  1. Jo, You are doing the Blevins thing with your repeated posts of irrelevant nonsense. You need to find a 12-step program to help you break your addiction to repeating yourself. Blevins was not successful in such an effort because he had an overpowering ambition to become a media star. His failure should be a warning to you. Robert99
  2. Jo, Dream on. Being dumb doesn't automatically make Duane Cooper. You are more imaginative and creative than Walter Mitty ever was. Robert99
  3. 'the FBI has reportedly said' and 'Himmelsbach has reportedly said'? Really? I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat...never mind. You've seen the film, I'm sure. Blevins, Why don't YOU give a source which ties Soderlind and NWA or even the FBI to the origins of the map you love? Robert99
  4. Well, okay. But you'll have to prove that it's wrong you know. As I suggested to Robert99 maybe you should ask the Seattle FBI about the map. The only thing for sure I know about it is that Paul Soderlind and his NWA team undoubtably had a hand in it, and Soderlind is no slouch I assure you. The only time I consider something a lie is when I believe that it is, or can prove that it is. I never said the map was a phony. In fact, I believe it is accurate and was created using the sources I mentioned earlier. You have to believe that after all the stalling was over on the ground in Seattle that a lot of people were poised to track that flight as accurately as possible. It isn't like they didn't have time enough to set that up. Then you have the crew on board, the chase planes, SAGE, ATC, whatever, following that flight. They certainly took note of the data on the flight recorder. The FBI still claims on their website that's the map made for the search. What else do you want? If you question its accuracy, you must go to the Seattle FBI about that. Until someone proves it's a piece of junk, I will use it as a baseline. Blevins, You seem to be ignoring the statements that the FBI has reportedly said they DO NOT know where the so-called "FBI Map" originated and that Himmelsbach has reportedly said that he had NEVER seen the map until recently. NEVERTHELESS, you state above that, "The only thing for sure I know about it is that Paul Soderlind and his NWA team undoubtadly had a hand in it . . .". So YOU are claiming that YOUR knowledge of the map's origin is superior to that of the FBI. You should also take a look at the statements related to the creation of the "jump location map" which is different from the FBI flight path map. And just exactly what "position data" was shown on the aircraft flight recorders in 1971? The answer is none. Robert99
  5. Blevins, Neither you or anyone else at this point has determined that the map matches the flight path taken by the NWA airliner! Do you know what "circular reasoning" means? Robert99
  6. Blevins, Do you believe everything that shows up in the FBI's "vault" web site is considered "official" by the FBI? If you had visited the FBI's Cooper site you would probably realize that most of that information is not even considered "official" by the FBI - did you notice any newspaper clippings? - and is certainly not part of the "official" FBI Cooper file. Reportedly, about 1000 people have now either "confessed" to being Cooper or other people have claimed that they are or could have been Cooper. Does the simple fact that their names may be in the FBI files make them "official" Cooper suspects? Robert99
  7. Blevins, There is NO "official" map of the flight path! Also, NO ONE has stated as a fact that the money found by Brian Ingram was EVER "in" the Columbia River. This despite being found buried under several inches of sand and, in turn, the sand probably having been under up to six feet of Columbia River water at some point(s) during the time the money was buried there. Tom Kaye does NOT state that the money was never "in" the Columbia River water. Nevertheless, he did NOT find the diatom contamination that was expected to be found and he and Georger have suggested further testing on this point. On your quotations included above, why would anyone who had gotten away with the hijacking for five years be worried about a generic indictment for it? And if Cooper was still hanging onto some of the bills at that point then he was too dumb to have pulled off the hijacking in the first place. In your circular reasoning, do you "circle" clockwise or counter-clockwise? Robert99
  8. Blevins, You desperation is showing. First, nobody "over there" is trying to move the flight path. Rather, we are just trying to determine what the actual flight path was. Your are implying above that you believe the so-called "FBI map" shows the correct flight path. This is despite the fact that the FBI has reportedly stated they DO NOT KNOW where that map came from and Himmelsbach's reported comment that he had NEVER seen that map until very recently. You are also implying above that someone has claimed that the co-pilot doesn't know what he is talking about. No such claim has been made! HOWEVER, if you continue to claim that the flight path shown on the map mentioned above is correct, and if you can produce someone with meaningful aeronautical navigation qualifications that agrees with you, then perhaps we can arrange a sit-down meeting with them sometime this fall (meaning after your "tell all" date of August 9th). And with some luck, we might even be able to arrange for a representative of the Institute of Navigation to proctor the meeting and discussions. In the meantime, just continue to blow smoke like you have been doing constantly since joining this thread in 2010. But it might be helpful to stop putting things up your nose. Perhaps the world would look better that way. Robert99
  9. Jerry, You statement above is absolutely correct. And a falling body without an open canopy is going to land very close to the flight path, as well as his jump point, of the aircraft he departed from. Robert99
  10. Jo, Don't forget that Tosaw was an FBI agent and wrote a book on the Cooper hijacking. Tosaw spent quite a bit of his own money looking for Cooper in the Tina Bar area of the Columbia River. There is absolutely nothing to indicate that Tosaw ever though of Duane Weber as being a "suspect" in the Cooper hijacking. And in 18 years of writing nonsense like your posts on DZ, you haven't produced a single thing to indicate that Duane Weber had anything to do with the Cooper hijacking. All that you have shown is that Duane Weber was an inept criminal whose main calling in life seems to have been that of a professional jailbird. Robert99
  11. Jo, The fact that Windows XP is no longer being supported by Microsoft is not a hardware problem. It is a software problem. You need to talk to a computer person who is familiar with your equipment and other preferences. Then do what they suggest you do. You can't stick with AOL and dial-up forever. Didn't you mention just yesterday about someone being stuck in the mud? I think that applies to your. Robert99
  12. Jo, Microsoft recently stopped supporting Windows XP. They don't issue security updates for it now. That is probably where the security warnings originate. The only solution is to get Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11. Don't get Windows 8 since it has proven to have problems of its own and a large percentage of people who have it are switching back to Windows 7. To repeat, get Windows 7, which will cost some money, and also download Internet Explorer 11, which is free, from Microsoft's web page. Robert99
  13. Blevins, all of the above has been discussed before on this thread. There is also information supporting a flight path over Tina Bar that has not been discussed on this thread previously. Your only reason for claiming another flight path is because you need to have Cooper survive the jump in order to push your KC allegations and sell another couple of books to some suckers. Robert99 Allegations by Georger? That's another subject entirely. And this isn't about selling a book, either. That item will become freely available for a click within about sixty days anyway. No. This is about creating alternate reality in order to explain the Tina Bar money. And I think it's perfectly legit to offer up this alternate reality you've created to someone else for examination. Like say...a member of the actual flight crew who was on board 305 that night. Does this frighten you or something? I mean the possibility that Rataczak might laugh that idea off...that 305 was actually several miles WEST of the Interstate 5 freeway when all information on the true flight path says otherwise? Because this would have to happen in order to explain your scenario on the money. I have seen 'discussions' on this subject. I have heard talk about flight simulators. This is all well and good. But nothing substantial has been presented to support that idea. Like I said, let's allow Rataczak the opportunity to either confirm or reject that theory. *Prepping up map with illustrations* *Results will be announced August 9th* Blevins, You are the one operating in an alternate reality. I stand by everything I wrote above. Robert99
  14. Blevins allegations were originally addressed to Georger, but I would like to point out for about the 1000th time some of the fallacies in Blevins reasoning. Blevins, all of the above has been discussed before on this thread. There is also information supporting a flight path over Tina Bar that has not been discussed on this thread previously. 15. Quade, Please do the human race a service and get the Danielle1010 nutcase out of here. Robert99 Whoa, Robert Nine-Nine, I think we're just observing the therapeutic application of the f-bomb. Yes, it has been liberally applied, but still.... Just sayin'. If he/she/it/whatever is under the age of 18, in some places permitting such behavior might be considered as abetting the delinquency of a minor.

  17. On one specific flight, I was seated immediately behind the wing on a 727 and watched the flaps being lowered. That pilot put the flaps down to their maximum deflection which looked to be 40 degrees. The pilot then planted the wheels practically on the runway numbers and applied full reverse thrust. We were landing on a runway covered with packed ice and, after getting out of reverse thrust, the pilot had to add power and taxi quite a distance to get to the midfield turn off taxiway which was 5000 feet from the runway end we had just passed over. The Boeing 727 high sink rates were due to its T-tail configuration and several aircraft were lost due to crews not giving proper consideration to that high sink rate. Other T-tail designs had the same problem. I'm not a pilot, but I know enough about those early 727 problems to know this: You were lucky. I'll bet it was quite a little bounce when the rubber met the runway on that landing. I did one of those in Phoenix on a flight to visit Dear Old Mom and Dad, although that was on a 737. Scared the hell out of everyone, including me.

  19. When people can't solve a puzzle they resort to conspiracy theories. Blame it on the CIA or Howard Hughes. Hughes was no government favorite. They hounded him mercilessly and forced him to give up control of Hughes Aircraft Company. He spent the last years of his life unsuccessfully trying to stop underground nuclear weapons testing that he feared was poisoning him in his Las Vegas hideaway. All his money and power had no effect. The tests went on. I worked at Hughes and had access to massive records about Hughes. He wasn't as omnipotent as people like to think. He was always battling the govt and seldom won. There was a dark side too. He had very young girls on "movie contracts". Faith Domergue- actress and long time Mistress of Hughes as a teenager until she was 20. 377 And TWA was a great airline until Hughes lost control of it simply because he didn't want to appear in court on a legal matter.
  20. Hell I drove over to Gustavs in Leavenworth for din din last night. Reuben Reuben with saukrat on toasted rye. Top down on the convertible with fresh green tree growth along Hwy2, clear blue sky and temps in the 60's at the pass and still huge piles of snow at Stevens.( chiilly breezes coming down from the slopes on the other side of the pass...bbbrrr). The Wenatchee River is running high and fast.. plenty of whitewater for a few hardy souls who were yakin the river. Saturday we are driving over to Winthrop on the North Cascades Hwy that they opened last week. There should still be 30' snowbanks that they cut thru with the big snow munchers The Wenatchee River brings back some childhood memories. If I remember correctly, the water was still ice cold in the middle of summer.
  21. Dr. Blevins, Since you presume to make medical judgments about Georger and myself, I'll let you in on a little secret. In fact, I may have mentioned this before. In order to participate in some interesting things over the years, I and others have been required to undergo something above and beyond the normal physical and psychological evaluations. I always passed and was signed off for the matter at hand. So I actually proved that I was sane enough and didn't have any "personal issues" that would interfere with my involvement in the matter. Can you prove that you are sane and don't have any "personal issues"? Or is blaming everyone else for your problems a "personal issue" in your case?
  22. Georger hasn't applied for the position but he will be given very favorable consideration if he ever does. I would suggest that you start advertising in your local Angie's List, or whatever it is, for someone with a lot of towels to help wipe that stuff, whatever it is again, off your face in due time. Do I sense a bit of jealousy here? You don't like the article I did on Flight 370, now you dance around the fact that I found a suitable co-writer for the KC screenplay through Angie's List? You sound like a kid who was refused a cookie by his mother. LOL I'll bet you don't like sci-fi either. Since it's obvious you don't like anything I do in any form, maybe we should just agree that you don't and move on. Would save everyone a lot of time. Blevins, Since I explained to you several posts back that I had NOT read your Flight 370 article but was just responding to the comments in your post, I think you are the one feeling a bit hurt. But then I don't read fiction since I don't have time for it. And science fiction is "fiction" also. You have found a ghost writer? Have you made a "full disclosure" to them about the KC matter? Further, I have never been particularly fond of cookies. Where in the Constitution does it say that I must "like anything you do in any form"?

  24. I'm not familiar with all of the information that is currently embedded in the transponder return, but altitude most certainly is one of the bits. Altitude reporting transponders have been in use for decades even in very small aircraft. If the other data is transmitted by other means, then the controllers will probably not be aware that it has stopped being transmitted. In that 20 minutes, the airliner could have traveled up to 200 miles. That distance plus taking some time for the two different air traffic centers to figure out if they were actually missing an aircraft, adds even more time and uncertainty to what the problem may be. My guess is that the controllers would initially be looking for the airliner along the planned flight path to China and not 100 or 200 miles to the west or southwest. And in all likelihood, the aircraft not being detectable by "skin paint" alone, it has "disappeared" for all practical purposes. Your comment recently about a firm in Cedar Rapids that makes avionics equipment is very timely. Assuming that it belongs to the same family of companies, as the result of a recent merger, it is related to another company that can handle the information that its equipment provides. And it has world wide coverage from a low altitude.
