Right. No onboard meals were served, only snacks and drinks. I would ask Geoff Gray this question. Never heard this to be a fact. The crew, in general, were more than willing to do whatever Cooper asked, since they were afraid he might blow the plane in flight, anyway. No dogsl just pigs and monkies and some lowlifes from Auburn Washington leading clydsdales, four abreast. Oh a wolverines too! They all were sucking Popeye lolly pops.

If they did order food that means the galley was empty and it just may have been the garbage strewn about. Play it that way. Star Blevins in the leading role. Never read the thread! I guess the last three years was a total waste. I knew it would be once Blevins arrived. I guess the wheel does have to be reinvented every three years. Lets arrest Tina as being Cooper - she's French!

You keep working on this Blevins - you will invent a whole new hijacking! Staring yourself of course! READ THE THREAD! READ THE THREAD! Quite asking for handouts and revising facts - No more Cooper welfare for guess who!

Second, in the last sentence of you post you state that food was scattered over the rear portion of the cabin of the aircraft after it landed in Reno. During the FBI's later flight tests, agents remarked about how calm the wind was in the rear portion of the cabin. So how do you explain the food getting scattered around as was reported? And this is a valid question. We never did establish where in the plane this galley was! Never mind. Guess you and Blev know and that's all that counts. You, Blev, and the A-Team, and comic character Dan Cooper of course. What's your theory on the galley-food Caper? Does Blevins understand we aren't talking about a Greek Trireme ?

Simple mistake on Soderlind's name in transcription of the recording. You would have gone on forever with this had someone not called you on it. That's your nature, not to know the difference or care, until you are called. Be nice now, Blevins! Dont blow your image!

Ack. On a side note, if anyone here wants me to post up a link to a free copy of the book in PDF (basically the Kindle version, comes with all the photos) just say so and I will do it again. Can't keep doing this every month. Not to be commercial about it, but every time I do this, we lose money. That's because I have to do it from our website, and a lot of folks download it, not just viewers of this thread. But it sounds as if some of you haven't seen it, and since I'm not trying to convince anyone here at DZ to buy anything, then you can have it free. Or, you can PM me with your email address and I can send it to you that way. If you are going to question the details, you may as well have the source to quote. And for that, you should not have to pay for it.

I have not, but I do have thoughts on it. Figuring this out isn't impossible, but it is difficult for two reasons. First, no one knows if Cooper pulled the ripcord right off the stairs, or did a freefall first. I favor the former, even though I'm not a skydiver, because of the load and the extreme conditions of the jump. Second, because there is dispute on the exact location where he jumped. Who do you trust for that? For a good start, you could trust the Paul Sortum/Official I Guess version and do scenarios. Pulled ripcord on stairs. Pulled within fifty feet after the jump. Pulled later. This type of program requires numbers I don't keep in my pocket. It could be done, the main variable being the Point of Exit, in relation to the plane's position on a map. The other variables could be figured out using windspeed information and that skydiver rate-of-descent stuff. This would lead you to different points on the ground. Not being a math whiz, that's all I can offer, but if I were to set up such a program, that's how I would do it. It was actually Smokin99 who asked that question. Also, Hominid has already pointed out to you that the "Paul Sortum" you refer to is actually Paul Soderlind. When you interviewed Rataczak, what questions did you ask him? After all the detailed interviews you did on KC, you surely had a lot of questions to ask the co-pilot and were well prepared. Did you ask Rataczak if he happened to notice the time of the jump? Clocks are required instruments in airline cockpits and I'll bet Rataczak, Scott, Anderson and Tina (and probably Cooper) were all wearing wrist watches as well. Did you ask Rataczak if he happened to notice which side of Portland the airliner passed on? Since he was flying the airplane I imagine he was paying attention to the navigation instruments as well as the basic aircraft flight instruments. You, or someone representing you, did interview Rataczak didn't you? Paul Sortum! Please let the Blevins farce continue! Its fundamental to the well-being of Blevin's psyche. Now. Who is Tinker Bell ? Gayla?

I am not aware of any Cooper flight simulations having been done. And I doubt if sufficient information, publicly or otherwise, exists at this time to do a meaningful simulation. The flight path work that I have done was not a simulation. I agree. I know.
-
Problem is that it is 15 miles East of the real location due to undetected crabbing based on fake winds from the West. You have to transpose the map onto a highway map to see the obvious conundrum with tower communications from Portland. Yes Knoss. The tower had a persistent problem with Tio2 and BP94 signal absorption vectoring as a transverse from 339er and 994er, on the azimuith isotope of kaldrum fornax. Galium arsenide makes a poor transponder dector at those freqs! Correct?

Isnt the NWA search map just such a work product? The idea is as old as the Cooper case itself. Actually older. exactly - this is not news - this thread is very old in fact. started long before this thread at Dropzone even existed - you can even go back to Websleuths and pick some of the pre-Dropzone discussion up there, and there were smaller threads before that, each with some talk (and interest) about simmulations being run in the background by different groups. I can name three groups that ran computer sims of the flight (just for the fun of it) as far back as 1974. Another about 1985-6. Another back when Websleuths was hot. There probably have been more nobody knows about. Nothing ever came of any of these simulations (that I ever pursued knowing about, or was in a position to know about) but people have been talking about playing with this flight path for a very long time. I would not be surprised if Sluggo probably knows of several simulations nobody has heard about. Sluggo has always had a personal interest in this matter. Let me see if I can find one of the old DOS programs run by a flight simulator team ... at a university in the 1970s I recall, just to cap this historically. I actually know a Boeing guy who wrote (or colaborated with the writing of) software for the simulation. My feeling however, is all of these small studies were of a private nature and not done for the FBI. Some of this work probably fed into private and even commercial aviation - then finally with more and more hijackings happening the FBI finally became involved as when the Cooper case emerged. all I am saying is simmulations of guidance and flight simmulation has ben around for a very long time so inevitably people ran sims of the Cooper flight specifically, as best they could ... I have always just assumed, Robt99, that you knew all about such matters due your professional resume. I have been sitting here almost waiting for you to post about some simulation someone has done - in your continuing work on the Coopercase?

Yes that has been part of your strategy from the first day you showed up here fucking up this thread for everyone - So far you have not suceed in maneuvering anyone into being banned, although everyone knows it is uppermost in your mind as a strategy for getting you way here. "When all else fails drive people to being banned:. thats been your ploy from your first day here. Maybe some day someone will get banned here for suggesting too much that others be banned? It could happen!

There is another of those logical-leaps you are so famous for! Nose burger implies > collision of worlds eminent! God is a liar! God was the Devil! Blevins is God! God posts on Dropzone! Build statue of Blevins at Auburn WA to mark the place where Blevins took a piss while on Earth. Worship Blevins. Worship Blevin's posts on the Internet. (when all anyone wants is for you to move your fat inane ass out of traffic so others can get through! Its that simple. Blevins cant comprehend or allow that. Blevins must always be CENTER STAGE BLOLCKING ALL ROADS TO CIVILISATION.) Blevins go back to Newsvine and fuck them up for a while and give us some peace? Take your old car and your dumb ass out of the intersection! HONK! HONNNNNNNNNNNNNKH@! MOVE THAT PIECE OF SHIT TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD - HONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNK! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE1 HONNNNNNNKH! HONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNKH! Dumb fucker is drunk or in a trance or something. Call 911.

There is one giant plus to everything you post! THERE IS NO AUDIO - so one can chose to tune in, or turn off. I usually turn off, and scroll past (quickly). If someone says something referring to something you might have said I may go back later and read some part of a prior diatribe of yours -but I could care less how many trips to the potty you made between 6:00am and 7:30am. You arent my child to potty train. Thank Christ! Good luck at preschool and feeding the spiders BYE!

Personal parasitic garbage thingie? I have to admit, that's a new one. I just did some interviews, and occasionally spoke to wayward kids in youth camps. No big deal. It was long ago and far away. Now you change it - here is what you said below: It has nothing to do with the Cooper thread, or does it? Todays posts are just one more opportunity for you to bloviate your personal bullshit. Here is what you said - no mention of "wayward kids" and "youth camps" ? quote: I was interviewing inmates doing long-term sentences, many with no realistic hope of release unless the Fountain of Youth sprung up through the floor of their cells. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I sentence you to fifteen years for each count...twelve counts...for a total of one hundred and eighty years. Sentences to be served consecutively..." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ah, no. Not gettin' out in this lifetime. And yet sometimes they DID. I found out a lot about prison and the folks who reside there on our tax dollars, especially the True Lifers. Back in those days, a lot of guys were doing 'regular' life sentences which meant a minimum term of 13 years and four months. I think they even got good time on this one. The general word I heard was ten years' served was typical unless you were bat-shit crazy. Five Weird Things About Folks Doing Life: 1) They mostly hang out with other lifers. Protection? Well, maybe. The MAIN reason is because nobody in their group talks much about what they're going to do when they get out. Drives lifers crazy. 2) The guards are easier on them. There are a number of reasons for this, but it has to do with guards knowing when someone is Permanent Party or just a Passerby. 3) Bad News: Criminals, unless they are rapists themselves, hate rapists as much as people on the street. They don't consider them 'real' criminals. 4) Believe it or not, the rate of recidivism for murderers with no previous criminal record is really low. Here's a good example why: You are in a bar. You get drunk. You get stupid with that gun you just bought and shoot someone. You go to prison for second degree murder. There are a lot of killings like this by people who just went nuts for a minute. Most do their time, get out, and never break the law again. I met quite a few of these types. A lot of them were really nice guys. Just had a 'stupid moment' and had to pay. Many were serious about how sorry they were for what they did. We're not talking gangsters or serial killers here, but people like you and I who Did Stupid. 5) Good News for Jerry: Your boy may end up in the Special Offenders Unit at Twin Rivers, a suburb of the Monroe Reformatory. In fact, this is almost likely. And believe it or not, the accomodations are much better than in the regular population. Lucky for him. Before Twin Rivers opened in 1981, sex offenders went into the regular prisons like everyone else. Then they shortly had to enter Protective Custody. Then...they spent 23 of 24 hours in a single cell...sometimes for many years. Washington State now uses some type of complex system to assign sentencing ranges, depending on the offense, background of the offender, and circumstances of the crime. An actual 'life' sentence that means Life Without is unlikely. That's all I know. Where is the part about wayward kids and youth camps? This is a Cooper thread - not 'TELL THE WORLD WHAT BLEVINS THINKS ON EVERY SUBJECT UNDER THE SUN - DAILY, MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY. GO BACK TO NEWSVINE WITH THIS STUFF ? You dont have the appreciative audience here you had there. There you were God. Here you are just some repetitive wacko. Another Knoss.
-
That's all. Quote How about you take your personal parasitic garbage THINGIE off this thread and go post it to the open forum at Newsvine, where you came from? Why are posting this shit here? Here, let me clip it for you I gave it a correct title also, since you cant even manage that. And you call yourself an editor? A book publisher? You obviously missed the elevator and have been cycling between floors ever since, play it again Sam. And then you have the gall to announce to us this thread is failing!? NO PLEASE DONT PLAY IT AGAIN SAM!

It is all evidence. The references to comments and reports. They can't seem to grasp anything. The Lapel was swapped out for the clasp. And returned to the one of McCoy. MrShutter shall find supporting information. THAT will be evidence when it is put together. Pay attention to him and LEARN properly. No need to substantiate WHEN the clasp appeared. It was not there in 1974. The lapel was. That is truth. There should be the strong scent of a trail of truth. They are not stupid people, but not brilliant either. They screwed up all over the place. To realize the basics little gold nuggets of truth that still rest in the muck. A closed mind is worthless. What I tell you is the truth. To see a few nuggets, then you might begin to believe what I tell you. No skin off the monkey. [Quatrains of Blevins and Abraczinskis coming soon]

10> And Seattle and self appointed Procreator, RobertMBlevins, are doing everything right! Only JT could have thought this one up! (for lack of thought).

Ted: the blue eyes among other things. Braden is a curiosity for sure. I wish there was a video or script (something) of Carol's presentation. Alas I guess not. I want to know the specifics of what she felt grounded her theory because the reported versions of her theory are shallow. I cant buy the connections she claims, if she was reported correctly. The idea Cooper was following some comic script - thats just not plausible. Farflung would have a heyday with that. Fact is frankly, I just cant see Carol doing something like that; she;s smarter than that! There must be something I am missing ?
-
At the end several of the presenters were on the stage and were asked who their favored suspect was. Carol said Marla. Carol did numerous interviews where she identified LD as the best suspect. Here's just one of dozens of similar quotes (377 was there and missed it!?): " I think the jumper might well be Lynn Doyle Cooper”, said Abraczinskis. Abraczinskas said contemporary photographs of L.D. Cooper closely resemble initial sketches of the suspect and some of the most detailed physical descriptions by fellow passengers she has reviewed in the FBI archive." That coming from a noted U of Chicago, award winning scientific illustrator, carries some weight. You can find more at Postmedia News Nov 24, 2011

THANK GOD NOBODY DOES!! Truth talks, bullshit walks. You have developed a standing, or I guess, a sitting. It is the principle of the thing. A no-win situation. Right? There is a difference between a public opinion and preaching to the Crew. And what of Georf Gray, Tom Kay, and Carol Abraczinakis ... ? any words of wisdom for their work ? Did Cooper model himself after the comic as Carol Abraczinakis says? You know Carol backed Marla, publically at the symposium. How did titanium get on the tie?

Hey Blevinstein! Want to run my city too? I can put you in touch with local government officials real quick! What colour should we paint the jail cells?

CAN I GET A REMINDER FROM YOUT O WAKE UP TOMORROW AT 5:30 SHARP? YOU ARE BETTER THAN ROOM SRRVICE! What other services do you provide ? Do you serve government, education, and industry? Your rates are great! Free is great!

Let's go to the video tape, shall we? This thread goes back a long way. The first post identifying Marla as the FBI's new lead was on page 1003, post 25069, August 3, 2011 4:22 a.m. Less than 16 hours later, Robert, you posted (page 1005, post 25121, August 3, 2011 8:11 p.m.) "There are more holes in the LD story than a five pound block of swiss cheese". You don't have to agree, and maybe her story won't check out. but don't try to say you ever approached Marla's story with an open mind. Yes. Blaveins does not like competition. He jumped on Marla out of the blue like she was the Russian Invasion, threatening AB Books and Blevins directly! The rest is history but I am sure he will continue to post about this until the last orphan dies - or is personally strangled by Blevins himself!

F.Y.I.: WEISS: 1942 - 1971 Albert Weiss, a jewelry designer and manufacturer, founded the Albert Weiss & Company Inc. NYC in 1942. He had been a former employee of Coro. The company prospered during the 1950s and 1960s. Weiss jewelry offered high quality costume jewelry using excellent Austrian diamente or clear and colored and aurora borealis rhinestones of exceptional quality and clarity, faux pearls, clear and glass colored stones with antique and gold-tone, silver-tone and Japanned metal settings. Desirable pieces sought after by collectors are the beautiful rhinestones studded figural jewelry that includes the Weiss butterflies and insects. Weiss jewelry has become highly rated and is increasing in price, and is said to be comparable to Eisenberg and Bogoff jewelry. Weiss manufactured jewelry for wholesale to stores including JC Penny and Sears & Roebuck with the stores using their own name boxes for retail sales. Through the years in business, the Weiss company has manufactured some of the most beautiful and appealing rhinestone jewelry of the post WWII era and after. Weiss introduced the gray rhinestone to the public. Christmas tree pins were made for Weiss in Germany that bore the Weiss logo. Mark: "WEISS". The company ceased operations in 1971. That is excellent info! Congrats. Now for the obvious questions: Did the FBI try and trace the clasp using product codes on the clasp, back in 71-72? What were the results? Is there paperwork at Seattle? Why no mention of this from the A-Team (Kaye and Abraczinkas) ? What makes your find nice (for me) is I spent time actually trying to talk to JCP purchasing at Dallas today - and got nowhere. What rude people! So, once again i went through family contacts - in Co. One set of cousins has owned mens stores inthe US for generations. One cousin gave me a lead and I wound up speaking to an old JCP purchasing agent who told me: 'I think records from that period (60s- 70s) would be long gone. All paper records. But, product distribution records from that period were pretty good. It would have been very time consuming but I think chances are good there would have been records tracking a specific lots of jewelry items, at least regionally, then another set of records from there to specific stores. Its not the first time law enforcement has asked for something like that. It is very time consuming to search through paper records, but in the case of this famous hijacking I think the effort would have been made, especially if it lead to the hijacker. ' The fellow gave me a phone number of a purchasing manager in Dallas who he thinks will know if old paper records still exist. I called and left a message. Nothing further to report. Maybe you have nmore info along these lines?
