  1. Billy! That's wrong! It's disgu.... Sorry, I was wretching. (Note to self: NEVER open anything from Billy Vance!) Chuck
  2. Saw it awhile back and really enjoyed it! Great effects, with the mixture of past and future. I'll give it 2 - thumbs up!
  3. To me, one of the best lines; Jerry to Elaine: "...but, you yadda, yadda'd over the best part!" Elaine to Jerry: "...I mentioned the lobster bisque!" Chuck
  4. your right i probably can't hear you due to your legs. Maybe you should stop squeezing me so hard ______________________________- Legs, make great ear-muffs... on those cold nights! Chuck
  5. QuoteThats OK, I can still yell it at people and make them wonder what it means
  6. QuoteThe Airport Board President was heard saying, "I'm trying to get rid of some undesirables and I will get it done." When questioned who those "undesirables" were, he stated that it was skydivers. The person he was chatting with was a skydiver, unbeknownst to him. This skydiver has said he will be willing to testify in court that the Airport President said this to him. The AP is turning out to be our best ally. I hope he continues to shoot his mouth off.
  7. Hilarious story! It must get awful frustrating, to be around folks who aren't familiar with various dis-abilities. It kind of reminded me of when I was learning Spanish, years ago. Part of our instruction, was talking with Spanish speakers. Our instructor at the academy told us that if, we are using the wrong verb or pronouncing words incorrectly, yelling it doesn't make it understood any better! Chuck
  8. If, there's any way, you can swing it, go for the implants. I'm dealing with a couple of partials because I didn't have dental insurance and had to go the cheaper route. The implants are, from what my dentist has told me, 'high maintanence' but, the end result is better. Good luck with your decision. (Just to be an asshole, I sellected the last choice in your poll) Chuck
  9. Keep your head down and powder dry! Thanks, to you and all the others over there! Y'all come home safe. Chuck
  10. QuoteNope the material is Antron. My 93 Talon was made out of it. It's shiny slick soft feeling material. Nothing like Parapack. I really liked it. Apparently it had a tendency to fade. At least that's why I think they discontinued it. ___________________________- The story I got, behind the dis-continuation of the use of Antron Nylon, was due to a 'bad' batch of the material. It tended to separate in the weave. Chuck
  11. QuoteI learned that people will pick on you until you can't take it anymore, and you just have to leave. Even when you say something asking them to stop, assholes won't stop. WRT that, I also learned that people just suck, and everyone can kiss my ass. I guess these lessons have been learned over the past few weeks, but yesterday put a nice cap on my "How to Deal with Assholes" course. I got a A-fucking-plus. _______________________________ I know what you mean! I walked away, no notice no nothin' from my last job for just the reason you mentioned. Took 'em 3-weeks to find me so they could send me my last check! Chuck
  12. QuoteYeah, um.. I have a Quasar2 myelf, and just to let people know, aftrer looking at the design of that rig, I would hope someone could piece that together in less than a few days. Thats the rig I have right now, so I have the right to bash it. C'mon. Dont Compare a Mirage to a Quasar ever again please.. ___________________________ I cannot see where, anyone 'compared' the Quasar II to the Mirage. Only a shipping time was mentioned. As for piecing one together, I've fully assembled one, including inspection in about 4-hours. Chuck
  13. I don't think I am. I leave it (cell phone) in my pick-up. I have a phone in my house and one in my shop. To me, that's plenty of telephones.
  14. QuoteThe GPS works with batteries, and I don't plan on bringing too many extras with me when I'm trying to limit the amount of weight I'm putting on my back. Besides, I know how to use a compass and map much better then my new toy. ___________________ That works!
  15. QuoteMost small don't GPS's don't have topographic info loaded "stock", but some, like my E-trex Legend are capable of being uploaded with that stuff. The data in most stock, small units includes major roads, rivers, railroads, and occasionally some major powerlines. If you are really looking to navigate cross-country by identifiable terrain features you still need to carry a map. That said, I really, really like my GPS. Chuck Thanks! That clears that up! Sorry, I'm just not familiar with them. Chuck
  16. QuoteQuoteI got a little present from him in the mail this weekend
  17. Quote The write up in todays local paper is pretty generic, hope thats a good sign. dropdeded _________________ Keep us posted I haven't heard anything about it, other than from you. Chuck
  18. I hate hearing that. Scott, is one helluva player and adds a lot to the game. Chuck
  19. That, is one of the better ones I've seen on s-Bay! IMHO, I think it's really good. Chuck
  20. you guys were too late. sorry! Hmm. What was it anyway? Anyone get a screenshot? _______________________ Is that like full-frontal nudity? Chuck
  21. Quotei leave for two and a half hours and come back drunk and there's 36 new threads ..... how the fuck am i supposed to read all this? y'all need to get a life and go jump or fuck or somethin' ________________________________________ That funnier'n I've heard in awhile! Chuck
  22. There's the lady you need to speak with... GravityGirl. She'll treat you right. Chuck
  23. On used equipment, cash-up-front works well. Depends on the seller but, most generally, folks want the cash. Gear stores may or may not have payment plans but, won't usually turn-over gear till they have all the money. Really, depends on who you are dealing with. Chuck
  24. QuoteSex? Whuzzat? Oh, yeah......I remember now! ___________________________________ Well! Tell me!!! Chuck
