Sucker! If it makes you feel any better, Zoe' likes to lay on my belly in bed and get her head scratched first thing in the morning... Cruzer scared her when he jumped on the bed, too... My belly is shredded. Actually it's pretty much gone away now. Holy cow that hurt! Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

I saw Saw I. It wasn't that bad, but not my cup-o-tea. I LOVE scary movies, but not gory. I LOVE Halloween and ghosts & goblins and tricks & treats and putting funky contact lenses in my eyes and looking monstrous. But, I still don't like gore. I heard Hostel was brutel. What scares me isn't the movie itself; it's that someone thought it up. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Sadly, Cruz will eat, but at first will spit out, vegetables. He LOVES to chew and we have a bazillion nyla bones throughout the house--my hopes of saving the furniture. It's worked except for the master bedroom to which he has destroyed every corner of the bed mattress & box springs, and subsequently the bed skirt I bought in an effort to hide the destruction of the mattress. There's just no hope for the master bed. --Just typical dog stuff; he adores socks; so much so that we stopped wasting our money on any toy, regardless of its supposed claims of being indestructable and started investing in the pack of 20 socks you can buy for $10 at Costco.

Indeed. That figure doesn't even come close to what I spend for just Billy and I (and our animals, of course) on weekly groceries & staples. I had to do some serious budget re-working when I finally put my foot down after moving in with Billy and said "I can't take all this spagetti & canned veggies anymore." Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

It's cruel. It really is. We haven't yet dressed up Cruzer but I know his time will come. I figure for all I do for him on a daily basis, he can suffer and look ridiculous & cute for one day out of the year....OK, maybe two days b/c we DID buy him antlers for Christmas. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

SOOOOOO cute! We were going to dress Cruz up as a pirate but didn't have time to shop. Next year, baby! We did go to the costume contest though. I don't care how many times I've seen it, the wiener dog in the frank costume gets me every time. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
