  1. So have there been any tests that show people _cannot_ perform if they don't prebreathe oxygen, or if they go on oxygen above 8000 feet, or if the same flow comes orally rather than nasally? It is common knowledge the effects of hypoxia can induce symtoms at altitudes as low as 8000 feet. Its well documented in even primary pilots training especially in regards to flying at night.
  2. Yes its a power plant. I don't own a digital camera or photo suite software. Work is the fastest way to post pics. There is two angles in the upper wing trailing edge. You can almost see this in picture #1 ( sequentially the last ) . Do the regular skyflyers have a constant trailing edge angle? Or do the 3's have one that is more dramatic? This suit seemed really no harder to fly than my classic just more responsive.
  3. Why yes it is indeed, not sure if it is the regular or the 3. As I understand a few things were prototyped on his suits before getting OKed or nixed for the production suits. All I know was that the suit seemed to fly as good as my classic ( but not better, yet ) with less effort. If I "worked" it a little I could pop up and away from others flockers. I can't wait to see what I get when i figure the sweet spots. Kim really, single handedly, did a fantastic job of representing BM inc. I don't know how many but many demos were flown and a handful of sales were made And based on the smiles I'm sure more to follow. And that is just for the wings can't say what happened with all the pantz demos.
  4. That was just a quik photo op on our way to the stack. Sorry no pics, basers rules.
  5. With all this talk of wingloading I've decided to up size my wing size

  9. And then one day you find yourself in the rumble seat of a helicopter, 9,000 feet above the valley, clambering along the side while the pilot hovers, and on cue you let go... and the helicopter becomes a speck in the sky and you think, 'Damn! Did I really just do that?' When the opportunity comes along, you'll amaze yourself and do exactly what you did when you were doing student progression. You'll GO on GO! __________________________________________ Yah babe go, yeah go babe Yeah !
  10. Yah but we gott Kim and we are not letting her go home untill we get some more suits shipped to the west coast to keep up the status: FLOCKALICIOUS.

  19. Well we may just have to hold you over the side by your ankles. Now that will make great video.
  20. You won a spectre from PD too....didn't you? spill it. SAY IT!
  21. When bleeding don't recycle or reintroduce the same fluid into the system. Any water in the brake fluid will drop the boiling point of the total fluid and give you a radical spongy feel. Although I doubt it in this case because it usually manifests itself in uneven braking front to back and side to side, providing you with some radical unintended lane changes even at slow speed. I would really look into a possible vacuum leak.
  22. What is that brand zkk or skk, real stout heavy metal zippers, brass or stainless. You will be wearing long sleave underneath because its like snuggling a chainsaw.
  23. Demo some servo drives from intersonics ( out of production) used for crystal experiments in zero G outerspace- Communicating with elephants long distance- building earthquake simulation - of and Billy sheehans on stage bass rig. Micheal jackson used a few too, but not too many.
  24. and was seen doing a 90 degree turn from base to final. Unless he was planning on landing crosswind and on the runway, he seemed to intend to set up for that HP landing. Billvon. __________________________________________________ I thought you were a pilot? Base to final is a 90 degree turn. Downwind to base is also a 90 degree turn. Downwind to final is 180 turn total unless you got your protractor from a kids cereal box. Don't we all do a form of this? Straight in approach just means you did this farther out, higher up. Diving 270s, 360s and 580s are manuevers that Bob Hover use to do while shooting at ground based targets from diving 51s and 39s back in world war two to sight in the guns on warbirds that were being reassembled after being surface shipped in crates to england . Oh and also the current crop of pro canopy pilots do this sometimes too without the whole machine gun part. But still very much on target. I'm not going to disagree that he made an x-degree turn. Your point should be TOO much bank Too close to the ground.
  25. Summer of irresponsability? Is that like Bytch fest or Bytchapalooza?
