  1. Key word there being "intent". Being the world famous legal expert you are you should know that and how hard it can be to prove intent. 2. Every freedom has it's price. Free speech included. No, your point has been that certain subjects should be suppressed and not protected under free speech. Big difference between that and not being allowed to yell "fire" in a crowded theater. If you can't make that distinction then you are beyond any help I can give you. 3. That's Americans at their best. "I support your right to Free Speech as long as you don't say anything that pisses ME off." There's your assholes. No, the assholes are: go ahead and say what you want, if it incites riots, so what? If people die, so what? Absolute free speech is more important than civil order. Actually, we don't have absolute free speech. There are limits. And yes, having minimal limits on free speech is much more important than absolute total civil order. But I do enjoy your postings in this thread. They continue to provide evidence of your attitude that you can say whatever you want but if somebody says something you don't like they have to STFU. BTW, the word "nigger" comes from the Latin "niger" (black) and French "nigre" (black). 4. All I can say about that is...wow. You sure know how to take something completely out of context. I didn't say foreseeable consequences are the only measure of the limits of free speach so why did yoy take it that way? Yep. And many of those denials are appealed and won. We do? On what? Don't you think it is extremely hypocritical of you to determine this subject should not be allowed to be discussed because it may anger people, or that subject should be banned because somebody might have a violent reaction to it.....all in the same forum where you routinely refer to past Republican Presidents as fascists, dictators, etc. ? I was in Tallapoosa, Georgia many years ago and listened to a speach at a KKK rally. The words and terms they used to describe non-whites were not nearly as strong as the words you use here in this forum to describe those who don't agree with your political views. Would you care for me to copy and paste some of your remarks so you may be reminded? 5. Very poor comparisons. Both of your examples are illegal because of the immediate results that can be expected. A person claiming the holocaust never occurred is expressing their views and opinions. Right and a subsequent riot would never outbreak by descedents of the Holocaust survivors . Would saying Licoln was wrong with the Emancipation Proclamation while in downtown Detriot be a cause of a riot? Would it incite civil unrest? Sure, therefore it's not protected but disorderly conduct. Sorry you don't personally like it, but that is the way it is. Again you compare apples to golfballs. By your logic anybody who says anything that may result in somebody doing something to somebody that they might not like should be arrested. You wrote, "Would saying Licoln was wrong with the Emancipation Proclamation while in downtown Detriot be a cause of a riot? Would it incite civil unrest? Sorry you don't personally like it, but that is the way it is" Sorry, but as long as a person obtained any needed permits they could indeed do exactly that. In fact, White Supremecist groups do that very thing all over the country and they are protected by the law. 6. I guess that stands until you produce an example that a major fed tax cut fixed things. If you can dig one out, then try to dig out several. I can produce the opposite in wholesale numbers. YOU AGAIN FAIL TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. I would love to move, altho I'm happy with how things are going now. YOU AGAIN FAIL TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. Sure, wanna pay for it? According to lucky-nomics we should just give our paycheck to the government and they will give us what they feel we need and everybody will be happy as a clam. Sounds like Communism to me. Is that what you want, lucky? For the USA to become a Communist state? What issue am I failing to address, lucky? You opened the door for discussion of more taxes vs less taxes and that is the issue I have discussed. 8. You use it as a metaphor, not we. Don't include everyone in your little name calling game, lucky. I have friends from both major parties and I'm not so big an asshole that I would refer to any of them as Nazis or insinuate they would approve of atrocities the Nazis committed. 9. So the government taking more of peoples money = better, taking less = worse. Got it. There are several countries you can move to that will take a very large chunk of your income and provide you with what they think you need in return. That should make you happy. My offer to help you move is still open. That would make a lot of us VERY happy.

  13. Yep, and in Monza the year before that - prompting the introduction of safety tethers that should keep the wheels attached to the chassis even when the suspension is broken... Yeah, the tether attachment point on the upright failing, the fact that both uprights failed under loads they should be able to handle, and that these were newly designed parts points to an engineering problem. Right now an engineer in Italy is peeking out from under his desk in a darkened room wondering if it is safe to leave without being seen and severely beaten. 14. Buemi is Swiss (as you know), Franz Tost is Austrian, Toro Rosso is based in Italy and uses Ferrari engines in a chassis designed and constructed in Italy. Maybe those Austrians and Italians have something against the Swiss? Probably envious of their watches, cheeses, and women.
  15. ...or Italian, or Austrian. HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit.
  16. "But I have to say, I am extremely disappointed that, once again, through no fault of my own, I have been unable to run for almost all of the three hours available." Sounds like they got a real team player there. 17. Have you ever tasted human? It's freakin' delicious! Aren't we though? Some people say we taste like chicken, but I find us to taste much more like bonobo. Smoked and served with a cucumber and tomato salad....mmmmmmmmGOOD!
  18. When I looked at the pics I could have sworn, and still could, that it is a girl I know in Detroit. So I would say the pics are not of the same girl. 19. Mine is too now, except i'm getting tires of walking through the house to open the door. If it still doesn't open tomorrow, try yelling louder. "HONEY...WOULD YOU PLEASE OPEN THE %&*#%^ GARAGE DOOR??" Then get ready to duck. 20. Don't forget there are places (usually in the Bible belt, ironically) where you can purchase alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gasoline, fireworks, prescription drugs, and probably a lapdance...all in the same establishment.
  21. Dude, you really, really, REALLY need to start paying attention to what people write in their posts and stop jumping to conclusions just because they don't hold the same radical views as you. Exactly what part of "I do not like the Japanese killing so many whales" do you not understand? I agree that what they are doing is bullshit and should be stopped. If they want to kill for consumption, then fine. Let the international community set a limit on whale harvest for commercial purposes and then drastically reduce the number of whales taken for research so that the TOTAL number is substantially less than what they are taking now. I do not, however, agree with the tactics your buddies are using. 22. No, I am not a vegetarian. I enjoy eating meat. I am not against the killing of animals to provide us with that meat. In fact, as a child I helped my father and uncles kill and butcher cattle, sheep, hogs, chickens, rabbits, etc. I do not like the Japanese killing so many whales, but I like even less the tactics used by those who are trying to stop them. When will they stop? When they manage to sink a whaler and allow its crew to drown or die of hypothermia while they watch? How hypocritical of you to decry the US for the isolated acts of a very few of it's soldiers and then cheer on the terrorist acts of the Sea Shepards. 23. Mine is voice activated. "Honey, would you get out and open the garage door please? Thank you
  24. I wrote, "There is a right way to stop the slaughter and there is a wrong way. Your buddies are going about it the wrong way." How could I possibly make myself any clearer? If I thought the killing was ok, I would have called it a "harvest". Use of the word "slaughter" should give a pretty good indication of how I feel about it.
