Mee too! +1 I'm all ears and beers. Heading to the store right now to get the corn. PLEASE WAIT FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES! Holy Cow!

Aha...I see that the NWA newsletter does say this about Christiansen, after all. I must have missed it and I blame it on the fact I was on my first cup of coffee.
-
Are you saying Geoff Gray has Agent Farrell’s case history ? That he was given it? I have to seriously question your judgement including RobertMBlevins esq. in your list! What's the basis for that ? Scientology? Radios? Moon dust?
-
I understand this concept completely.

Looks like the old civil av forum from 2004-05, closed, archived - reads at the bottom; "This topic is archived and can not be replied to any more." Do you have info that its a living thread?
-
Trust me. I'm plenty busy. And WHY again do you direct readers of this thread to AB? We're NOT HERE to discuss AB, is that right? We're NOT HERE to promote AB, is that right? Nobody reading this cares about AB. Except you. There could be a fixation going here on it. Stop. Stop now. Okay, that was a bit of a joke. But maybe you should move beyond AB and address the message instead of the messenger. You quote NWA and I ask for a source...and you lose it. Georger: Do NOT bring up Adventure Books on this thread unless you have a real context. This thread is viewed by more people than you think, and when you do this, the book on Cooper goes from number 200,000 or whatever at Amazon to something else within minutes: (Boy, I HATE doing this BTW but you need to know!) I don't like posting that. But I thought you should know. Stick to Cooper, harp on me if you wish, but let's try to keep the company name out of things. Please. Jo: The file on Weber at the Seattle FBI is as fat as a goose. He was officially dismissed, yes. I didn't say they were right about it. I just don't know if Weber was the hijacker any more than I know whether it was Christiansen. Although I'm a big fan of the FBI, I think they've made stumbles along the way regarding the Cooper case. I will consider your commands, troll. You don't get no stinkin sources, troll. Anyone else does get sources, troll. 10:1 you'll be using the material I post here free with or without sources - such is the nature of - - - TROLLS who claim to read people's minds and intentions and meanings beyond what anyone else here does. What hypocritical gall you have! BTW maybe it time for you to stop bad-mouthing the FBI ? Think about it... As for you and AB Books, you are the Managing Editor, part owner, or some such, right? Well, Ive seen you work both here at at Newsvine. Ive read some of the socalled scifi AB published you posted here, right? In my opinion everything Ive seen and read and endured from you is trash. In as much as you constantly advertise and promote AB Books here freely, and your work is some of the work of AB Books, then by direct association I would have to say, the apple may not fall far from the buffalo's mouth? Eh? I mean you are the dude who has put AB Books in the middle of our lives here, yes? Forced it and yourself down our throats daily for 2.5 years, yes? Well Mr. Blevins get real! The association is one you have made here. Nobody invited it or you! You have a lot of gall telling anyone not to bring up AB Books! Since you have forced it upon us uncountable times, without even asking permission, even admitting at times people did not want or like it ?
-
You're right. Except for Weber, whom they investigated and officially dismissed years ago. Kind of makes you wonder what they're doing up there in Seattle lately on the case. I think they got burned pretty hard on the Marla Fable and don't know which way to turn anymore. One thing's for sure, they haven't gone public on anything much since that time.

I read it the same - totally neutral. Now for some of the rest of the story. Contrary to some myth, NWA had procedures in place in the event of a hijacking. Employees had had training - long term employees repeated training. Following the hijacking a number of people said they did not think 'the behavior of hijacker' had shown an awareness of, or did anything to defeat, specific procedures which any NWA employee would have been aware of, and knew kicked in in the event of a hijacking! One member of the crew said in this context, paraphrasing: 'Bull shit! That guy didn't know anything about what we were doing or why - without our constant help he would have been out of luck and we might have been blown up.' The crew member cited a list of examples. Not that anyone here cares about facts as they operate in their void of me-ism -

The way I read the article, it is Rataczak who provided the assessment of Kenny...... as in...."Here are a few little-known-facts Rataczak provided to his audience, often spiced with a bit of wry humor."......In other words, seems like the writer is writing what Rataczak said. Ergo, Rataczak is the source. Whenever you interview Ratczak, maybe you could ask him where he got it from. This, is ridiculous! Who gives a shit what Bkevins understands or doesnt understands etc etc etc etc etc... believes or doesnt believe etc etc etc etc etc... here at Blevins Day Care. No good deed goes unpunished here. Its over. Or at Cooper Sleuth Day Care Zone either. Georger: Stop with the Drama Queen stuff, please. Whether it was Rataczak who said Kenny had been 'fully vetted' (and then dismissed as a suspect) or the writer of the article, it doesn't matter much. The truth is that both those statements are inaccurate...and I provided a link to the video where the head of NWA History (publishers of the newsletter) verifies what we claimed about Kenny and whether he would be recognized. Look, when people make statements that broad about a suspect, of course I'm going to challenge them, especially if I have something on record to present. Besides...it's well known that Rataczak believes the hijacker died in the jump anyway. He said so in Blast, as well as in mulitple articles with the media over the years. Do you really believe Rataczak is going to stand up there in front of NWA folks and say that he believes a former employee was Cooper? Of course not, and I wouldn't expect him to. But the fact remains that no matter WHAT was quoted in that newsletter, I have two FBI agents in Seattle who say Kenny has NOT been investigated, nor has he been dismissed. Neither have they done the DNA test on his brother's DNA sample to compare to the tie. I asked Agent Gutt that specifically. Those are facts. If anyone wants to contact the Seattle FBI and get a new update, go ahead. Until then, I will take the word of the agents over a statement in a newsletter. Here is one of the emails, in its entirety: That is evidence on the FBI's viewpoint concerning KC. No need to get excited about it because there is also ANOTHER fact in play: I can't prove that Ken Christiansen was the hijacker. Stop with the Drama Queen stuff ????????? And you call me a Drama Queen? ! It seems to me YOU are the one making DRAMA! You "demanded proof" the NWAH article even existed! And you now bring up DRAMA QUEEN? Your nice rational guy act didn't even last a week. Unless someone new is posting, again ? Get a life Bozo.

And WHO at the Seattle FBI supposedly said this to them? I did not see this quote about Christiansen in the Fall issue, the one with Rataczak appearing to speak at the 'Hijacking!' special. (Or in any of their OTHER newsletters) This newsletter can be viewed (as long as you have Adobe Reader) by going to the link, selecting 'December 2012,' and then using the dropdown menu on it to pick 'Fall' newsletter. Bruce Kitt, the President of the the NWA History Center, (and producer of the newsletter) told a different story to Decoded, admitting on-air that Christiansen could have easily slipped through the cracks. You can review that episode HERE at YouTube. See Kitt's comments at the 21:10 mark on the video. DID see this interesting quote from Rataczak regarding Tina Mucklow: I sent NWA History Center a copy of the report on KC that was done for the Seattle FBI recently. Aha...I see that the NWA newsletter does say this about Christiansen, after all. I must have missed it and I blame it on the fact I was on my first cup of coffee.

After a fast visit to the NWA History Centre, it appears that a $20 membership is necessary to view the NWA Reflections newsletter and to buy items from the Centre. Is the above correct Georger? Robert99 I had no problem viewing them? http://www.nwahistory.org/newsletter.htm I don't have any trouble getting to the newsletter page, but I still can't open individual newsletters. And I did install the Adobe reader on that page just to make sure I had the right version. Maybe I need to send my e-mail address to the NWA e-mail address shown on that page. Robert99 The pdf is too large to post here with a limit of 300k here at Deadzone. I see RMB has had another personality shift and is now doubting the article exists at all! So here is a word doc of the article ... I can send you the pdf privately if you like? Techytalk: If you see the articles page on the NWAH website, you should see a serie of tabs for their article archive. Click the tab that says "2012". You should now see all four 2012 newsletters - Spring-Winter. Click the Fall tab which covers BR's talk in Sept. That should open the Fall 2012 issue for you. Otherwise I can send you the whole pdf if you like. Several of our old Boeing guys were at this talk and met R personally. I guess R was very forthcoming and open during the question period. He still maintains the bulk of the FBI believes the bomb was real vs. Himm's book version. R' always makes it clear they weren't taking chances in any event and 'if I could have gotten to Cooper I would have killed him...' I sent along questions which BR answered. A nice guy! BTW BR's military service has hardly been mentioned here. He spent about six years in the USAF ...

I saw this article a while back. It's one of the reasons I got angry with BK when he claimed that Rataczak was an accomplice in the hijacking. Wow!!! What a guy. I'll never refer to him as "Rat" again. 377 BR gave a talk in Sept 012 at the Bloomington MN NWA Hist Center on his DB Cooper experience. A DVD of that talk is available from NWA Hist Center. A Bill Johnson article in the Fall issue of NWA 'Reflections' gave highlights of Rataczak's talk. Two points stood out, quoting: "The FBI says Cooper had a real bomb: eight sticks of dynamite with wires, batteries, etc. He apparently threw it out when he jumped. No sign of the bomb was found by authorities in Reno." and "There’s been a lot of talk, some recently, about former purser Ken Christiansen being D. B. Cooper. He was fully vetted by the F.B.I., who determined he was not a person of interest."

I got the impression to do so might be dangerous as there seemed to be connections with the East Coast and West Coast....... Why I steer away from this - because it frightens me! Now I have NO fear! As in: East Coast (Dvorak) and West Coast (Myers)... "Teddy is the Devil". Duane was trained by, and served with ... "Fast Eddy" aka "The Handlebar". And KC and Geestman no doubt knew them all! What goes around, comes around. All known to the sister: Ruth "The Tooth" Margarine. The Butter Girls!

http://dnaforensics.com/News/view.asp?ID=135 New Forensic Tests Predicts Eye and Hair Color of Unknown Suspects A new forensic technique called Hirisplex will soon allow investigators to predict certain physical characteristics of suspects, like their hair and eye color, after analyzing traces of DNA that were left at the crime scene. This type of testing, originated in forensic biology, is called Forensic DNA Phenotyping (FDP). FDP allows police investigators to narrow down a large group of possible suspects. The BBC reported that according to Prof, Manfred Kayser from Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, who led the study, tools such as Hirisplex could be useful in those cases where the perpetrator is completely unknown to the authorities. Prof. Kayser said the test "includes the 24 currently best eye and hair color predictive DNA markers. In its design we took care that the test can cope with the challenges of forensic DNA analysis such as low amounts of materia...The test is very sensitive and produces complete results on even smaller DNA amounts than usually used for forensic DNA profiling," he added. The test system includes the six DNA markers previously used in a test for eye color known as Irisplex, combining them with predictive markers for hair. The authors of the study used Hirisplex to predict hair color phenotypes in a sample drawn from three European populations. On average, their prediction accuracy was 69.5% for blonde hair, 78.5% for brown, 80% for red and 87.5% for black hair color. Tag: The HIrisPlex system

Jo, Do you actually believe what you have written above? If so, you need to get some professional mental healthcare NOW! If the Cooper hijacking was "A Matter of National Security", do you honestly think the FBI would still be posting online information about that case? Do you remember that it was an FBI agent who provided most, if not all, of the Cooper information presented on this thread and that he also posted here for quite a while? Do you remember that it was the FBI that provided Tom Kaye and his crew with access to their actual files on the Cooper case? For someone who claims to be interested only in the "truth" about Duane Weber and has no interest in a book, you are extremely well versed in how the book publishing industry and the movie industry operates. Frankly, I think you are as much a fraud as Marla! Robert99 Ouch! Where have I heard that before, B.M. (B.P.)

I am having a good day! wow! Thanks...
-
, "And that's the way it was in 1971, except, YOU (I) were there!" Bite me. I tell the truth. I am SOOO glad I am not having what you are having. On the other hand, you couldn't have, even if you tried!

Looks like I have a couple of questions to answer. No problem. First, I decided to get out of the active end of the Cooper investigating business. Too much money, too much time, and I thought another interview with Rataczak wouldn't do much good. So I canceled that idea. Besides, when I asked people on this thread for sensible questions, mostly I got flak. No more than a couple of questions were subbed, and truthfully...I didn't know what questions I should ask the guy beyond those. So I said the hell with it. Besides, there are more qualified people here to do an interview, ones with more familiarity on the case, and Rataczak is in the phone book. Yes, he's listed. The reason you probably haven't heard anything from the local media on the KC report to the FBI is because (as I said yesterday) I decided not to send it to them, at least for now. No big deal. You deserved a straight answer on both questions. Straight answers are always the best - thanks!

He she and it say this and that, in some context, to him they them both or it, all according to the some 3rd 4th 5th and 6th party, several times removed! Then news arrives there is more undisclosed fed privately, as it were, what-if, maybe ...! There is no Smithsonian Official Manual of the Cooper case, in spite of that having been suggested in prehistory. That was rejected in favor of privatized ambiguity, from multiple privatized sources of authority, etc. So: its Tom said this, Tom said that, Gray said this, Gray said that, Sluggo says this, Sluggo said that. 377 says this, 377 says that. Georger says this, Georger says that ... Blevins say this, Blevins says that in spite of the fact Rataczak refused to talk to him so alas no Blevins-Rataczak interview as promised ... then Tom tells Georger: 'Just so you know, I'm no longer involved in Cooper, so you need to get your "Cooper info" from somebody else"! WTF! Me, get what, from WHO! WHO IS KIDDING WHO!????? And, no rational way to sort any info from anybody out! 10,000,000,000 posts later on Dropzone and we have a common knowledge base of total confusion, but confirmed in some alleged email from Santa Claus. Nobody listens to anybody because everyone is correct and all-knowing. Farfling spoofs it all, to no avail because it what the masses want and need in order to feel cozy in their privatized coffins. Hillary has left the building! Tana Tuva is in flames! Not one media source contacted has even heard of RobertMBlevins KC report to the FBI, .... what's with that!? And Brian Ingram is worried and praying no more Cooper bills surface, to under cut the market! House Agriculture Committee will now issue a Federal Cooper Support to all qualified writers and publishers, which means Geoff Gray and Crown Publishing are good for another ten years. More symposiums on oyster gorging planned. Cooper seen in a UFO headed for Venus. with Gray and Kaye in hot pursuit - privatized with a Grant from the House on UnAmerican Activities Commission ! Marla has left the building.

Its just a standard test you would do on evidence of this nature. No biggie. If 'yes' then you get inquisitive. If it's hot, then . . . you pick up the phone and seal the damned tie. (and wash your hands and . . follow procedures).
-
(emphasis added) 377 Did Tom do any radioactive tests?
-
Didnt Tom conclude that pure titanium (as found on the tie) was not used in the aircraft industry, just alloys? 377 Correct. Thats how I read his comments. Andit makes sense. Pure Ti has some unattractive characteristics. And for the last God damned time! Tom did NOT find Titanium sponge either ... NO MATTER WHAT BLEVINS SEZ. Quite frankly, I dont know what the hubbub is about Ti. Its not that rare even in 1970. What is more important is the total combination of metallic particles which form an industrial set. And the "form" of those particles. They all show processing occurring in some environment. Sure. The FBI did not protect the tie. All kinds of people have handled-looked at it. The average Jo however does not have a particle set like this on his person to contaminate "the Cooper tie". Those particles on that tie have one and only one explanation imho. And as Cook has pointed out, those particles 'open' the door to possibilities vs narrowing possibilities as dna would.

a munitions test site just east of V23, between Ariel and BTG east, where people presumably made and tested munitions. I thought that was possibly interesting in terms of the particles found on the tie ? Robert99 I evidently failed to save the post and the Google map, and all searches haven't found it. Just one more example of how impossible it's become to function here - I know I replied to the post. Let me search further when I get time ... if its even worth spending time on which it probably isn't. Take care. ps: cant find it. all I can find is RobertMBlevins shit. He has so polluted this thread hardly anything is easily searchable now. Its time to basically give up. It no longer matters -
-
In the Jurassic period of this thread you mentioned and named a munitions test site just east of V23, between Ariel and BTG east, where people presumably made and tested munitions. I thought that was possibly interesting in terms of the particles found on the tie ? Are you sure that was me? I didn't know there was such a facility in the Vancouver area. Robert99 Maybe it was Smokin99 ? Let me go back and find it - I saved the post and did a Google map search at the time and saved it ... but it interested me at the time. Its a wild card ... Some armor piercing shells back then had Ti and Uranium alloy covered tips. Has anyone bothered to see if any of those particles are 'hot' ? I doubt it. Let me find the original post...
