  2. Is the leading edge rolled foam gripper inside the sleeve or between the sleeve and outer shell? at the mo its between the 2 skins, but I swear I cant see it in free fall, I need to go concentrate on it 1 whole jump, I just left it out of Scott Blands conversion, he'll be in Elsinor next week, I know Jeff likes the foam, But he's in X keys...............just came through my life after Lodi and created this, good one big nose Im sending a raptor and a SM1 with Scott, both converted, both 5,9 175 Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  3. So much more freedom of movement without them, reaching up for the bar on exit, just putting your helmet on you notice it, then you go on up and touch the celing of the airplane :-) in freefall Ive done flips and it was no problem without the thumb loops, there are tabbies to hold to help you undo your arm zippers, that's if you can be bothered with undoing em, its a whole new way Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  4. oh its very slimply a zp liner inside the sleeve thats sewn down the arm zips across the cuff and the arm pit opening, when the air goes in the valve it cant get out, Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  5. pretty much, but they have a ZP "bladder" that creates super pressure, the air cant get out of the wrists nor arm pit openings, you can reach forward in freefall sliding the sleeves up your arms then when you put your arms back to the standard position the handles shoot back into your hands. 6. go for it, its hardly any different from a reg jumpsuit for reaching up, I have video of me with my hands on the toggles during line stretch, Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  7. Just to clarify this is Atair USA (Dan Preston) and NOT Atair Canopies from Slovenia (who make Troll,Radical, Trango, Dragon, OSP canopies etc). Long story but they are 2 different companies.. why would a company making fabric based items call there company a tear? 8. yes, brilliant footage, a little from everywhere, A very long segment for TV, brilliant shame they spent so much of it on the accidents, made me cringe, cant imagine what the "public" thinks, "just confirms what a bunch of crazies they are" .....maybe.... anyway we need more of our sport in the public eye, so all good, well done guys Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com

  14. 3rd place is just the 2nd loser, I'm just saying. Jeff won it, with Damien not that far behind. Congrats Jeff. What suits were Damien and Scott wearing, I hear Damian is 6.6 and 170 pounds, correct? Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  15. You know next year after Jeff makes Damien a factory pilot Jeff won't get the money ever again but neither will any of us by an even greater margin than before. Its not about the money, not for me. Its about the glory and the thrill of victory, then .........there is the agony of defeat. -------------------------------------- Ha ha, well said, I take it Damien is a tall thin guy, they have it over us little fat guys ah? That's why the comp we just did in Belgium is so good, anyone (who practice's) can win. and tons of fun, Anyway, 34 fliers there, great turn out, Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  16. #3 pulled low and cheated, I'm just saying. Just saying what? that the winner pulled low? or 1st 2nd and 3rd all pulled low?? Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  17. Tony Here on the west coast, we do not post during the event. We are having too much fun to be on a computer in between loads....... You shoulda been here. edit to add......who the hell do you think won the distance comp wish I could have but I have to help get these wingsuits made,
  18. are you guys doing any skydiving there, just a lot of chatter it seems, how the distance comp? Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
  19. [ Noop..its a normal Blade, gay scallops and all.. The only feature different from a normal Blade are the extra (unintentional) inflation vents on the wing tips and whooo fixed them for you Jarno? come on and tell everyone
  20. We met up with Tony and Jeff after their day-trip in Holland and I think its also safe to say they didnt go to Amsterdam to look at the cloggs and tullips huh, there are no clogs nor Tulips in Amsterdam, cept the clog we won
  21. ah but in this event, with a slow fall rate a team can score more with the longer working time, I really dont think fall rate is an issue, everyone is just doing there best, hey we^re flip flopping in tents, at hundreds of miles an hour by golly
  22. Nahh, dont knock it, flocking has a weaker glide angle than when we max out. Ok, maybe this is a bit less than that, who cares, were turning points, first priority, ask a 4 way team what there fall rate is..... bottom line is scoring points then at 4 grand we can track like f§ck, more fun than watching granma shave.....
  23. I had a blast, that was tons of fun, action packed skydives, I think the fall rate was about the same as flocking,, I asked my cameraman, Tristy and he said he needed a wingsuit to folow us, Fliping and docking like that 10 or more times a jump was great, I want to host one in Z-hills next winter, I like this event Life is a series of wonderful opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. tonysuits.com
