just exited fortunately everyone landed safely and the FF groups got a free go around.. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. -

oh yeah..and i get my companys profit share payout right around the same time so.... have to decide... 1. new canopy? been downsizing.. got to try a few 150s before i settle on the one i'll stick with for a while.. 2. camera? been looking at PC120s and want to start camera flying soon too (dont worry not going to do 1&2 at the same time) 3. killing is always killing...but.. lets make it larger.. " life feeds on life" of all types..human life isnt inherently more sacred or special than any other. the existance of one still ends to the betterment of another. same species or not. the value of life is entirely determined by the culture, the individual and the circumstance. just because life looks like you doenst make it more valuable than life that does not..every culture, every individual must decide where those lines are drawn. Humanity draws them around itself to the detriment of all other... is continually sad because his children will never see a tiger in the wild..to me all those tigers i will never see are more important than the 10,000 villagers who displace it. perspective is everything. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

i have a friend who makes her living in the 'psychic industry' mostly she equates it to acting as a counselor, (she also degrees in psychology & drama. go figure) listening to someone elses problems and giving them advice, mostly common sense kinda stuff.. that said, when i was stationed at Ft. Stewart (approx 4 1/2 hours from her) and had a really bad week i just left to get away straight afterwork, no calls didnt even change out of uniform, just left) now i hadnt talked to her in a week, but when i pulled up the front door was open and there was a frosty becks sitting next to my fav chair (had to kick a cat out of it though.... when i asked her about it she said "oh i just had a feeling i would see you tonight"

yup sounds like sabre to me ... i fenced in highschool and college (foil and epee and just enough sabre to qualify for 3 weapons events but) and since have played at kendo, iaido and akido... i think any sport that has an emphasis on body awareness in space is helpful..as are other sports were visulization is key... with 200 jumps i have just under 3:00 hours of actual time spent in freefall.. in how many other sports do three hours of time in just your first class?? ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

good luck and have fun...if you know to laugh inside, basic is a breeze, some drills are funny as shit...and dont make to much fun of the noobs in jump school scared shitless looking out the door.
