  1. Good looking couple! From the pictures, looks as though you've done a good job. Chuck
  2. Alcholic beverages have been with us for mos of the time, man has been on earth. The first structures built in new settlements in the 'new world', were breweries. There's a lot of history there. Don't fight it... be a part of history! Drink and enjoy but,... do it wisely. Chuck
  3. Also, I don't believe, the FAA is really concerned with skydiving/riggers. Unless, they recieve a letter which, they must folow-up on. Visit with the last rigger who packed it... if, in fact, a rigger DID pack it. Chuck
  4. Yup! I was informed also, upon 'observation', the larger of the cucumbers went first! If, their families only knew, what went into their salad! Chuck
  5. Looks really good! You're a lot toughtr than I am! Chuck
  6. Way to go! It's like the old saying... 'Live a good life and good things happen!' Chuck
  7. I don't know if, this is the place to tell this but... what the hell! My 2nd. ex-wife worked in the produce dept. at a local grocery store. New produce came-in on Thursday mornings and she told me that women would line-up waiting for her to put the fresh produce up. One or two of the women would ask if she had gotten to the cucumbers yet. Chuck
  8. By the picture of the vine, it appears to be in the grape category. Do you know if, the picture taken, was near a nuclear facility? I wonder... does it glow in the dark? Funny pic! Chuck
  9. I'll have to look it up but, I have seen in various manufacturer's instructions where the number of patches allowed is mentioned. If, we knew the manufacturer of the parachute involved, the owner's manual could be searched. In this case, the main, having been packed as the reserve, we don't know if, there are patches in the parachute packed as a main. I would say that the rig, as it is, could not be used. Chuck
  10. I've always used my index and middle fingers. That way, it tended to be at a slight angle facing me. Chuck
  11. Yes, I did. Plus, I had my savings account from my old job for all those years. Things worked-out fairly well. Funny thing though. When I 'walked-off', I didn't think of a damned thing, other than getting as far from that place as I could. Chuck
  12. And that's OK. Anyone tells you they have no vices is lying, and even if they're not, I still don't trust 'em. ___________________________ You got that right! Chuck
  13. Nine years ago, I'd just had enough of the job I'd been at for 17-yrs. I just got in my vehicle and drove away and never looked back. I didn't say a word to anyone at my job... just left. Took 'em 3-weeks to find me! Got all the money they owed me, too. 2-weeks later, I was building a shop and went full-time rigging. Never been happier! Blood pressure went to what it should be. Life, is good! Chuck
  14. That, could be a whole buncha fun! Chuck
  15. Personally, I'd like to see Carie win it. They both do excellent in certain areas. Bo's acapella, blew me away. Carrie, does country quite well. Bo, is a good Southern rocker. Carrie, is being 'eye-balled' by Nashville. Carrie, will pick-up a better stage presence as she progresses in time. Bo's been at it awhile. When it comes right down to the nut cuttin', it's a toss-up. I just prefer Carrie's style. Like someone said here... white male... next winner. Gotta keep it equal. I don't think either is better than the other. They're good at their type music choice. Chuck

  18. Agree. Only difference is the other poster could spell and his grammar was better. _____________________________________ I gotta be more careful, about the posts I check-out. I really screwed-up, this time! See y'all (runs away... Chuck

  20. I have to admit though, watching that episode was one of the hardest I've ever laughed in my life... my abs hurt for a couple of days. _________________________________ Reminds me of the 'Drew Carey' episode, when Mimi was wearing a pair to the office and Drew, got hold of the remote! It got especially funny when, the new store owners stopped to talk with her. Laughed so hard I hurt! Chuck
  21. About $180.00 every 2-weeks. (2 - people) Lots of veggies, very little red meat and fish. OH! Can't forget the doggie food (2 - of the little critters!) Very few snacky type foods. Try to eat healthy.
  22. Who cares about Kevin Bacon! Let's get back to Sunny... she's alot more interesting (much better looking too!!!) Chuck
  23. Well, dammit! I'm just gonna have to check it out. You are right... UPN??? Chuck
  24. I'd take it to court or contact the J.P. for that area. I had a similar situation, years ago. I got 3-speeding tickets in 10-days from the same State trooper, in the same stretch of highway. The worse ticket was for 4-miles over the posted speed. I called the J.P for that area and he told me to dis-regard them that he would be talking to the officer involved. Seems as though, I wasn't the only trucker he was doing that to. They do not have to 'retain' the reading on the radar unit. I'd do some serious question asking. Chuck
