I had basically filed away in my memories what Duane told me in the Hospital - but just did not understand it. I knew I often thougth about what he said - trying to make some sense of it and a discussion about that with a friend - is the ONLY REASON I went to the library to see if there was a book about the crime. Georger that post did NOT sound like you THAT sounded like the RANTINGS JT. I have the documentation of all I have claimed above. March 2000 - FBI agent lies to me. Then I CALL Doug who had wanted me to go PUBLIC and said 'LET'S DO IT'. PRIOR TO THE US NEWS AND WORLD REPORTS ARTICLE I HAD NOT GONE PUBLIC. I had contacted some individuals ASKING for help - but, in so far as I know - no article was done. Maybe I have it all screwed up....will check to see when the local article was done. I just pulled the records - I DID NOT GO PUBLIC UNTIL 2000. THERE IS ONE 100 WORD ITEM I sent a NEW PAPER with NO personal information - not even my name or address. THAT WAS THE ONLY PUBLIC THING I DID PRIOR TO 2000. I had been in communications with the FBI, Himmelsbach and JT. I got a letter from the FBI in 1998, but continued to hound them...and that is when I STARTED TO ASK FOR HELP - THE woman who received the short story (100 words) I entered in a contest put an ad in the paper trying to FIND ME & WHO I WAS). I did not see the ad. I had the letter from the FBI in 1998 before Doug came to see me. Himmelsbach and the FBI and the my friends are the only one who knew until 2000. I WENT PUBLIC in 2000. Now after having to clarify myself with the little detour Georger took me on, I will try to make this post. August 19 - two EARLY morning hang up calls. A Sunday morning (1 and 3 am my time) - dialing *69 I found the number was indeed the person who I thought it would be. I reluctanly returned the call 1st call. Tells me her son is taking her to WA and her Daughter's Mother-in-law had died....explaining why she was upset. She wanted to know why she wasn't dead - the woman was younger than she was. Then she starts talking about PIES. I decide to pull a bluff when the conversation went back to WA. I tell her some news regarding Weber & a companion (probably a woman) in a motel just outside of the Portland Airport "around the time of the 1971 incident" due to a witness who contacted me from Margie's article. There is silence for about 20 to 30 seconds. Suddenly she says "I got to GO" - she was very Drunk when I called her and suddenly she sounded very sober! I had purposely gave her a broad window on the dates (by saying around the time) - as I knew it was the night before the crime was commited. I mentioned the FBI (had) the HOTEL registration card and it would have prints on it. Back in the day we signed the hotel registration & DW's and I had many sample of Duane's handwriting. Geprger: I wasn't selling anything - I just thought it was a nice response to Blevins and you. Simply stating when someone titles a book or a movie - there is alway another door for other books or movies. I am NOT doing either at this time. It has been 18 yrs - I never wanted to go public in the first place - but the FBI forced me to do so - when they refused to even speak to the people I had been talking to for almost 5 yrs. They wanted to shut down the case and what I had found with nothing more than a telephone and a telephone book and some very good friends and investigators - NEEDED to be looked at. A thorough investigation & disclosure could have save me from using up the last 17 yrs of my life - trying to find the answers. The most important was the non-disclosures not made. They used agents from the states the individuals lived in other than a specific agent who knew the case inside and out. They should have assigned retired FBI agents who wanted to continue to work past their retirement date - COLD cases. If this had been done this case would have been solved. I need for all of you to read the posts I will be making. I DO NOT want any comments or discussions. This is a review of some VERY important emails and logs done in Nov of 2000. As many of you are aware an exwife (he had many) I spoke to on the phone many times and up until her death in 2004 (hope I got the yr right - so much to remember over the last 17 yrs). Around Nov. 18th & 19th, I recieved some hang LATE Evening (well Early morning hang-up calls. Due to the time of the calls I knew it would be her. She was a heavy drinker and her time was 2 hr earlier). IF she was Tilting the bottle she had no conception of time - this explains the EARLY morning calls. I threw that title in the heading, just to make a point to Georger. Blevins and Porteous should never have used title they did - and they did that for a marketing purpose - so be it. I still believe that in the case of major crime - the FBI failed to do their JOB or for some reason they may have been told "Hands Off" - "Leave it Be" That is my opinion - Do not understand why you keep mentioning law suits. NO one can go up against the BIG BOYS - in other words if they are Gov. FORGET IT! NOW FOR THE REASON I AM POSTING: Because of the horrid things Bruce keeps claiming and his inaccuracies thru someone one he communicates with or because he just likes to MIX things UP! During my communications for most of 2000 with Margie Boule there are MANY interesting thing from her research SHE did not put in her article. If she had incorporated all of the contacts she got after the 1st article she would never have gotten to the 2ed part. I do not know what she did with all of her notes - but I tried to make copies of ever communication. Thank God I did because that computer went DOWN and I lost ALL I had on it. Plus I didn't know how to save material properly. I have volumes and those first few yrs are in hard copy. 1st I was in the old file so I can PROVE what a REAL ASS Bruce is and how he can take facts and twist them like pretzels, but I got side tracked by things that are more interesting: So I will just do them as the come along - will have to go thru 4 yrs of records to get to the one I was after - The EMAIL from ROBBIECLAMPETT - there are 3 of them. I was reading a lot of old emails - the exchanges between Margie Boule and I are extensive. I was a REAL bitch and she was very nice. I was scared and overly cautious about my privacy - but, it worked out. Margie was the one who was contacted by Mitchell's, daughter which resulted in communications between he and I. Now I would like for him to see the Jefferson picture & the other pictures I acquired...He was the CLOSEST of the passengers to Cooper. He was the one who saw something hanging from under his pants - long underwear or maybe thick socks - whatever it got his attention & one of those thing he remembered. The numbers I had for him was when he worked at Boeing - my information is over 13 yrs old on these invididuals Another was The gate keeper Hal Williams. Perhaps you guys should pull up that old article she wrote and see what she had to say about Hal and what Hal had to say! In a personal email she talks more about Hal and the pictures.When he viewed the 1st 2 photos & then his reacting to additional photos. The print on these emails seems so small but they didn't seem small in 2000 - need to get my eyes examined. I would have to black out contact info even if I had a scanner and a system to put these thing on the site. We will move on to FRANK BENDER, who did work for the Vidcq Society - a group of former law enforcement and private investigators....Do not remember if Pasternak contacted the DREAMWORKS in Ca. and the Howard University in D.C. State of the art machines that could do some high-tech photo anaysis of the pictures of Duane with the pearll tie-tac and one of MJ holding the sunglasses. What Doug P was after with this was to find out if the glasses were identical to the one MJ was holding. I cannot remember the outcome of some of this & at that time in 2000 things were moving at a FAST pace. ALSO after Doug's article came out was when the accident happened ---- the one I have always felt was not really an accident! I still suffer from the results of the accident. This is just the beinging of the 1st volume. Aug 11, 2000. Some of the things that came from Margie's articles I did NOT see. It was up to her to decide what was important and what was not. I do not know what has happened to Margie - Anyone know if she is still alive. I felt badly reading back on some of that stuff - I guess I was hurting really bad. I also see where we missed a lot of leads - things I didn't nor did she think to be a lead. Now there would be NO way to find these people after all these yrs who cares! The FBI was obligated to the public to make a complete background of Weber. Perhaps some records where closed even to the FBI when they investigated Weber. Maybe someone dropped the ball. This dropping of the ball - created the conspiracy thing - not me. Do you want to see what they ACTUALLY sent me regarding Weber? ONE page and 2 paragraphs in one letter - dated 1998. Even when Carr was on the thread - he had dismissed Weber with NO rechecking of the file on his part. What did the FBI have that was so conclusive to rule Duane out in 1998 - information that did NOT change until I confronted them in 2001! Information that has again changed. Had it not been for a brilliant researcher who went into files the FBI never physical explored - other information regarding Weber would never have been known. If Weber was so Stupid - why did the FBI not know of his where abouts 1962 to 1966. How did Weber manage to elude the FBI in CO in 1968/1969 when the FBI went looking for him. I never knew why they were looking for him at that time. They fled from CO to N.O. Did he FLIP FLOP between identities again and why did the FBI not track him down - maybe they did and/or they didn't need to. No record of employment from 1962 to 1966 - What SS was reported under the SS number and the name. They had the alias the name of the wife of the day - follow her trail and you follow Weber's trail from 1962 to 1972. Did she have a fake SS number or was the system easily breached in those day? My only complaint was that he was withholding evidence and since the Jefferson file has been made public that seems very pausible. Why, after my repeated requests did he NOT post the Jefferson file. He told me how to get it and I had already gone thru that procedure several time - and go NO Where. NO such file existed! Just a file referring you to the court records, etc. Well, Shutter found it! If my complaint was about the Cooper Comic being used on the FBI site and a call to the call center (you talk to a recorder not a person) about Carr publically denouncing a subject in a forum -Ckret was NOT showing all the evidence and was withholding files on a suspect. One would have thought he would have posted the Jefferson file with all the OTHERS - well, TRUTH is he probably didn't have it! WE do not even know if his being on the thread was sanctioned by the FBI. Ever think that might have been the problem? My complaint was about the Comic and disclosing of files I had NOT been given access even after repeated requests. The FBI and the agent ignored the MOST IMPORTANT file I had requested (Jefferson) which I never recieved until Shutter found it here in 2013 -NEVER SEEN BY ANYONE! Carr had been gone - HOW LONG? 7 yrs and NOT one time did he or the FBI make the Jefferson materials available. I had been unrelenting wanting those file. NO one and definitely NOT the FBI ever revealed Webers history and photos. If the public was denied the Jefferson file....the bigger question arises. DID the FBI show the Jefferson file - before and afters' to the witnesses? An even bigger question - how do you dismiss a suspect on prints (what the letter states) if the FBI didn't have prints. They asked for DNA - yrs later. How can you dismiss a person with incomplete files and then go to a public forum dismissing him...and NOT provide information the relatives and or friends and wives had requested & disputed. How can the FBI dismiss someone whose location and occupation didn't exist on paper ( at least in the normal way everyone else did.) The missing yrs should have been suspect! Carr DROPPED the BALL or his being here was a deterrent - but, it back fired and JO was not responsible for that! In Real Estate it is called DISCLOSURE. Upon hearing of his death I contacted his bother and told him about my mysterious benefactor and my conversation with his brother. He told me that sounded like something his brother might have done. I NEVER confirmed the identity of RobblieClampett...and maybe he was a woman! Maybe he was FBI, CIA, or just a prankster. I never learned who RobbieClampett was, but it was someone w/knowledge of Tina Mucklow's location & phone number. It was someone who wanted to provide me with the information I was seeking. One simle woman did NOT sideline or cause an agent to loose his position, you can bet on that! If you think the last 17 yrs was just a dog barking - you got a BIG surprise coming. I have NO idea where the FBI stands, but lots of things have been going on in WA recently so I have been told. JT claimed people were poking around in Washougal and Puyallup! So who is poking around in the area? Rumor or just the fact the anniversary is coming up. Maybe a treasure hunt is coming down - who knows. Everyone knows the case is being closed. If her 42 yrs have been anything near the 17 yrs I have been doing this she must be a SAINT! So many rumors running around out in WA it is unbelievable. Maybe someone found some old photos of the woman who worked at Ma Bell in Vancouver - maybe Duane Weber was in some of those old photos! Maybe it is time some things were told. REMEMBER, the FBI denied Weber was even at McNeil, but documents proved other wise. DOES that not stir up a little curiosity? Maybe pictures of Weber were found in old documents regarding the work camps and maybe someone found a connection to Gilliam thur family connections of his wife. Maybe it was found the WEBERS had a strong connection to WA and to others. Maybe they found out Weber was in WA and had connections that made him a valid candidate...maybe someone identified Weber from the Jefferson file. Maybe the artist was finally heard in regards to the descriptions the witnesses provide to him. He knew the witnesses better than the FBI did and spent a lot of time with them. NO ONE knows what is going on in WA - The rumors are all over the place, but not in the news. Georger has even gone silent after the pout thing. Hee Haw! I could never download the files you guys were reading. I don't have to. Take this back to when Sheridan and a couple of the jumpers contacted the FBI. They thought they had met the man in the composite! A group of business men from the S.E. USA had been to WA. This group had a contest where either the looser or the winner had to jump out of a plane. Sheridan and his guys provide them with the skills and the thrill. In 1971 a Car was left at the PDX parked in the warehouse/office area. It was supposedly checked out and belonged to a business in the S.E. No other information was ever made available about this to the public. I tried during the 1st 4 yrs of my investigation to find out the name of the company. Was the company or the connections to the company a business Weber was known to have an association with? Was the Company out of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Kansas. Loisianna or Nebraska? WHY did the FBI and media not make public the identification of the business the rental car was associated to? Was it connected indirectly to the same S.E. Company. who use Sheridan's place for a jump event about a yr or 2 before 1971? When was the event? Why did Duane say he knew the Bubblerator? Why did Sheridan think a man matching the description of Cooper had been there with that group? There were 2 other jumpers in Wa present at that event other than Sheridan. Too many unaswered questions & parts of the investigation swept under the table and not made public. Maybe Jack was one of the jumpers with Sheridan - and maybe Jack was the one who was afraid he would be accused of the crime if he came forward saying he knew who the man was - maybe Jack didn't realize he had met the man until 2001 when the picture of Weber were published in the Oregonian? There was MORE than just me - NO one does what the FBI did without reason. Maybe his participation was not sanctioned by the FBI. Maybe he stepped over the line along the way. Maybe it had to do with his making Claims the FBI could not sanction. Maybe it was his handling of the Amboy Chute. After I BEGGED the FBI for yrs about Duane's records - this FBI agent put them on the thread, but NEVER provided the last record which I tried every angle I could to get IT WAS NOT until this yr 2013 that one of the posters obtained the Jefferson file and the intake photo. A photo that should have been made available to me - 16 yrs ago. The agent was NOT operating within the guidlines - what I mentioned about is not the ONLY reason he was out of here. I also sent other photos to the FBI that should have been ID'ed yrs ago. Things that others have been able to trace regarding Duane Weber's background.....and they were NOT FBI. I made a post and then checked back and saw Blevins had made a similar post. Then I went back to another posting. Do YOU realize the posting you made about TINA needs to come down NOW! I am sending a message to Quade to request some of the posts including mine need to deleted. I am doing a copy and paste of the inflammatory and basically sick post you made regarding the subject we have been discussing - if you lived any where near me - the deputies would be serving you with a warrant. YOU ARE WAY OVER THE LINE! U have gone to a level that is NOT healthy at all. Perhaps you are drunk or your meds are screwed up. Really! I have NO more access than you do - I just do NOT bully my way in the door. Check you meds or check into a Reality Hotel (jail). Tell Galen you may need an attorney! He may need an attorney also. You guys and mostly U have stepped over boundary lines. U do realize that Galen used you for access - he is an attorney and knew the boundary line. Perhaps his attorney status protects him and gives him legal protection to investigate individuals not related to a crime he is involved in, but I don't think he holds a license in OREGON as an attorney nor as a private investigator. Duhh! Bruce you scew with words and you screw the facts. I am not an insider in the Cooper story. You are actually an embarassement to real Cooper researchers and an abdomination to those of us who have been subjected to your crude cross examinations by phone and in your postings and writings. You better check you meds. You have crossed over the boundary lines in respectful journalism! You do NOT know Tina - she is a private person and you have stated some very disrespectful things about her ever since you snooped taking pics of her without her permission and then using the photos on line. Your agression is OUT of hand and your verbalizations are over the line. Is there not a law regarding the harassement of a witness to a crime. She had a shield and you and Cook destroyed that shield - you exposed this vulnerable woman to the media and to multiple contacts by a lot of mentally unstable individuals. YOU have stripped her of the shield that was so closely guard all of these yrs. Did you not think the woman deserves to have a life without people like you in her face? I wanted to go see her and to talk to her, but I had respect for the life she has built for herself. She never got to have a NORMAL life because of the media and low life reporter such as yourself. Actually she was hidden in PLAIN site under the only name she has ever had besides her maiden name. NOW some crude person who is lusting after her feels rejected and makes horrid remarks about her on his media site.......I think that is enough for the FBI to step in and do something about you. She was a witness to a federal crime and that alone entitles her to be protected from someone like you. I expect they can require you to remove anything you have on Mountain News about Tina... She has NEVER called attention to herself and things have been difficult for her - Cooper actually stole her life away from her, but you can't see beyond your own fricking goal to make a name for yourself. YOU are one of the WHYS JO stays out of the media. I am a tough ole Cookie and I chose to stand up and be counted. Tina did NOT get to MAKE that choice...she was just 22 yrs old. The damage you have done can't remove that, but a letter letting her know all the media sources you put up have been removed and a sincere apology for invading her privacy - are definitly in order. I have a feeling you are only concerned about yourself and you do not care who you step on or the lives you destroy in an attempt to meet your goal.
