  1. Travis is correct it's Culman, not The Farm (Unless he changes it again). Dave is supposed to update the schedule, but I believe he's in the middle of the Triple Crown of Freestyle event right now Blues Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  2. Absolutely. I agree. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  3. Katie's ordering a Micron tomorrow
  4. Great - so you're coming to Culman (sp?) then! Sweet. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  5. I just noticed it the other day. Honestly I have no idea, I'd like to try one to find out firsthand
  6. Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Nationals and the CPC finals are going to eat up almost all of my vacation time. IF I came I was planning on getting there Friday midday or so. Hopefully that's not too late to compete. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  7. From the newsletter sent out today: See you there Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  8. Is the CPC finals (Pro and Standard) while it's a bit tight there's no date issue that I know of. Is the 22nd a comp day or practice day? Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  9. You don't have to. The beauty of a free country is that you're free to raise your child in pretty much any way you seem fit. Trust me, I do. I enjoy people from almost all walks of life. Sometimes we get along, sometimes we don't. If I shut everyone out that didn't fit in my 'sterotype' then I'd stay simple and closed minded. You seem to mistake tolerance for understanding or even agreement. Oh, so only the limitations YOU impose are subject to tolerance. I don't think that fits the meaning of the word. If this person was harming someone else in some way, sure you have a leg to stand on - but as it stands right now, you don't. This person isn't the one on my list of morons , I make no assumptions about their intellect based on what they're wearing. Carry on.... Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  10. The point isn't to teach her to do this. It's to teach her to be tolerant of it. I don't really expect you to get it. Performance Designs Factory Team
  11. Not likely, you're too busy teaching her the fine art of bigotry Performance Designs Factory Team
  12. Yeah, heavin forbid we encourage people to step outside the bounds of 'normalicy' and to draw their own conclusions on what's appropriate for them. While I don't understand the desire to dress that particular way, but I certainly don't condemn it. Some of the coolest people I've met have been labeled "freaks". Of course, you'll probably never get to know that. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  13. You'll get a million different answers (both rigs are fine) but given those choices I'd take the ICON hands down. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  14. BWWWUUUAHAHAHAHAHAH. You're obsessed with the ZONE Performance Designs Factory Team
  15. You are such a pain in my balls Steve Nah, posted results cause I got a few PM's asking about the results Come play with us in Atlanta sometime. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  16. They probably think the rest of you are weird. Who cares how they, or anyone else, dress. Performance Designs Factory Team
  17. Cool, thanks for the additional info I'm just happy there are companies out there providing these services - it's gotta be a pretty thankless job , especially considering the time and effort it takes into keeping everyone happy and providing a quality product. Blues! Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  18. Now if we could rid the world of those damn canandians!
  19. I've taken tours of both PD and RWS. Both components of a skydivers system take a significant amount of work and parts to make. Both a lot more than I realized before the tour. Think of all the variables (conditions, weight, size of jumper, etc) that goes into building a canopy. It's not as straightforward as you imply. I'm sure the variable list for both components (rig and canopy) is excessively long
  20. Thanks, edited to reflect it. Great flying Jeff - hope to see you at another of these if your schedule allows it. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  21. Well I gave Dave a couple of days to post the results but haven't heard from him so here they are. Overall: 1) Ian Drennan 2) Jeff Mullins 3) Paul Roussouw 4) Drew Joyner 5) Joel Mullins Speed: 1) Jeff Mullins 2) Ian Drennan 3) Drew Joyner 4) Paul Roussow 5) Joel Mullins Distance: 1) Paul Roussouw 2) Ian Drennan 3) Jeff Mullins 4) Drew Joyner 5) Joel Mullins Zone Accuracy: 1) Ian Drennan 2) Jeff Mullins 3) Drew 4) Paul Roussow 5) Joel Mullins .02 seconds seperated the 1st and 2nd place for speed carve. 9.5 (I believe) feet seperated the 1st and 2nd place in distance. Not sure on the scores for ZA but they were close too. One things for sure, at both the CPC meets so far in this region if a competitor had one vertical, it took them out of the top 2 every time. This has made for a fun, challenging and exciting region. I can't think of a better group of guys to be competing with. Blues! Ian
  22. So does your canopy Good skydiving gear costs money. I'm willing to pay it
  23. Hmm - I liked the whole package. Just as I started to get bored with the ground launch footage, he'd break to another segment. I'd have liked to have seen more canopy piloting (skydiving) but I thought it was pretty well balanced overall. I'll jsut have to watch it again tonight to be sure Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
