That's why I dont like containers designed with the downward going main flap. It's too easy to catch on something or be blown open. The mirage flaps are designed perfectly. I think better so than other containers with similar designs. _________________________ goat derka jerka bukkake jihad

Yeah, what jayhawkjumper just said about 90 angles. Also make sure your legs are about shoulder width apart at least to add some stability. With the money you just spent on the last few jumps getting frustrated you could get a coaching jump and get on the right track.

A faster fallrate tends to add some stability so when you are experiencing a squirly feeling when putting your arms and legs out into the wind it's cuz you are slowing down. It just takes some practice at holding this new and slower body position. At 225 you need to get as much surface in the wind as possible so your gonna have to learn daffy and get your arms out. You only suck at daffy cuz you havnt practiced it enough. Like Glen said, get a competent coach to go out with you and video your body position cuz you dont really know what postion your body is exactly in unless you see it from the outside. _________________________ goat derka jerka bukkake jihad

TEXAS SKYDIVING LEAGUE - FREEFLYING Meets are divided among TSL drop zones June 28-29 Skydive Dallas July 26-27 Skydive Spaceland September 27-28 tbd (will be south Tx DZ) The majority of moves are listed in the USPA competition manual under intermediate freeflying available on www.uspa.org . The complete move list will be posted in the next few days. A series of moves will be randomly chosen and points will be aquired by completing these moves in order. Over 3 meets the team with most points and the team with the best handicap score are the champions. This makes it possible for teams to improve over the season and win overall. This competition is geared to freefly teams of all skill level. This is the first statewide competition and a great way to carry on from the Gravity Rats and Spaceland League and on to Nationals. I am personaly excited about getting to be jumping with all of you at this seasons meets. Registration forms are available on the web site. We built to 29 on Sunday and all the numbers in between throughout the weekend. It was nutz being in the air with 29 other people. The weather just did not want to cooperate with us. Yo, you can BASE jump with ratty old skydiving gear also but is it recommended, No. The state of the art current gear was designed for the specialized things we do in these sports. It was designed to give us maximum safety and protection in a time of high vulnerability. It was designed because people have died or been injured doing the things we do with older gear. The Dolphin just was not designed with freeflying in mind. If you are going to be making lots of freefly jumps go with a container that was designed for it.

Start the motion by leaning back while keeping your feet pressed down to keep from going to the recliner. After getting a little motion push your hips forward "stick it to the air". When I was in Boy Scouts we would always have to say the pledge and a few other recitations that included pledges to god. I always felt very nervous and pressured when skipping over the god part. Everybody in my troop was Catholic except me and I was affraid I would get in trouble. My point is that I should not have felt pressured to recite sentences to god. Everytime I did I felt like I was lying to everybody in the room. I will pledge allegience to my country and fight for it if it came down to it but i will not fight nor pledge for your god. If "under God" was just added in the 50's then it shouldnt be that bad taking it out. There are people who remember it the old way. This country is about FREEDOM.
