*** Boy that was a quick camping trip in tje Hamma Hamma! Hamma Hamma. Heez .... baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! Right Georger. I posted late last night and by noon here he was posting. So what kind of camping trip does a man leave for in the evening and then is home by mid morning the next day - Maybe a sleep - over, but NOT a camping trip! Geeze if I had done what Blevins just did, you guys would be raking me over the coals - HOT ones! When some one lies - it always catches up with them! Invariably if they tell LOTS of lies they actually forget when they are lieing! Such is with Blevins or maybe he actually thinks KC is Cooper. Nahhh! he is trying to sell a bill of goods and his only prayer (if he knows how to pray) is for no concret evidence being found that will point at any other subject ever proposed. Well, he is a day late and a $ short! You, Think? P.S. Himmelsbach is not doing too well and he is in lots of pain. He said he was OK, but I could hear the pain in his voice and told him if I didn't see him in WA that I would see him UP THERE, someday in the future! Sorry Sailshaw I am borrowing your expression because it is true. Duane Weber was in WA and 34 yrs ago he took me on that Sentimental Journey.... My memories have finally been validated! The torture I have been put thur for 18 yrs was uncalled for.. The FBI did NOT do its job and one has to ask this major question - WHY? 18 yrs ago they could have solved the case if they had only listened - actually have had someone sit down with me and go thru the things I remembered. Instead the FBI collected some paper work and in 1998 sent me a letter dismissing Weber. Things the FBI did NOT even have - prints and dna. They can't dismiss him anymore! Now the FBI has to explain their actions - and their total discounting of the things only this thread heard.... There are those who do not post in this thread who have gone out of their way to help and dug deep into their own pockets to do research the FBI would not and did not do. WHY? WHY has the FBI with-held so much information that could have solved the case many yrs ago? Evidence was placed right infront of the FBI and they looked right past it. The FBI never took the time to hear what I had to say...NOW someone has actually heard me and it wasn't FBI. Private citizens (not the Citizens Sleuths) have more than likely solve the case - by actually LISTENING to what one woman was trying to tell. Everyone here will come back and say to you "HOGWASH". When you are asked to produce papers and documentation - you ALWAYS have an excuse. The statement "Kenny Polarizes people when they read the story" BLEVINS that is totally illogical - the average individual reading your book only knows what you have written - they have NOT studied the case & do not know the difference between "created" fact versus the "real" facts. The average person has NO way of knowing how much of your book is "CONTRIVED" evidence and how much of it was extricated from elderly individuals for the purpose of your book. The readers have NOT been informed that some of the contributors to the book you wrote wanted to refute the things U claimed "they" stated. Your stating this is the thread does NOT count - it is what the general public reads that COUNTS! Perhaps when the REAL Cooper is revealed - your "witnesses" might wish to make charges against you and the publisher. This is why YOU have not let anyone else - have access to "Bernie". How will you feel when he publically refutes your claims....? Did you have him sign a confidentiality statement or a non-compliancy statement? DID YOU? The "facts" you state are actually things "contrived" to make your subject "sound" more probable than he is. The average reader takes the things you state as researched material and as factual. What will happen when your FACTS are publically denounced in written and recorded instruments? You always pull your little STALL thing when you are pinned down! Did you threaten anyone with legal action if they disputed you? The FACT is that you distorted the facts as they actually existed regarding Kenny and now U are pinned to the wall? You never cared how many individuals you stepped on to obtain the attention you crave. Maybe the attorney in fact on this thread ALREADY has the documents you say you didn't have and haven't been able to obtain or understand! Perhap you should be HITTING the BRICKS to verify the things you have claimed about Kenny or start eating a lot of humble pie. You think? Thanks Georger...I knew they had to take the SS but I was referring to federal taxes - I really could not remember. The more deductions the less they took out of your check - at least that is the way I remember it. If you declared 3 on your form and then at tax time you only declared yourself - then you would owe Uncle a few green bills. By declaring only 1 you actually paid more and then when you filed your taxes you declared yourself, your wife, and 2 children and you got money returned to you in the form of a refund check! Like forcing yourself to save money - letting Uncle Sam hold it for you. SS was on the individual earning the income. Federal tax is where you chose the number of exemptions. Husb with wife not working and 2 children was 4 ....his pay check was larger using all the deductions. Husb with wife not working and 2 children declares only himself and then when he filed taxes at the end of the yr declares 4 - he gets money back in the form a return. Our income was commissions and yet one or both usually worked for a pay check at some point in the yr. SS is only paid on the individual earning the check. Ahhh! The voice of LOGIC. Why didn't I think about that - darn it! Someone is really stopping and thinking this thru. Even at $2.50 per hour she only made $100 per wk. Have to remember SS and taxes. Back then I do not remember if you could elect NOT to have the taxes taken out. If she was divorced she might have had child support - but if her case was the same as my divorce in 1971 - he paid when he damn well felt like it and there was nothing one could do other hold down 2 jobs. Who could afford the money for an attorney and the time off from work....providing a roof over head and food for the table was the objective. Car repairs forget it - take the bus or walk. I made the rent & utilities, but food sometimes was scarce and absolutely no eating out or movies or allowances. One time when his check bounced around 1974 I was doing without lunch & breakfast until my boss found out & they made sure I had a meal in the cafeteria. I was walking from just outside the Perimentor of Atlanta to the Clayton County Hospital every morning and every evening for a long time....that was a fast road and they didn't mow the grass along the road. Tough Cookie that is what my Dr. calls me! There was NO bus run and if there was I didn't have the bus fare. A divorced woman with children did not have it easy in the 70's. One time when I only had one dollar to my name - I put my two girls in the car and put that dollars worth of gas in the tank - I cried all the way to the county office to ask for FOOD STAMPS. I am crying as I tell this - it was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life! Ask for charity. They gave me - the only white person in the office a book of ample emergency food stamps. We got thru that crisis with those food stamps and I called the woman and told her not to process the application. I was grateful for the assistance I received - but it was humiliating. I lost my job due the vehicle problems and put my stuff in storage and took the kids with me to see my sister and then took the kids to FL to see their Granny - I went back to GA as a friend had offered me a place to stay & I found a good job. It was time for School to start and one of my daughters decided to stay in FL at that time. She was 15 going on 16 in Dec. I took the younger one with me and we did ok. My job was the SAME job I was working at when I met Duane in 1976. Didn't mean to tell my personal life here, but at this stage of my life - so what? I never became a charity case nor did I ever depend on charity. There was NO way during those yrs - I could have repaid a $5000. loan back in 2 yrs. The VOICE of experience! Been there Done that! I have NO intention of interrogating Geestman. Whatever he volunteers outside of the questions I would like to discuss with him that is his choice. I do NOT want the man to think I am talking to him to prove or disprove anything he told Blevins or anything he said to Blevins. I do NOT want to question Blevins book, Period! I want to ask Geestman about the woman who rode horses and his experience with Paradise. Did he have any connection with a group of guys (Duane referred to them as The Boys) who did worked not far from there - before or after the crime? They stayed at the camp. The Beach & the pass that went under the road (per Duane) and the power lines and pipe lines. I want to know if Geestman has any knowledge of these things and the timing of these and I want him to see pictures of Duane - young and old. I am not out to discredit Geestman or Blevins - he is a man I need to talk to because of his age and the places and things he talked about. Geestman got my attention & more so since the Puyallup connection. I need to know if he knew a woman by the name of Eunice who worked for Ma Bell and came from CA. I think he might like someone to talk to about these things also...but, feels cornered, by Blevins. This man holds a treasure trove of information about things Duane told me. Paradise and the woman who rode horses - I want to know more about this man's past and what he is and was! So much of what Blevins stated about the man parallels some of the things Duane talked about over the yrs. The woman who rode horses and Paradise things Duane told me before Kenney was ever known to me or to the public or to Blevins. I want to know why I knew these things - These are the reason I gave Blevins any credit at all for his story. I have BLACK and WHITE documents and communications made about Paradise & the woman who rode horses dating back to 2002. Pre-Kenny and pre Blevins. Yea, I kept my mouth shut! I didn't know how many time I had mentioned these things on the computer and in conversations with other - pre Kenny. It is important that Geestman and I talk before it is too late. What is the connection in the past of Geestman with Weber or were these things common and everyone claimed to have stayed at Paradise (worked near there)and everyone knew a woman who rode horse standing on their backs. These are the things that got my attention in the story of Kenny per Blevins' interviews. Which one of the woman in Blevins story who rode standing on them. Did he ever REVEAL this? Maybe I missed it...I did NOT read his book. There was so much discussion about Blevins book in the thread I felt like I had read it. I can contact Geestman and if he wishes to have the conversation recorded he may do so. I will not record anything. I will abide by his rules - and the things I mentioned in the post above are the reasons I want to talk with Geestman. We will NOT be discussing Kenny or Blevins. I expect Blevins never showed Geestman all of the pictures of Weber. All rumors and family stories have a source - a beginning....a reason why certain memories stand out, such as the things my Grandmothers used to tell me about my heritage on both side. When various entities in the family tell the story - they tell their own version, but there is usually a common thread. Such is why I want to speak with Geestman. Oddly if Kenny's brother conceived of his being Cooper - it stemmed from some deep seated memory - that was probably unrelated to Cooper, but stories the 2 of them heard over the yrs. Such as how recent conversations (not in this thread) made me go back in time - to a place Duane took me and something he told me and caused me to stop and think and to remember. I have names and places to discuss with Geestman - never EVER discussed in this thread. Names and places that maybe only Geestman might have knowledge of. The knowledge of these things maybe something others have conjured for their own purpose --- and not one of them have one IOTA to do with Kenny or Blevins. This involves Duane and his supposed past.... I think Geestman can shed some light on this....all because of his relationship with Puyallup and the woman who road horses. Blevins never revealed Geestman's past - where he lived and where he worked and the people he knew. Blevins was focused only on connecting Kenny to Cooper... One has to think why did Kenny's brother think it was a GOOD idea to suggest Kenny was Cooper! Perhaps a deep seated memory that manifested itself, but Kenny's brother had some hidden memory that made him even go that far. Thank You - I humbly appreciate your statement. I am not asking Blevins to disclose information on Geestman inorder to interrogate him....I want to ask him questions about Paradise and what he was doing during his life in WA and I want him to see pictures of Duane and I want to ask him if he ever met this man and to ask him about his family and friends in the Puyallup. The man is the right age to perhaps have had contact with WEBER/COLLINS/DUSTY or what ever he might have called himself in WA. Perhaps Geestman has a past he does not want revealed...and I will sign a statement of confidentiality and will not use the information he provides me. I have many individuals I have spoke to who I have REQUIRED sign such a statement. I will swear not to use Blevins name nor discuss him in any manner. My interests lie in Geestman's connections to Puyallup and certain times of his life when he MIGHT have met the man whose pictures I will present to him. Those selected by me and not by Blevins. I want to discuss Geestman's past in WA and any other place he may have had contact with Weber or the man in the pictures. I have other names to expose to him - things he has never read in a newspaper or book about Cooper. Perhaps Geestman can HELP me understand much of this. I will not discuss Blevins nor will I discuss Kenny. I am interested in Geestman and his history in WA. Because of Geestman's supposedly connection to things Duane told me himself he is right now the most important contact I could ever make with the past. Come HELL or High WATER, I am going to WASHINGTON. More has heppened - things are popping all over. I feel like I am in the middle of a pop corn popper festival. Do NOT know HOW I am going to get to WA or when. BUT, I will go even if it puts me in the hospital out there. Will NOT go to a symposium or any place I will be put infront of people, but I am going. SOMEHOW I will get there before the Anniversary. If Gray is smart he will delay his symposium. Intend to confront the FBI with NEW evidence and/or clues. Everything I do will be documented by someone else and be made public when I leave. Currently in communications with individuals who can provide me with transportation - can hardly drive or sit for any lenght of time due the hip pain. My energy level is low, but I am going to talk to the Dr. about antivirals and B-12s. Anything other than drugs that will dull my mind that will help me get thru this final thing I have to do. Cooper was not wearing jewelry, but a watch is NOT jewelry. I want the FBI present on certain things I will be doing and I want their assistance. Going to go to Spokane and Seattle and then back to Vancouver and Washougal. Would rather be meet in Portland and then to Washougal and then to a place in OR. Just the fact that Blevins claims Geestman arranged for the purchase from friends of family whose wedding he attended. The only thing I wanted was the names of prior owners from 1943 to the current date. When Blevins put up and quicly took down his statement that maybe Geestman was the one who knew Gilliam!. He should KNOW better than to make an OLE Woman mad - we become Witches! I was on the hunt - I wanted proof. He first claimed Puyallup was much larger than it really was. I already knew what the population was in the early 40's. Blevins finally admits the LOW population I had already looked up for the 40's to the 70's. He got caught by dumb stupid ole lady with an ax to grind and that is not a good thing. All I wanted to find out was if Geetsmans friends had any connections to the Gilliams. They were certainly all in the same age brack with Gilliam being a little older. Small town so they probably had connections - I wanted to know WHAT connections after Blevins claimed Geestman was the BEST man for a wedding there. Probably Geestman did NOT go to Puyallup for a wedding - and Blevins only made it up to attempt to make connections. I asked Blevins at one time when this came up ages ago for an address for Geestman - it was a P.O. box and the mail was returned. Blevins quickly took his reference down but I saw it and that mattered. No one rides on the work I put into this and the 18 yrs it took out of my life. He was trying to connect Gilliam with his story - JUST encase and banking on my demise. I caught it before he changed it. NEXT time I will quote and not tell him about his errors. He does not care who Geestman knew or didn't know - but he was going to connect Gilliam some how! He forgot this is a public forum and he got caught - at least by me. Heavens to Betsy! Blevins there is NOT much to understand. Let me fill you in on my background - and I am NOT bragging. I am old now and things have changed, but some things we never loose. I graduated from REAL ESTATE COLLEGE in one state (We did NOT stay long enough for me to become established there and Duane needed my help with the Insurance he sold). After we moved to FL I continued to sell insurance, but the market here was not lucrative and after Duane died I went to Real Estate School for the state of FL. Note one was a college and one was a class conducted by a broker in FL. When I tested for the STATE - I was one of 5 held after the testing was done. My last name started with a W so I was used to being last. THE state moderator just said very SHARPLY - "That is NOT why you are last! SIT down!" Hell, I didn't know what was coming. I had to swear to an oath and sign an oath. He then told me I had tested so phenomenally high they took the liberty of looking at my answer card. Had I not erased 2 correct answers and marked an 2 incorrect answer - I would have had the FIRST perfect score ever made on the test. Within 90 days the test was changed and to this day I am still introduce as that woman - the one that made the test so difficult many had to retake the test several times to pass. Now the state has made it somewhat easier - but for yrs I was the one at fault. I retired in 2004 because of my last husband's health, but keep up my Continuing Education courses in order to maintain my license. Every state has it's own rules - but I own my house - guess what the deed says "In Consideration of $10 dollar". You do NOT seem to grasp what was being required of you or you just do not care. If you had the legal description in your hands (you can do the title search at the courthouse or find out if Kenny had title insurance). Also YOU can look up the current owner which is the easiest. If they used a loan for the house - they have TITLE insurance. That company will be able to provide you or the current owner a copy of the title search! What I was enquiring of you was the history of ownership from 100 yrs and that required access to the Title Search - either at the court house on your own or thru a Title company....the owner. IF that property has EVER been finance it had TITLE insurance which makes it easy to find in the records office. The last 100 yrs - should be in the courthouse research room or on their computer. ALL you need is the correct legal description of the house which you have on the document you received. (Unless the house was a GIFTED for generations). There are OTHER documents of transactions. A deep subject & I guess it depends on what is in the well. Blevins tries to make Christainsen part of every Cooper story that comes along. Aren't you sort of glad I do NOT do that with Weber! If you guys actually knew what I put up with besides this thread - you would say "Yiks!" I have been contacted by so many WACKOS it is not funny....sometimes scary. After I completely discount their story - I sometimes mention it without detail. When individuals contact me with information - I do NOT make it public in the thread. Why humiliate the person? One WACKOs has followed me for 14 yrs - I can't seem to shake him - he makes himself public! Others come & go and for the most part they are not PART of my story. Some quickly realize I already have their #. Not one do I turned away until I can disprove their story. Haven't been able to pin down all of them, especially one that connects to another story I knew....things NEVER made public that I can recall. For 5 yrs I told JT and Mr. H everything -and THOUGHT it was being relayed to the Seattle FBI. My biggest mistakes. I should have done what Marla did, but I am camera shy and draw a complete blank in group setting and cameras make me nervous - interviews have not gone well for me, but what do you expect out of some one who could not stand up and recite a poem in class, but able to recite it to the teach after the class was dismissed. I draw blanks in interviews. My problem was - I thought everything I was telling 2 certain individuals was being discussed with the current FBI - what a naive idiot I am! I was unaware the FBI had NOT been informed of detailed information that would or could have been useful regarding Weber and others who contacted me. They didn't want to talk to the FBI. I guess I was being contained -but NOT anymore. Most GOOD things come way to late. The footprints have been erased, but my memories held on. Precisely what did you order? Just a copy of the last transactions or did you get a history on the property? The County records maintain all of the transactions on a piece of property - HOW the hell do YOU think real estate transactions occur. The history of every track of land is traced for many many yrs - this is required in order to provide TITLE INSURANCE. No one want to by a piece of property without Title Insurance. If they do they are damn fools...in todays time. Title Insurance is REQUIRED to get a loan or mortgage. Now if someone is fool hardy enough to pay cash for a piece of real estate without a TITLE search they need to have their heads examined. Cases have been found in Title searches on land that rights to certain aspects of the property are owned by an oil company for example. Now if you found oil in your back yard - you would want to own those rights - yes or no? In the good ole days a cash transaction and hand shake was all that was usually needed. NOT today. You can go to the County Records and go into the archives yourself. These are PUBLIC records! I expect the records there go back at least 100 yrs. Most individual depend on the TITLE companies to do this. Back in the day there were NO title companies and one could buy a small farm and it was there. Now MOST STATES mandate the mineral rights belong to who ever purchased them. Some states allow the mineral rights to past with the transaction and others are SUBJECT TO. I have NOT one time talked about RV parking or Camper Spaces! EVER! PLEASE stop trying to make your story part of my story. I asked you to do one thing - check out the prior owners of the Bonney Lake location and I don't mean just who he bought it from. The history of that property is in the county records - all you have to do is GO LOOK. You have to go back for many many yrs. HOW MANY TIME DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT DUANE ONLY POINTED OUT PARADISE WHEN WE WENT UP THE INTERSTATE AND I HAVE TOLD WHAT HE TOLD ME ABOUT HIS. Go back and read! The stop I am talking about was WASHOUGAL! NOT on the interstate (infact we did NOT make a stop on the Interstate going to Seattle). Nor was the place I am referring to places JT led everyone to think it was in Washougal. It was just a trail and I have already found it....it took what has been going on for the last 24 hours for my mind to focus and I have NO idea WHY GOD let me go back in time and remember the details of the stop. Someone asked me to think what did I see, did I hear anything, what did Duane say. Time and Space was condensed in my memory. Again I did find it in 2010 but it was pouring down the rain. GOD, I want to go back to WASHINGTON - give me the strenght and the means! Yea, guys that was a prayer. WELL, that park is NOT what I went to. It was just some dirt pull-offin 1979 and then a trail. Down the trail and to our Right was a pile of LARGE rocks. 2 paths led on from there both going down. I could hear water. This was wooded like a hiking trail. There was running water I could hear it. Duane mention it was a river - and the other trail he said had a picnic area. I saw NOTHING like what was in that picture. The Memorial cemetary I could not open. But it WAS East of this small parking area where we went down the trail. I had told JT about it and he told me he had been there and there was nothing there. 1979 is a long time. Like I said when I was there in 2010 I was on my own and found the old cemetary, but it was raining. I kept thinking how could grave age that fast....the grave were so dark and old. It was pouring but I tried to walk around for a while, but had NO unbrella with me. Now I wonder if I even found the park or the trail - I recalled seeing the area, but even then it was raining. I know what I saw - I think I am going crazy - WISH so much I could GO BACK. Could not open anything with pictures of the cemetaries - just searches for names. This was the problem I had before...no pictures of things as they were in 1979 - Damn - why didn't I have a camera. I was traveling very light and tight with money. Jo Stated: Thank Vickie, but that WAS Paradise park on the interstate to WA. The one I am looking for was just a trail and walking or hiking park in Washougal. It was east of the bridge in Washougal that crossed the Washougal River there. Seems like the CC's had something to do with the construction of this TRAIL. Since we didn't go down the trail except to the stones - I wonder now if there was not some way of crossing the river at that point - but no bridges were seen. From the place he took me I could NOT see a river or a stream so maybe it was just a trail park...I could HEAR Water! Strange I remembered that - but I could HEAR water...not see it. Maybe I was just enthralled by the natural state of things...and the fact Duane said one of the rock had his initials under it. I even regreted stating that in the thread for fear someone would go find it and take it...so maybe I erased the part about the initials, but I don't think I did. I talked about the cemetary in Washougal where Duane said he knew some one buried there...he did NOT take me to the cementary. I have to find the posts from long ago about this - LIKE I said don't even ask why I need this information - Just have to find it! I also know since going to WA in 2010 and driving a car that time and Space I did NOT account for. I keep thinking did he take me further - GOD only knows I need to go back to WA, but I can't afford it and I never know how I am going to feel from day to day. Some Reason I know I have to find that place and/or pictures of how it looked in 1979. Surely someone in Washougal has some pics. Maybe I should write someone in Washougal - but who?
