Those are pretty high standards. Ours were "no tats, no Harleys and no rap sheet." In high school, our kids dated other high school kids, most without jobs. That was fine. It's more important to get good grades in school than to work part time.

Biking and spin classes are usually where I go for cardio, with light weights every few weeks or so. I think ultimately, when it comes to extensive cardio, is finding something you enjoy and doing it for an hour or so every day. And pushing your limits, of course. I did get the Insanity program since there are no spin classes around here and I'm terrified to road bike in this country. I'll let you know if it's any good.

Honestly, this is probably it... Me? I like it short. Not a fan of long hair on guys. Well, that explains the look you gave me when we met. What look did I give you??? When I was in high school, my parents rules for me dating was the boy had to have "short hair and a job."

Lol. You and me both. Glad you're catching up on NCIS

Hi. It's 6:30PM here, and I just got out of bed. We had guests this weekend, and all they wanted to do was party and club. THIS IS NOT ME! I wanna go back to bed. Are you home yet?

Korea. On base? Yongsan? Osan? We're outside of Seoul, in the "suburbs." Technically this base is a part of the Yongsan Garrison. We're a forty minute bus ride from Yongsan, and the subway actually reaches out to this area. So things are quiet, yet are still within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the city

BTW, what happened to your avatar? I liked it.

Ran away from home to party, of course. My husbands job is the real reason.

Korea. It's almost midnight here. Thank god it's almost Friday.
-
Sheesh. That really was boring.

I really need to get used to being on the other side of the world. Have a great Thursday, y'all!

Ditto. I also like Girl Talk, he's a DJ, and does some awesome remixes. All of his albums are free. Google Girl Talk and All Day (that's his latest album). ...But like Muffie, I also tend to stick to high cardio and light weights (same with my husband who also listens to Girl Talk).

you seem to think that we here are capable of posting creepy pics without venturing over to the S$T realm. Best I can do under these circumstances.. So cute

This is me not ignoring Robert.

Wow, you're an butthole. Aren't you supposed to be working?

A lot of people really love it. I'll try it when I see a combination that looks unique, however, I try to avoid it. But I don't really like the taste of alcohol either, so obviously my taste buds are a wee bit weird.

Trust me, no amount of soap and water will dispatch the Kimchi smell. You sorta get used to it after a few months. what is kimchi anyway!? Fermented veggies. The flavor varies by region and family. A lot of places/families/regions have their own recipes. The wiki link shows a lot of side dishes that aren't actually kimchi. I have no idea how they get the sauce to be so violently red, but yeah, it's super garlicy/oniony/red. Very strong and distinct flavor. Go find a Korean restaurant or an Asian market, and give it a try! And you know how if you eat too much, the smell literally starts coming through your skin? Well, same thing with kimchi. It's served with every meal and is a staple in the Korean diet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kimchi

EEEK! I was NOT expecting that.

Oh, I'm a squatter too (as in, I find that position comfortable, not that I take over other people's homes and live in them). And I don't much go for chairs or sofas - I'd rather sit on the floor with my back against them. Yeah, I'm the same way

No. My folks are white. Like German-Irish decent white. My dad did do a couple tours in Korea, though. Mom & I went with him on the last one. (For the record, my sperm donor is Korean, not my parents.)

I got a cake (pictures are on the link in my signature). I think I'm going to go have some for breakfast actually. I didn't give him anything because I always forget about V-day. We even agreed months ago no valentine's day presents! So I've gotta find him something while he's away.

There is the whole last semester of Highschool to do - or I would have tried Houston already. Wow. Is she really graduating already? Crazy. Anyways, if you're interested in moving to Korea, you can be my butler.

Sometimes, my husband is stinky!!
