    Boogers

I like to pick my boogers. Do you?
  3. You got that boys? Once she's been around the block once or twice or three times and is jaded with life after a steady diet of tools.....you now have a chance! WTF! Come on doll! I know a girl like this! Beautiful girl, smart, MS in Psychology and makes great money.....dated tools for all of her life UNTIL she got knocked up. Little one popped out...tool ran for the hills...actually for ANOTHER STATE! And then guess what....the guy who had a crush on her all through out high school she found him and....finally he "got the girl." YEAH! POOR DUMB ASS! Actually thinks he's getting the deal of a life time. Yeah right! You tell me who got the shaft and who got the leftovers. Are you shitting me, Shah? Your standards for YOUR dating doesn't bug me, we're all entitled to our wants and desires. Now, to say this guy who is with the woman he'd wanted for years, especially this guy who is raising her child, got the shaft and make fun of him on the internet, now that pisses me off. Because you know what, the man I call Dad is NOT my biological father. My father is a douche, and my DAD loves my mother and loves me and raised me as his own. There are a lot of us in this world who have awesome parents that didn't have to be those parents. Now that, Shah, takes a hell of a lot more balls and love and courage than you will ever have. You're missing his point. Its not about the kid. The kid is irrelevant. Its about the disrespect the woman showed towards the man. In her youth she kept fucking bad boys and partying. Later in her life when she made mistakes and ran out of options she gave that guy a chance simply because she couldn't keep behaving the way she had been and needed someone to save herself. Its basically one life long pity fuck. No man with an ounce of self respect shouldn't put themselves in that position. All he said is that she dated tools and that he crushed on her in high school. Now I don't know how long it was between high school and this baby, but likely they both changed. And just because what she wanted in a man changed does not necessarily mean she disrespected this guy. Hey, she may have, but guess what? They were in high school. I was a moody bitch in high school. Who hasn't changed since high school or college? PS- there are many people that knew each other for years before one or both parties realized they should be together. That does not make it a pity fuck.

  5. I'm curious as to which one of our boys wrote this http://dontmarry.wordpress.com/
  6. Yes. This. Also what Muffie said about following your passions, and keeping an eye out. My two cents: Love is a choice. Compatibility and chemistry are also mucho important in a long term relationship (like you said you've already found two women you were wonderfully compatible with, so it's likely they aren't the only ones). But life-long love is a choice. It is a choice to give yourself wholly to another person and to commit yourself to fighting for that one person for the rest of your life. To that person ahead of yourself at times, and to trust that person will do the same for you. Unfortunately, both parties need to recognize that and make that choice, otherwise it won't ever work. For the record, my husband believes the same things about love. So, I'm not just spewing some chick psychobabble I read in a romance novel.
  7. I can't imagine that anyone goes into a marriage thinking they'll be in that 50% who end up divorced. Lord knows I dont feel that way. There was nothing that would've stopped me from marrying my husband, and I know I'm going to work damn hard to keep my marriage a happy and loving one.
  8. Almost Dead center of the Indian Ocean. Anyone have a life raft - or are you just going to let me drown? I thought turtles could swim
  9. We don't all like to drive cars that burn 1 dinosaur per mile Growing up in Africa I never did have the courage to sleep under the stars when we were on fishing trips (happy in a tent). On half a dozen occasions the guys who slept under the stars woke to find an elephant trunk in their face as they are so curious. The strangest thing is growing up in africa and moving to the UK. Go on holiday to Wales and people are telling you how cool it is that there are wild sheep I think sheep are cool! But in all seriousness, growing up in Africa sounds like a pretty cool experience.
  10. But really, who takes their VW to go look at elephants? Thats just silly!
  11. I don't think I know anyone that would take back their kids, regardless of how nasty the split was. I know my mommy wouldn't
  12. How do you know those aren't hers? Ashli, there must be something in the Korean water.
  13. Look, I can't blatantly procrastinate. Dizzie.com is a little more discreet. Patrick is like a slave driver when it comes to my homework. He's not home. Nice try there kiddo ... Just tell him you're researching how to remove DVD's from laptops. That aughta get you off the procrastination hook. Touche.

  15. Shit. Today is almost over and I have no tequila!!!!! Sorry, I was going to post this yesterday to give people more time to get ready but I forgot. Don’t panic, we can get through this. Is anything still open that would sell tequila? How about a neighbor? Do you have an agave plant? No My neighbors are Korean, they only keep soju around. And booze is insanely expensive on the economy. Oh well, just means it's going to be margarita WEEK! EDIT: Nevermind. We already bought our three bottles of booze for the month. I guess I'll have to wait for Margarita March instead. Bummer. Y'all enjoy your margaritas.

  17. If you like people that make their own musical instruments, you should check out a group from Brazil called Uakti. I've loved their stuff for decades. It's amazing. http://www.uakti.com.br/ Thanks for the link, I'll have to check them out
  18. Sending good vibes your way, Ryhs. I'm glad you and your family are safe. This is very sad
  19. I recognize that it's only 5AM on the east coast, but I'm trying to procrastinate here, and there's nothing going on on my favorite forum ever. Anyways, here are most likely safe for work boobies.
  20. Not beer bottles, but I think this is cool
