Because you know what, the man I call Dad is NOT my biological father. My father is a douche, and my DAD loves my mother and loves me and raised me as his own. There are a lot of us in this world who have awesome parents that didn't have to be those parents. Now that, Shah, takes a hell of a lot more balls and love and courage than you will ever have. Yes. This. Also what Muffie said about following your passions, and keeping an eye out. My two cents: Love is a choice. Compatibility and chemistry are also mucho important in a long term relationship (like you said you've already found two women you were wonderfully compatible with, so it's likely they aren't the only ones). But life-long love is a choice. It is a choice to give yourself wholly to another person and to commit yourself to fighting for that one person for the rest of your life. To that person ahead of yourself at times, and to trust that person will do the same for you. Unfortunately, both parties need to recognize that and make that choice, otherwise it won't ever work. For the record, my husband believes the same things about love. So, I'm not just spewing some chick psychobabble I read in a romance novel.

We don't all like to drive cars that burn 1 dinosaur per mile Growing up in Africa I never did have the courage to sleep under the stars when we were on fishing trips (happy in a tent). On half a dozen occasions the guys who slept under the stars woke to find an elephant trunk in their face as they are so curious. The strangest thing is growing up in africa and moving to the UK. Go on holiday to Wales and people are telling you how cool it is that there are wild sheep I think sheep are cool! But in all seriousness, growing up in Africa sounds like a pretty cool experience.

Is anything still open that would sell tequila? How about a neighbor? Do you have an agave plant? No My neighbors are Korean, they only keep soju around. And booze is insanely expensive on the economy. Oh well, just means it's going to be margarita WEEK! EDIT: Nevermind. We already bought our three bottles of booze for the month.
