I'm pretty sure he's been pied.

How exciting! Congrats to the new parents

And most importantly, he got it on video! So the runt's (probably distorted) account of what happened won't hold water. Unless, it was one of the runt's buddies who took the video and the runt told him to erase it. Other than that, looks like the big kid has a good case. I smell... LAWSUIT! Chuck Lawsuit is pretty unlikely, That happened in Australia, they would have both been suspended from school though. Sad that so many find it amusing That's ridiculous. It's sad that defending oneself can be punished. But he took defending himself to a much higher level than needed. Damn near breaking some kid's skull is not necessary, I don't care if he is a bully. Usually a single punch is enough to make a bully (especially one that clearly has little man syndrome) stop. Yes, I understand these guys are probably in middle school, but still. C’mon, you lost your right to complain how I react to your violence the moment you brought it upon me. If you punch someone, you cant complain “how” they kick your ass. Well I suppose you can but certainly you will not to be taken seriously. You don’t want someone to escalate a violent situation, don’t be violent towards them. It’s a shame this kid had to learn it the hard way. What, I am not allowed to have an opinion? You can react how you like, as can I. Head trauma is no joke. I'm not upset that the kid defended himself, I think that is awesome. All I was saying is that slamming a kid on his head is a little too much. One punch from the bigger kid would've likely sent the little bully flat on his back, and typically once you fight back bullies leave you alone.

Unless you're trained in fighting, I can assure you there is no pattern of thought that decides your actions prior to doing them when in a fight. Adrenalin takes over and you do what you can to come out of the situation on top, it's human instinct. They were grappling, so he did what he could to come out of the situation on top, I can assure you he wasn't thinking "I want to smash this kids head in and kill him", I don't know about a cracked skull but a broken leg or so seems fit punishment for that little fucker. Personally, I will have no pity on a bully under any circumstances. I'm am not saying I pity the brat, by no means am I saying that. But I understand what you're saying about adrenalin; I honestly did not even thinking about that.

So true. Just because they make it in your size does not mean you should wear it.

For starters, they are comfy as hell. I own a few pairs myself . And for actual running, nothing beats them except little spandex shorts. Frankly, though, I'd rather see girls in the baggy nike shorts, than itty bitty soffe shorts with the waistband rolled down 17x and their asses hanging out. And for all the protests against not liking the ass hanging out, just think about how often it's not attractive versus the small handful of girls that actually can pull it off.

Thanks for the tip

Darling it's simple, I'm an active guy and wish for an active life partner. It's just a pie in the sky concept. We all know that from designer to designer sizes vary significantly. So it's more or less a "look" rather than a size. As for the wang...yeah been there....and yes a few of the girls are well....different. Very nice very friendly very beautiful but if you are not comfortable with your sexuality it can be an issue. I have a number of friends whose biggest fear is falling for a post-op woman.

Some are pissed with my Size Medium / Size 8 and under requirements for dating. Funny thing is that they have no arguments with my must have no more than 12 fingers or 12 toes requirement. Dude, 12 fingers and toes would be pretty cool! Curious, would size 8 apply to say, someone in the 5'3" and under height group? Also, I worry some of the ladies in feathers and glitter may have penises...

Thanks! You guys are a great help!

A hack? Seriously? I think your pictures are great!

Throw out any "rules" you may be following (common beginner habit- centering the subject in every shot), then take shots that look good to your eye. THEN, start learning about formal theory- rule of thirds, color theory, contrast. Learn about lighting. Above all, KNOW YOUR CAMERA! Thanks

Any recommendations? I've seen a number of books on photography, just having a little trouble choosing one. I have been reading the articles on the National Geographic website, and one of our favorite restaurants has a digital photography book that I peruse when we visit.

Patrick got me a new camera last month, and I really want to start learning about photography, but I have no idea where to even start. You don't know what you don't know, right? I need to upload a few, but I'm too lazy to resize them right now .

That is really cool! I love it

I must know a completely different ski. He's nice to me

Nasal irrigation with saline solution. You have to get over the ick factor but it really is great for breathing clearer. It's pretty useless if you're 100% congested from a cold or sinus infection, but for someone like me who has chronic mild congestion/allergic rhinitis, it's great for when I have minor congestion/snot issues going on. Cool
-
Yep, Neti Pot works great. We have one, but only use it when sinus congestion is pretty bad. Time to google "Neti Pot."

Why don't you just do a snot shot? Because I only get crusty ones, of course!

You're missing out. I'm curious. How do you clean it? The standard shower snot rocket? Do you have a special nose cleaning washcloth? Just toilet paper. It gets soft and slimy after a hot shower so all you have to is sneeze and you'll have clean pipes. Interesting. I'll have to try that out during my next shower.
