(Stolen from Full Metal Jacket) Your next investigation is with your cable company. My oh my! What happened to the nice guy!? Is this an example of how you handle all of your transactions? Your approach to your political column on Newsvine and here? "You slap around the rep like a red-haired stepchild. Claim poverty. Say you're a poor senior. Low income but you need something you can afford, something you can live with. Ask to speak to the supervisor. Quote medical issues. " ????? How does this advice you have just given to Jo and the world square with your quest for TRUTH and high moral principles you claim to represent, and claim others do not represent? Was this your approach with your socalled research and Geestman!? Is this your approach now with news media and the FBI? And what have you got against "red chaired stepchildren" !? "You slap around the rep like a red- haired stepchild." Youve used that idiom a thousand times here. Do you think you are smarter than the "Red Haired Stepchild Association" ? Have you got a bitch against social workers and DHS? Why this constant reference to the paradigm of "child abuse" you keep using here at Dropzone and elsewhere, and now: "Slap around the Comcast rep" ? Do you think this is funny or smart, stylish, or something people in general appreciate? Do you think Dropzone@ condones child abuse or slapping around people ? I assume in none of this you were advising Jo to "deceive" her internet provider?

+9 you would think they would have found his Toupee along side the place Card Im going to be honest here. I havent read some- thing like that in a good long time. Words fail me. None of these people need apply at our Seattle office, not even in sanitation services. I am per- sonally going to see to that!

+9 Speaks for itself. An incomprehensible monstrosity. I didnt think this was humanly possible@!

Georger, I'm confused. Where do you see that I'm doubting your post? I referenced your post where you mentioned that Mr. Rattie had been on the thread. Blevins didn't inspire my curiosity, the old posts did. I must have missed Mr. Rattie's posts, so I said I will search and read them. Not a big deal - just mild curiosity wondering what happened to the shoe. lol...btw....I did Read The Thread (pages 80 - 84 or so) before I posted the question asking about the outcome of the shoe but there were only a few posts on the subject of the shoe for several pages so I gave up. I think the conversation turned to Duane Weber's glasses and from there went to John Collins, the hotel clerk, then to Weber's psyche, then to military jumps, then to the money find. All in the space of 3-4 pages. As a matter of fact, I think I even saw one of your first posts on those pages - analyzing the money - four or so years ago. LOL...Search sucks cause you have to go into each individual post. Heaven forbid that people should get on one subject and see it through to its conclusion before jumping on something else.

There was guy in this area who also claimed to be on the search team when they found a shoe. His name was Phil S. (I figured he was pulling my leg). If he is still living he is about my age and probably confined in an alzhiemer ward. I was seeing evidence of this yrs ago, but he was a nice man with a wonderful wife and a beautful daughter. I expect the daughter is around 32 or 33 now. He was married to a woman much younger than himself. Perhaps Rattie will remember him. That is part of what I mean by 'there is more to this story'. There were a number of people there ... Let these people dig if out if they really care. I am done feeding the Zombies and Trolls ...

I wouldn't take Cook's word that day is light and night is dark. I'll ask Rattie if he ever heard anything from the FBI. Or maybe Bruce should do it. You want Cook? Email him and ask him yourself. I only reference Cook with what he posts publicly, or when he does interviews, or posts evidence. Sure thing Blevins. I think I'll do that. No reason to get snarky. The reason I mentioned Cook is because Mr Rattie mentioned Cook. And you seemed real eager to contact the guy since you knew him. But I see from Georger's posts that Mr Rattie has been here and left. I'll have to search those posts. So you can disregard my post. You're absolutely right - Anything I want to ask anyone I can do myself. But I still think an interview with him or anyone else close to the actual events would make a good article so I'll let my suggestion to BruceSmith stand. Are you actually doubting my post! ? All you have to do is go back and READ THE THREAD. Dont overwhelm Rattie with all the sudden Blevins- inspired interest! If you are going to look into this also email or talk to Jerry Thomas. I will give you his private number if you want. I am sure he wouldnt mind in this case. ps: There is more to Rattie's story ... der Gemuchlichkeit.

I try to roll with things and survive as best I can. The renewed Rattie matter has generated some off- site discussion which I can share. If you recall Mr. Rattie's 'shoe' story came up here and elsewhere even before Mr. Rattie appeared here himself, one or two years later, as I recall this. The Rattie shoe story was discussed a little here but also elsewhere. Im a little fuzzy on the details but it may have been Snowmman who finally suggested that Rattie was possibly confusing weather conditions during the search, with weather conditions the night of the hijacking? I dont know. Only Rattie could clear that up possibly. But Blevins is right. The socalled 'conventional' weather story for the night of the hijacking was/is Himmeslbach's version, ie hellish conditions, which we have always known was not exactly true. Look! We have always had the basaic wx facts from NOAA, NWS, etc. We never needed that, from Blevins or anyone else. Then Hominid arrived and did a superb analysis using wx data, and that was very helpful and NEW ... I would have loved to have had Ckret here during that for his comment. What we have needed is people like Rattie explaining what they meant in their own words and why they are saying what they have always said. It may be nothing more than confusion on Rattie's part but the man is entitled to have his say ... which might lead to a better understanding overall. It has been suggested off-site that we try and get Rattie back here for further better discussion of his story ... let's see what develops. Some good people are on it, I think. Those are my feelings on the matter - Duane was NOT DB Cooper!
-
So you did make the connection the second time Rattie posted and realised who he was, in the history of the Cooper case? Decided to and him asap ? What's this bullshit about D-Day in your second post back to SGT Rattie? quote: "I wanted to add that at certain times, Army paratroopers have done jumps under similar weather conditions. At night sometimes. D-Day could be an example...(*smiles*) Downside: Hijacker wasn't dressed very well for any weather, or for jumping out of a jet. Six of one, half a dozen of the other. " Why are you correcting and educating Sgt Rattie on military history, if you finally recognised who he was and his significance to the DB Cooper case, inserting yourself saying things like, quote: "'Hello... (hello)...is there anybody IN there...'? " which you said to another immediately below Rattie's post. Why cant you allow people at Dropzone to give their side of a story, without your compulsion to control taking over? What is this "tic" you have to control and dominate everything 24-7 even on New Years Eve!? Dont you ever take time off (have a personal life) ? We pay a heavy price for your having been here, just as Gray, Cook, and others predicted would be the case. But you have had plenty of help and enablers ...

It was followed up by a post by Snowmman, which said Does anyone know if anything ever came of this? I read for two pages but didn't see that Ckret ever answered the question or whether Galen Cook was ever notified or looked into this or anymore info. Bruce this sounds like an interview that you might be interested in??....... No need to look for Bill Rattie, because Bill Rattie was here and posted several times, then left after (guess who) RobertMBlevins began correcting Rattie about 'weather conditions during the jump' later citing 'conditions on D-Day', of all things to Rattie. It was bizarre and nobody but Blevins really replied; and is all still in the search archive including Rattie's gmail address he left for anyone to use. People have already talked to Rattie... long ago. Blevins doesnt even recall that Rattie was here and that he Blevins addressed and contradicted Rattie! Blevins was preoccupied at the time defending his book and attacking anyone on anything, Rattie appeared and posted, Blevins jumped Rattie immediately on Rattie's statement about the weather the night of the hijacking! Blevins spouted WX Undergrond data at Rattie. Blevins posted a second time to Rattie saying (if you can believe this!): "wanted to add that at certain times, Army paratroopers have done jumps under similar weather conditions. At night sometimes. D- Day could be an example...(*smiles*) ". Jerry Thomas posted saying the shoe was never lost and the FBI has it - And Mr. Rattie departed Dropzone. Ive been told that Rattie did not like the hostile reaction he got and thought this forum was full of 'crazy people and fakes'. So, no need to search out Rattie - Rattie was here! Here is Rattie's full post and his email address below: ________________________________________________ Page #870 wilrat08 Jumps License In sport : : : Jan 29, 2011, 11:55 PM Post #21739 of 39566 (587 views) Shortcut Registered: Jan 29, 2011 Posts: 1 Re: [happythoughts] Duane with Glasses [In reply to] Can't Post My name is Bill Rattie, I found the brown penny loafer at the point the FBI's wind overlay marked DB coopers chute openeing just short of lake merwin dam. The location was about one hundred feet outside a pasture a fence on a remote farm far from any road. My MOS in the army was a RECON SGT. I can read a map better than anyone you know. Also, Iam a licenced pilot. Did anyone ever think he lost one shoe when the cute opened? Remember it was hard cold weather the night he jumped, and I cannot think he survived the drop. I was flying back from Denver to Seattle that night and my flight was delayed because of bad weather. When I finally got a flight that dark morning the weather was horrible. Also they found ground up money years later downstream of the river mouth into the Columbia. I would bet everything I own that DB is at the bottom of lake Merwin tangled in the trees. Guess this a is too simple. I stood there with a PRC25 on my back. Capt Lidig on my right an an x navy fighter pilot FBI agent looking at the overlay on the map I carried with the damn shoe in my hand. The shoe vanished and I have never heard anything about it again, By the way it was dark brown, good condition, and I don't remember any penny in it. Also, I wear a size eleven and this shoe wa a couple sizes smaller was smaller. wrrattie@gmail.com

Alive, well, and too busy for frequent visits to this thread. I really bit off more than I could chew with the Vogtle 3&4 Project. I'm too old for 70-hr weeks. But, if you make your bed, You have to lay in it! No, not lost intrest in NORJAK, interest is still high. In fact, the direction this forum has taken, definately caused me to be less willing to spend time here. Happy New Year. 'Bama or Notre Dame ?

What politics? I don't see any politics in my last post. And the picture depicting a supposed Mucklow isn't any worse than some of the collages posted on her by Farflung. Some of those have been REALLY risque, yet I never heard you squawk about those. "Just because you fail once doesn't mean you're gonna fail at everything..." Marilyn Monroe Farflung is witty and intelligent. You are dumb and venile-obtuse. Farflung has something to say and contribute - You don't. Plus, the Farm Bill just passed Congress. Whereas your & 377's taxes are going up at midnight tomorrow night! That's just LAZY to a fault! Get out your wallet!

They're supposed to, yes. If they don't know anything, they end up getting jobs as creative writing instructors. That's a joke, too. Get a life, loser.

I guess Georger doesn't like dive bars either. 377 Never been to one. Been to thousands of others. Have you ever been to a concentration camp or a Nazi rally? Or a combat zone? Im guessing not. But you have been a commercial fisherman, watching other people's pots and catches (you said) to save yourself time.

This may not matter. Tina's uniform probably got pretty wet while she made those trips in and out dragging in the chutes and money out of the rain. I'll also assume the FBI didn't make her strip when they got to Reno...since the tech for DNA was nonexistent in 1971. She almost certainly had it cleaned after the hijacking. I guess she should have stripped on the plane, left her uniform on the same seat as the tie and met the press in her underwear. To preserve that future DNA possibility. As an added bonus...those pictures of the crew de-planing in Reno would have been WAY more interesting. You are a barrel of laughs today.

Actually, I don't know what any outcome would be, because I haven't a clue whether or not Ken C was the hijacker. The purpose of the FBI report was to provide them with the available evidence on KC and to give them the tools to find out. There are too many questions, too many available witnesses, too many lies, too many coincidences to simply ignore them all. He needed to be CHECKED OUT once and for all. That's all there is to it. It's not complicated. If I were simply interested in selling the book, I would not have done the report, because there's a very good chance that if the Seattle FBI checks out what I sent...that they might discover Kenny wasn't the guy. In fact, chances are much greater that this will happen. In that case, the book would be completely useless to me and I would have to change it all around. And...it would no longer sell. If I were not interested in discovering the truth, I would leave the whole thing alone because Blast sells a steady number of copies month in and month out. This would stop of course, if KC were discounted by the FBI, and the FBI says why by addressing the available evidence. I have nothing to gain by pushing them to check out Kenny, unless they find out he WAS Cooper...and let's face it...the chances of that are very small. LOL...377 is right. Gray did mention Dropzone in his book, and the drama that accompanies it.
-
Geoff Gray did write such a book documenting, among other things, our "squabble-drama" here. 377 Well as soap operas go, this is a damned poor one! Devised by morons for morons. The average housewife would throw it in the trash and move to something with a plot-line that isnt like paint drying, upside down - I give this novel a big 'D" for dull and dumb beyond the ability of a maggot to even be attracted -

You're just pissed off I caught you in a lie that you kept repeating for almost a year. That is a personal problem for you, and no concern of mine. If you want to call Gray a liar on that, you know where his website is. "Just because you fail once doesn't mean you're gonna fail at everything..." Marilyn Monroe Why would anyone take your word for anything? I have stated the facts and the FACTS have not changed. Gray made the remarks I say he did. Your problem Blevins is to figure out why Gray would lie to you, if he has. Keep in mind Blevins, I am not the only person on Earth Gray has made remarks to concerning you. Gray has made "remarks" about a lot of people, as have you right here on Dropzone. You put a lot of people to a lot of trouble - or so you try. One thing Ive noticed about you and Gray; you are both big talkers. Maybe you need to talk it out, and leave the rest of the world alone - FOR A CHANGE! Your problem is between the two of you and nobody else. The rest of us are just "spectators" and your "audience". Try your act in a mini skirt and a beanie hat with a propeller? That should get a laugh from "Americans want to know!" (your line). Nighty night Marilyn. "I dont like boasters" Gen. Douglas MacArthur

Nice to see you're working with noted author Geoffrey Gray again. Will you be editing his revised edition for him? Likewise taking a positive direction for a change and conducting an actual searches of the dropzone area. Are permits required? Gray and the FBI can help you with that. Looks like you are on a roll, with Geoffrey Gray and the FBI at your side. A TV documentary cannot be far behind. Thanks for the announcement!

The bigger the nose, the bigger the smeller. Thats why horses come up behind you and hit you right between the butt-cheeks. What happened to Tina's gloves? Hmm. More food for thoughtness.

Is this what you are referring to - from the Peidmont site? attached - Years ago we had some discussion/posts about the back sets being pulled out of N467US after the hijacking ... not sure if saved as evidence but the plane did get a makeover prior to being sold to the new owner ... stews used to get questions from passangers who wanted photos: 'is this the Cooper hijacking plane?'.. I will scare up the Pieidmont url for you if you want it... may be something about this over at Sluggo's site.

You speak as an authority on Cooper and U haven't read the book! Yet, you pass judgement on those who have done their research! - OKAY! Book. Schmook! Who are you to say it is the authoritative book!? Or that the book even matters? Or that you are not just engaging in more 'Jesus-in the toast- de-book' ? Put Duane's ass in a seat on the plane, with his finger prints and dna inside the plane ... Everything else is fantasy. Let's change the subject - NEW TOPIC! What happened to Tina's uniform? Does the FBI have it? Why wasnt Tom Kaye allowed to see and test it? Why hasn't Geoff Gray written about it? How did Adventure Books B.I/C.S.I. forget to mention it in reference to Kenny's dna on the uniform!? Or Weber's dna on the uniform? Moving on: what happened to the seats on the plane? They were removed - yes? Were they kept as evidence? Tell us about your adventuires into palm reading and tarot cards? How are Sister Stella and Par Be doing these days? Isnt your posts here at Dropzone your book?
