  1. Very nice. Ours should be in soon and we'll let you know what we think as well. Let us know when you've jumped it
  2. Then come on out to Skydive Atlanta in Thomaston. It's south of the city (directions are simple and on website). It's hands down the best freefly dropzone in the area. The aircraft is a super king air that takes 14 jumpers to 14500 feet in 8 minutes. See you this weekend.

  4. Can't wait dude. Glad the two of you could make it, sorry we didn't get to chat much. Totally understandable. Unfortunately the Twin Otter not showing up really screwed up the works. That combined with late starts on crappy weather. Not trying to make excuses cause you're right. Manifesting was not up to the usual standard. It's definitely not the norm. I've seen this at other boogies. I believe you aren't required to write anything down if you pay cash for the tickets, but not too sure. Regardless, hope it wasn't too much of a pain in the balls
  5. I've been following this with some interest. I wasn't sure if they'd actually make the switch, but seeing that they've been developing side by side it's going ahead it seems. Very, very interesting. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  6. Everyone has bad meets. It's nothing to be embarressed about, but if you feel more comfortable just PM them to me. I'm just curious and I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable about them. You'll get 'em next time!
  7. Oh for the love of GOD PLEASE don't get him started again!!!!! Performance Designs Factory Team
  8. The comp clearly wasn't set up correctly for a pioneer such as yourself edit: On a serious note, great job everyone! Levin, I know winds were a factor, but do you have the individual scores/times/distances for the events? Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  9. LOL - doh. Well, yeah Freefly friendly Thomaston is definitely the place to be, I don't think many, if any, will argue with that
  10. Then follow the first person down. Regardless of direction there is NO EXCUSE for piss poor patterns. Unfortunately they're the norm, not the exception. It's bad everywhere, but that kind of canopy traffic is a BIG reason why I have no desire to go to the WFFC. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  11. Is the original meaning as far as I know. The slider later became part of the package. Remember they used to reel it all in from the slider. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  12. No one can see you under canopy till it's too late. Performance Designs Factory Team
  13. Nah - we're just doing our part to keep it at the top of the bonfire
  14. You won't have to picture it. I'll do it everytime you look over my way Performance Designs Factory Team
  15. I totally hear ya. Today could go either way for weather, but tomorrow and Sunday look good. Pity the weather is most likely going to stop the guys from showing up in Thomaston but that's the way these things go. Blues! Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  16. Maybe some of us don't get tattoo's just cause they're a fashion statement and really don't give a rats ass what anyone thinks of them. There will always be posers. Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  17. You jump a Stiletto Performance Designs Factory Team
  18. I believe there's a new Kayak Event this year which will be succeeded by Floating Tent Distance The weather sucks out here this week. Hope it clears somewhat for the weekend. They cannot be happy! Blues, Ian Performance Designs Factory Team
  19. I agree - which is why I like the idea of never (if possible) having more than one CPC meet at the same dz for the that season (Dave H is doing a great job of that). It brings competition to the locals who may never have competed. Once they've done one, chances are that they'll do others. Just see the TN thread and you'll see that first time competitor Drew Joyner is now going to be coming along with us all for the ride
