I agree that the Symposium and the Ariel event are too much for 1 day & did not draw seniors -individuals from the era & Cooper interested individuals. As it stood 2013 was same ole crowd and book pushers - not the general public who would like to see the case solved. The window has NOW been closed and no such meeting of the minds will ever help without the co-operation of the TV stations and the FBI. The Museum was the perfect drawing card, just handle in the wrong way - to many book pushers and no national media coverage. The LAST chance for the FBI to attract individuals WHO might have had something to offer. It is OVER! THe only possible chance left is a TV program in connection with journalist to launch the last pleas for the public to come forward. There is NOT enough time to do this - it takes months to put together...without the likes of JT who actually had NOTHING to do with the crime and has presented more than one suspect. ASK seniors to contribute what they might have in the way of suspects most of them are in nursing homes, senile or deceased. Last CHANCE for the public to come forward with information...it has to be Nationwide. Needs to be done with FBI investigators who WILL be neutral - no comments about past or present suspects - JUST asking for help with REAL information - NO Cooper Comics, NO FBI agent trying to MAKE a name for himself. It will be the LAST CHANCE to solve the case. Unlikely a TV program would be interested in presenting this case in that format and at this time. Perhaps a program making all of the pertinent files available and with personal witness testimonies - not addressing current or past subjects. A program that ACTUAL asks for HELP. A plea by the airlines to finally bury Cooper. A nationwide program - not just WA oriented. A program like this would take months to put together. NO bias toward any suspect. JT is OUT! He is not capable of making an unbiased statement and has supported multiple suspects over the yrs. AMERICA's MOST WANTED, but one hour dedicated to one crime. The crew then and now and their personal pleas for this to end. The 2 men flanking the one man - are all deceased - so I hope they do NOT mind that I am using their body parts to make a POINT. The most debated part of Cooper's description is the color of the complexion! I had hoped The FBI would announce on this 42ed Anniversary that the CASE has been Solved. Wishful thinking on my part for sure. One could hope the FBI might announce Cooper has been identified. All one can expect is that they will publically announce NO further investigation will be done in the case. To wish for closure for all of the others like myself - is just WISHFUL thinking and nothing more. The Cooper Case will be Officially Closed as Unsolved this yr - that is what I think. By doing this they relieve the financial burden. I was hoping that the declassifications made by our government in recent yrs would provide the outlets that would solve the case. I don't care if Weber WAS NOT COOPER, I want resolutions that can be proven....so I can move on with what is left of my life. At my age what is left of my life will be short and with limitation. I can only hope that the FBI does something to bring an end to all of the stress the SKYJACK of 1971 has created for the witnesses and those who thought their loved one was Cooper. I have NO sympathy for individuals who got pulled into the whirlwind for profit or who pulled a subject out of the past & promoted him as Cooper for financial gain or recognition. There have been many such individuals over the yrs. This case needs to be resolved so the victims can have a life - NONE of the victims are young anymore. The youngest is William Mitchell. Yet, Tina and Florence are NOT to far behind him. The Co-pilot had more defences as he did NOT actually see Cooper. Tina & Florence and others have been helpless - and the FBI has been able to do little to assist them. HOW would any of you feel if you had lived the prime of your life in a BUBBLE on public display? Their private lives have been sujbect to the worse of the worse such as Galen Cook and Bruce Smith. Their privacy has been forfeited and the case certainly played up on their personal relationships with others. My contact with them was with self imposed limitations. Well, that is not the only places they are - I got multiple email from a man who supposedly does not posts here but supposedly get messages about what is being said. IT was email after email of rants! A lot about a "dog" and supposed connections to Duane's family. Well, I wish him luck on that - as I have everything of importance the sister and brother felt I needed. They are both deceased now - and what was left fell into the hands of a great great neice who is not interested in seeing what she has. WE (myself and others) offered to have all of the floppies converted to a format so they could be read and offered to copy anything of pertence. Facts have been twisted to the point no one knows what actually happened and even with the FBI files - no one wants to believe they are accurate. The crime is 42 yrs old! Will it ever be solved? Even if the FBI identified a subject as being the most likely - the conspiracy theme and those pushing subjects will argue their points till the end of their lives. As for me - I will know someday if there is truely a hereafter. Like Duane's best friend has always said - Duane will be there waiting on him with that smirk on his face and he will look him in the eye and say - "You REALLY did it didn't you? " Well, I would like to know the truth before I die, but if the authorities have their way - that is not going to happen. Thanks for the update. I was hoping some one would post about the meeting tonight. I guess tomorrow should be interesting. Seems as if this is a HANDS OFF thingy for the FBI. Was really surprised at the 39 yr age throw in the mix. Surely ALL of the other WITNESSES were NOT that far off. The hair matches the Jefferson pic of Duane Weber and it was dyed in 1971. That was a plus for Weber, but it means nothing unless the FBI steps up, but unlikely that is going to happen. Did not find the Brad Collins thing very interesting. I don't think this guy knew what he was up against. As for me I would NEVER attempt to present my case. It is just too involved. Sounds like Bruce didn't make any new friends. He is very confrontal and that was my problem with him - but, I put my hand up with my palm facing him and said "You know the GROUND rules and we do NOT go there! Or this interview is over before it begins." That is as close as I can remember as to what I said. He behaved the rest of the day. In fact I do NOT remember what it was I did NOT want to discuss. Seems like the description of Cooper is evolving. I even heard "thin" in on report today. Himmelsbach used a word I never hear anymore 'Compact' I have often wonder what he meant by that. I am sure it was a terminology used by one or more of the witness. When I think of that description I think perhaps with some extension, but muscular. Would be interesting if the meeting would address the description given by the witnesses as to the build of Cooper. Would have been great if in those days they had drawing of the different types of builds on men. Wonder what category Cooper would have fallen in? A man has been in contact with me making lots of claims - claims there is NO way I had the artical about the neighborhood boys mowing our yard before Duane died. I know it was posted on the thread and I have a copy SOMEWHERE. The I believe it was Vickie who found it or perhaps they came to the thread. I do not know. I was talking to someone in the county system the other day - and she was their sister. She remembered the stories told, but she was just a little girl 1990 to 1995. At any rate I am HORRIBLE at searches. I do not know the source. I had more than one person send it to me and more or less dismissed it because it had no bearing on the past of DUane. There were some minor errors in it - but at least they remembered Duane. I did NOT pick their story apart . Only reason I am asking is a man who is on my side one moment and then attacking me in another is claiming he found this and NO way I had any knowledge of the article. He is also talking about dog. Well, ALL of you know I have posted this picture in the thread and I have sent it to others. The picture was sent to me by Duane's sister - or his brother. I do not really remember which. I walked myself right into the truths with the post. I was so confused with the crew in 2001 - I was blinded. God, why did it take 12 yrs for me to remember all of this and put it together. Earlier that day he had walked on the road and low and behold at daybreak comes this fricking truck toward him. He still has the suit on, but the guy doesn't stop but he is going in the opposite direction. He goes OFF the road as soon as the guy is out of site. He is trying to get his bearing. If he goes East toward Government camp, it gets rough and he isn't dressed for that trek. He is on some ole logging tracks and off the highway - he decides to keep on going that way. See - I am not a writer - I do NOT know how Duane got from that point to the area he took me to off of BasketFlats. I know he talked about the rails going very slow when they approached Heisson as there was a sign there. I don't know if the trains just slowed down or they stopped in 1971. Regardless that is where he get off and spends the night at a tower ans shed JUST off of Basket Road and West of Lucia Falls. He mentioned the little cars - I thought this - but that meant he would have taken the cart all the way to Basket Road (having to go thru Yacolt during the day time). Duane mentioned a cemetary in Yacolt. The rail was just a foot balls lenght away from the tower but maybe he hitched a load of timber going down Thanksgiving day. Wonder if the Heisson store had anyone enter it that night - never thought to ask. For some reason I am thinking a window in the bathroom was left opened and he was able to get in and get food and perhaps something to keep him warm and go back to the shed. INSERT: When I was with the crew and Himmelsbach for some reason they took me to the Heisson store and I thought it looked familiar, but remember I had NO idea the crew took me that far north in 2001 and thought the place Duane took me to was closer to Lake LaCames. It was only my trip in 2010 and understanding time and space behind the wheel of a car that this fell in place. From the location of the shed he was able to stick to trails using towers and beacons...and this would have taken him to the Washougal area. That alone would have been a days worth of walking...I do NOT know what the temperature were like the day after Thanksgiving - ? Anyone here know? For the first time I have told this in as much DETAIL as I have ever told it and admitted that the HEISSON store was the place Duane took me in 1979. In 2001 the crew moved so fast I was totally disoriented. In 2001 we didn't go in the store - if we did I don't remember it. It was going inside in 2010 that triggered my memory. Duane and I had gone into that store in 1979. In 2001 with Himmelsbach we did NOT go in the store - just pulled up infront of it. IT may have been closed that day with Himmelsbach & the crew. Their record should note if we went inside, but for some reason I think it was closed as we pulled up and there were NO other vehicle there. I know at that point I was saying Duane did NOT take me that far North. Now I know he did - time and space and me being behind the wheel of the car. Getting dark on Thankgiving day in WA - wonder where Duane will end this day. I am sure he will find a way to tell me. He is cold and his feet have never been so cold - he is getting delusional...it is getting dark and his package is getting heavy. He hasn't yet told me where he spent Thankgiving Eve.

Now specific instrution in The Witches Search. USE a very large Map by JMJohnson. This map is over sized and has one half of WA on one side and the other half on the otherside. I has to be the Glossy map, Obviously! Put 3 grains or regular old meal into a small plastic measuring spoon. Hold the spoon about 8 K above the area. Besure you tilt the spoon back away from you so as to simulate the shelter of the plane. Hold the Spoon and the oatmeal - just West of Mt. Saint Helens and in the vicinty of Cougar - where the door was opened and fully deployed. Stand on the South West side as you release the oatmeal from a 1/4 measuring spoon - besure all pieces of the oatmeal release at the same time. Blow gently from the West but very slightly South as the oatmeal falls to the surface of the Map. If you blow too hard you might end up too far East. Wonder if an assimilations of the plane could be used - making a drop with the chute. The soft ware would simulate the wind and the time of the door opening. Use witness locations of the plane and the ever changing projectors of the flight - path. Hell, if the FBI can't find Cooper maybe you could find his bones this way! Baboons mimick people! I did NOT revise the trip at all. 2010 helped me put many things in their perspective - it was the first and only time I was behind the wheel of a car with Maps! All I had before was JT's garbage. You took a post that I had made in haste - retorting to prior postings made by you and others. My expression was one of resignation. You make into it what you want it to say. You keep reverting to that one post were I was totally frustrated trying to explain things. The statement you always refer to was me throwing up my hands and saying "Have it YOUR WAY!" The stories about the trip made after MY 2010 trip on my OWN and behind the wheel of a CAR and with a MAP stand - didn't even use the Map to start with until I got to specific locations. Any statements made before that time were things JERRY drilled into my head - saying NO you were NOT here - YOU were THERE. WHY I had to make that expensive venture ON MY OWN! Remember I made that trip without his knowledge then he came back to the thread and started the LIE LIE thing over again. The last person I wanted with me was JT. I needed to do that trip on MY OWN and in MY OWN time and I did! You GEORGER are just as bad as JT. How you can be sweet on day then the NEXT you are the RABID BABOON again - explains you and any involvement you have in this. I have a theory (well it is more than a theory) that you were connected to the past. ONE that connects you to a man who conducted unauthorized explorations to HELP the country he loved. Duane was a courier for this man and one the MAN could trust. Knowing Duane's past one wonders how anyone had any confidence Duane. The individual knew about Duane disease and this man always seemed to be in the background - WELL, I think I know why Duane admired this man so much. Duane was PROVIDED for. Legitimate Jobs, security and also the security to take care of himself when he could no longer work. Do you know where the 50 K came from? Well, I think you know it was not the Squirrel whose shaddow I saw in the Window. Now watch you make something out of that. Just so you don't - The Squirrel in the window was in 1990 when Duane made a mysterious trip to Omaha. That is just were he flew into as it was the most accessible to the places he had to visit...to settle certain matters and to secure his reward and or concealed bounty! NOW I WILL FINISH THE STORY I WAS GOING TO TELL WHEN I MADE THE ABOVE STATEMENT AND GOT SIDE TRACKED TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT GEORGER MADE ONE OF MEAN OLD BABOON STATEMENT! I had asked Duane to please give me sign - I do not believe in the paranormal but what happened as I made the statement - was eerie! It was like I was being instructed what to do. I am very tired and was going to go to bed. I grabbed the amazing map a woman sent me from WA. I laid it on the kitchen bar and asked Duane to show me where he was on this Thankgivine Eve 42 yrs ago. Why I did what I did - I will never know. I grabbed the Oatmeal box and put my finger in and got a pinch of Oatmeal. I held the Oatmeal just above where the woman had written this is where the plane door opened. She lived in that area. I held the pinch of oatmeal up and as I let it go I blew on it in the direction the wind would be blowing. Even I do NOT believe what happened. There were 3 grains of oatmeal. One was at a position where 505 & 504 intersect and just to the EAST of Toutle. I had highlighted this a few wks ago. The second grain was just below the S.W. flank of Mt St Helens. The third grain was below Swift Reservoir. This was uncanny and I am sure just a quirk of fate. I felt some how he had answered my question. All I did was come back and turn on the computer and be confronted with the one thing I have tried and tried to set straight. Remember this guys - I compose and correct my post on the thread - I do NOT know how to compose them elsewhere and then put them in the computer. I had signed off of the computer and close it down. I left the office and was walking to the kitchen and I was talking to Duane. I put my hand together and I told Duane - "I know you can't hear me anymore but I need your help - please give me some kind of sign" This was said in desperation because of a dream I had - the other night. As I approached the kitchen - it was like he was here. I came back to tell you guys what happened and I see Georger's post. I have told you guys many times as I did the FBI many yrs ago before this thread. I have told about the 5 stops Duane made that day. Yet, for some reason some of you guys get stuck on one thing. Georger you keep going to a previous Version. The version you are referring to - if you went back a few pages you would understand why I just threw my hands up and said ok you guys win! There was NEVER any morphing of the story I told. IT was a statement made in utter frustration to let it go the way you guys wanted it to be. Duane made 4 stops on the river and that was after he had taken me to the OR side and down to St.Helens and throwing something off of that long iron bridge on our return trip to the WA side - he told me it was a candy wrapper. The next stop was just above the PDX on the WA side - a place where there used to be a house. He left me in the car with instruction to take a nap - he did NOT want me to go down to the river with him. The next stop was the GREEN TANK on the river. We got out of the car and the told me about the barges and it was at this location he removed something from the trunk and put it in the car. The next stop was Tena's bar and he also instructed me to stay in the car. He went down to the river and he went out of my site - behind the house and below a fence on the Tena property. The next stop was at the Red Lion where he threw the paper bag into the river. We then crossed the bridge into Portland and he drove past the PDX - pointing out a long building - He told me he knew someone who left a car there. There was never any morphing of this story. I was instructed to go along with you guys and not to argue with you by another poster. It was a NO win situation with you guys. If you could have seen my expression and I could talk with my eyes and my hands in this thread - you would know I was exasperated with you guys. It is like a woman trying to argue with her husband who is never wrong. "Oh, Ok you win you are right - forget what I said" Then when she walks away she is sticking her tongue out and saying silently - "Bastard, he has to always be right". This is when I talk about his blue wind break with the big pockets. When he got back into the car - that is when he move a paper bag to the middle of the floor board but next to his right foot - very close. I asked what it was and he told me it was some trash and he was going to get rid of it. Next is the stop at the Red Lion where he threw the supposed trash into the river. HOW many time to I have to explain this? You guys wanted it your way! My story about Tena's bar has been the same except for the time I got pissed and did the usual woman thing. There was a poster on the thread who TOLD me to go along with him. I have the emails where I kept arguing with him that was not what I said. What Isaid was out of pure frustration with what was going on. I had made my statements LONG before KAYE ever appeared on the scene. I have documents - dated emails that prove I was talking about Tena's bar LONG before I ever heard of you or Kaye! These go back to 2001. I have written documentation in long hand and JT is the one who kept telling me I was not here or there - remember I had only been to WA that one time in 1979. In 2001 the guys took me ever which way but right. I do NOT need to explain myself anymore to a egg head like you or a loonatic like JT. I have a map I drew from memory I mailed to Himmelsbach before 2000 trying to detail it for memory. I did NOT even have a DAMN map of WA other than a state map that did NOT show any detail. Well, there is only one way 3 packet got there together. Regardless of if Weber was Cooper or NOT - Duane Weber put those 3 packets in the ground in Sept/Oct of 1979. Jo Weber in 1996 in a phone call to the FBI was the only person who ever explained anything logical about this find. I didn't even know that when I told the FBI about Duane's stop in 1979. Thank You that was VERY kind of you, because it is also very true. Perhaps I should get the Best Man or his Wife to write a testimony to the singing ability of Weber. They were with us that night in Colorado when Duane surprised me with his stage presence and his singing. His best friend can also attest to this. I never forgot that night and I never will. Nor will I forget all of the other places he sang. One high scale place in Atlanta the piano player who knew Duane ASKED him to get up and sing. Duane was relative modest about his ability...but he knew most of the piano players by name...just as he knew a couple of the guys in the band on our wedding night. He had a beautiful voice and he never fumbled on any song he sang. I never heard him play the trumpet, but did NOT doubt him. One night at a piano bar - he was asked by an aquaintence if he still played. I am going to scan a book Duane treasured of the words for these old songs. I could never find out where the book came from or the name of the piano player. Perhaps one of you more astute researchers can find out where this woman played. This was among the items that came into our home after 1990 when Duane made a visit to Omaha, Nebraska - a trip he kept secret from me. Why would you deny statements that can be proved. Go to The Dalles and contact Severinsen by email if he is still alive. Severinsen's verified of the KODL broadcast is history. I never claimed that Duane played with Doc or taught anyone anything. Duane did play the trumpet and he was in The Dalles when Doc made his first live radio broadcast from there. Duane did know Severinsen as a boy - even his sister told me about this. The family had friends who lived in Pomeroy and Puyallup. Duane sang in many places and he would sing for his drinks at The Trails and other places. I have heard him sing many time with mike in hand and sometime without as he had a very strong vocal projection. He liked to use his hands when he sang. The sister did verify the information above. She verified that friends of the family lived in Puyallup and Pomeroy....and instrumental in helping the family out during the times experienced with the antics of Weber. Duane prided himself with his ability to sing - it was part of him. During the 4 yrs due to damage to his vocal cords during a medical procedure that left his voice raspy he became very depressed. The one thing he excelled in had been taken away from him. He was never the same man after that. He thought the damage was only temporary, but it lasted the rest of his life.
