I agree with you on this one. The tunnel there sucks. You have to Fly the baggy ballon suit they put you in instead of your body. Not much good for training but a good amusement Ride. If you do decide to go, show them your USPA Card and they will give $5 or $10 off so it ends up costing about $40 for 15 minutes in the tunnel (With 4 or 5 others).

Check out the Penn and Teller show. Great Show and it is a pretty cheap ticket and easy to get. The "O" Show (Cirque Show at the Belligio) is sometimes sold out for weeks in advance but definately worth seeing. The other two Cirque shows there are not quite as good.

First, I would like to apologize if any of my comments offended you. They were directed at any one individually. As I said, there are Exceptions. I was making some broad generalization based off my experience working 10 hours a day 5 to 7 days a week in various Strip Clubs around Atlanta for over 3 Years. As a DJ, I had to put up with 30 to 50 different women each night each with their own personal crisis of the moment and the experience left me somewhat jaded. I saw 100`s of girls come through the clubs with similar attitudes to yours. A couple of them were able to put some money back and eventually move on to other careers or otherwise achieve their goals but most did not. And YES, Some of the most intelligent women I have ever met were dancers at one time or another. Sometimes I do miss partying all night, having tons of cash to throw around (cause I am just going to get more tomorrow!) and constantly being surrounded by gorgeous women but it really wasnt worth it in the end. Too many Head Cases to deal with.

Get a copy of the Policy and READ it completely. Most Policies also do not cover flying in any form of Private Plane and require that you take out a "General Aviation" Rider. Insurance Companies do not like to pay claims at all. If there is a way they can get out of paying a Claim they will take it. Also DO NOT lie to them. If something happened and your family tried to cash that policy, They would look at your history. If you have already made a few jumps and told them you have not, They could consider that Fraud and not pay the claim.

I worked my way through College by DJ at Strip Clubs. It was the highest paying job I have ever had but I would NEVER go back to doing that. Most Dancers are pure Chaos Mongers. They are not happy unless their life is in total Chaos and there is some Major Crisis going on at every moment. They will do everything they can to drag everyone around them into their crisis of the moment. In the 3 years I spent working in various Strip Clubs, I would see it over and over again.. A Nice bright young girl would start dancing (Just to pay for College) and then within a few weeks or months, they would get caught up in the "Stripper Lifestyle" Partying all night every night, drugs, Looser Boyfriend (usually abusive), constantly broke even though they are making $500 a night and suddenly they start creating Drama in their lives so they can be like all the other girls they work with.. It is really sad after a while. There are a few exceptions but they are very few and far between. NEVER Date a Stripper. You are just asking for Trouble.

Actually I think Men in General have pretty low standards. It is Women who put much more emphasis on physical appearance. If a Woman is wearing something revealing, Men will generally notice and possibly gawk while other women will comment on how she should not be wearing that because it makes her Hips look big or some such nonsense. When it comes too things like “Do these shoes match this out fit?” I don’t know a guy who has ever said "My, Those shoes work so well with ensemble" however this seems to very important for some of the women I have known. Men don’t care about these petty details. If you are in reasonably good shape and neatly dressed, Some Men will find you attractive. I don’t think that guys are anywhere as likely to notice minor imperfections on a Woman as other women. I don’t know how many times I have been out female friends and commented on some hot girl walking by only to be informed by my female friends that she has fat calves or her ass was too big. Things that I never would have noticed. So No, I don’t think that Men (In general) are the ones who set these standards. Disclaimer: I have made several generalizations in this post and I am fully aware that there are many people (male and female) who are exceptions to these observations.

You should also consider Georgia Skydiving Center in Rome about 20 miles up the road. They are a smaller operation than they were a few years ago but it is still one of the Friendliest DZ you will ever visit with a HUGE Landing area and incredible scenery. The Farm is also great DZ that is right next to ASC. They have a much better landing area and great group of regular jumpers. Thomaston and Monroe both have excellent reputations and make good alternatives depending on what side of Atlanta you live on. I personally find many of ASC`s business practices unethical and therefore choose not to jump there.

I am having a set of Skydiving Themed Custom Poker Chips made and I am looking for Royalty free (or close to it) Skydiving Graphics and or Clip Art. Ideally I would like some colorful images of a Swooper, a freeflyer and a 4 Way Formation to incorporate into the design and since I completely lack any artistic talent, I was hoping some one here could point me in right direction? Where is a good place to find Skydiving Graphics or Clip art? Any of you graphic designers out there work Cheap (like for a couple beers or something?)

Skydive the Farm was $8 to 5000 for Hop and Pops all Summer. I think thay may have raised it to $9 now but still a great Deal.

I have been to Costa Rica 8 Times over the past 4 Years. The country is Great and the people are very friendly. One of the few countries where they actually like Americans. If you do happen to get stuck in San Jose, Go to El Pueblo. It is a HUGE Night Club Complex where people come from all over Central America to Party. There are 40 to 50 different night clubs in this one maze of walk ways. Tica`s (Costa Rican Women) are beautiful. You will fall in love over and over again. I think they have a Law against Ugly women there because you really have to look to find one. Other places to check out are Tabicon (Hot Springs by Areanal - The Volcano that erupts at least once an Hour). Nothing like soaking in the 100+ degree water drinking an Imperial (The Local Beer that is not too bad) and watching the Volcano shoot sparks and Lava a couple hundred feet in the air. There is another Hot Spring called Baldi that is less touristy and has a better view of Arenal that is also worth checking out. There is a Place called Valle Escondido on the way that is alot of fun too. They have the best Canopy Tour in Costa Rica with some killer Zip Lines. Also if you are a single guy, You Have to atleast check out the Blue Marlin Bar in San Jose atleast once. Very interesting place.
