It beats watching clinton butchering heartbreak hotel on the saxophone on arsenio halls show. Many say that prank alone got him elected. Arsenio needs to die just for that! But maybe the next lefty press will give us some more interns gone wild featuring snoopdog monents with the abandon of ol Billary. ( or maybe you are hoping for some page boy antics?) Fuck that it was cool, it was bad ass cool. He should have really pushed for an F-18/14 ride to the carrier fuck the secret service they're working for him. You know you would too if you were the prez.

Just wanted to say thanks. Since I've been coming to dz.com, I really feel like family is no more than a keyboard away. Makes me smile...and laugh...and cry. All the shit family does for a person.

What you really need as basics is a small chemlite stick taped over the left side of your alti so you can see the lower portions. If you do this with a battery operated nite jump attachment ok but a taped stick isn't as bulky and there are no batterys to fail. A lite or two on your body somewhere so that others in your group can see you. Our S&TA cautions against over amping your extra nite goodies. As far as the FAA 3mile lite requirement well. A flash lite to check your canopy- if its good you will know it with a control check. If its fuckt you will know it quik. Thats why you pull higher at night. If you fear a cutaway tape a chem lite on your risers to help find it sooner. If the wind is bad enough the jumps should get called off. Most of our nite cuttaways were found pretty quik. Tape all your lites so you can activate them on the ride up and pull off the last strip of tape to reveal the lites just before you exit, or hold your hand over it so as not to blind everyone aboard. You don't want to fixate on all your goodies what you want to do is conserve your night vision. In the day we see fine for miles but at night your vision is effected by altitude, some people more than others. Spot everyone in your group and make sure they see you. Don't spiral down into the lower trafic patterns, avoid getting nite spatial disorientation by flying mellow under canopy. This helps to avoid collisions. So does keeping groups small. Pay more attention to your scan of the sky and your spot for a landing. I've been on many night jumps. Last month we had light and variable winds. First jump sqweaked it in right over the cars we use for lighting the landing area. Like I've always done on night jumps like most people do cuz they are paying attention to their surroundings. Second jump winds change after half the group gets out 180 degrees and maybe 7-10 knots. Had to land downwind in a large and open area filled with hard dirt clods. everybody that landed downwind endoed a couple of times some got face dragged. I haven't messed up a landing in a couple hundred jumps (with one watery exception ) and all of my previous night jumps could just about qualify for D licence accuracy. But you have to be prepared to land in some funky places and things could get ruff at night. With all that being said I really love night jumps. I will do them everychance I get. Nothing to fear if you know how to approach it. What is important and what will distract you from doing a great job and get you down safe. Have fun and know that when you are out there on a night jump your brothers at other DZs will be up doin them also. Glen

I will be there for a while, would like to flock with the rest for sure. Glen

Good, let's go skydiving instead! I wouldn't be interested in going to a swinger's club but not because I'd be giggling at everyone. I'm quite fine with my sexuality and nakedness and everyone else's. But, I'm more for the "love the one you're with" school of thought, I'm not into sharing. Ok but I giggle when I skydive, sometimes I get kicked off loads. Glen

That was a birdman 3-way, Nice meeting JP and great jumping with him. The second was Dave BMI instructor third myself. That was an unusual day, the DZ was rained out so people were minimal. First jump wasn't until after 3:30 pm. I know Perris has more that come out during the week pretty much planed. The funny thing is that there are many more out there at both DZs but unless you pre-arrange they may not have their wings with. There will be a ludacriss amount at either DZs wingsuit boogies + guests+ new guys that have the jump# needed since last years boogies. I always have wings with just in case! Funny thing is I Effed up and didn't have my other, other freeflysuit with me so it was either wingsuit or nakie. Looking forward to flocking with both JP and Lou at the end of may. Glen

I only have 28 on my classic. I can hang with most anybody I fly with though, I will punch it out. Most of my friends do nothing but any more and if I did I would have about a hundred. My friends that started about the same time have well over a hundred. I just can't stand to let my freefly skills get rusty so I must have balance. I'm looking forward to doing night wingsuit sometime this summer. I dig flocking but will cruize alone no problem if there are clouds to surf the openings of a thick scattered layer

Oh come on I'll do anything..... I'll even paint your house Glen

I guess I'm not gonna take you to a swingers club, you would get us kicked out for giggling at other people for sure. Shame, shame. People come in all shapes and sizes even nakie ones.

Don't assume that the government had to lie or twist the arms of all its citizens to get " behind" the administrations reason for going to war. There are many in this country that think its overdue. And MANY more that believe this is just a start. We will agress any RADICAL islamic anti- US activities anywhere in the world 9/11 put that card into play and this nation is gonna call! Glen

happy birthday tous youz, michele!

Skydivers are very generous, who else trusts you with their lives a handful of times a weekend? And then do things like this during the week? Way to go. Jumpers rock! Glen.

I do kill mine but because it doesn't sit at the bottom of the crotch of the risers it tends to float up a few inches and forms a C . kind of like the blade of a doser, only on the ends the middle is effectively killed. Glen
-
Rob that keeps it down, what keeps it wrapped tight so that it doesn't balloon any? Glen
-
Hey what about Skybytch who did you ..........A favour that is? Glen

Go for it girl! Let's set both in one day - I'm sure there'll be enough freeflyin' dz.commers there to put something together while we're breaking the rw one. I smell HYBRID! How about a billvon 11 ways camp for some of the peeps who haven't been on a successfull 10 way? Ten way yes successfull no. Hey it wasn't my fault. Glen

[When I rented the Spectre for the first time, all of a sudden there were 2 groups of yellow things - one on each set of risers. Upon closer look, I figured it out, and was fine. Ciels- Michele This also happened to me at around 11 jumps. My first thought was "cool more stuff to play with ....Yahoo!" Glen

This has been done on metal -less base rigs for stealth reasons. I didn't dare ask any more questions of the fabricator for fear he may have to kill me. No joke Glen
