Perhaps I did NOT make myself CLEAR. Duane mentioned the building of the VOR....its original installation. I need to know - WHO did the Construction and then the Installation of the equipment. We had already passed it so I did NOT actually see it, but it was there. HOW was Weber involved with THE BOYS who built it or installed it & its working components? WHAT yr was it built and what were the working date regarding maintence...what company did the maintence of the equipment? What company built the VOR. Was it AWARE? That answer was as I expected and I already knew the answer, but what I wanted to find out was WHY Duane specifically took me there and mentioned the VOR and talked about THE GUYS working there - he was referring I believe to the construction of the VOR. Basically in the same breath he mention the little airstrip just north of there. Evidently one has nothing to do with the other, but what I am getting at WHO built the VORS and when was the Battleground VOR constructed and what technology did the guys have to possess to set these thing up. In other words I am looking for answers as to who The Guys were and how Duane could have had knowledge or have been involved with that particual VOR. Did AWARE build it? That one is a shot in the dark as the only thing I know they did build was runways - lots of military contracts. Just trying my best to understand HOW Duane obtained the information he had and how he was even connected to WA - which he obviously was even though the FBI denies any connections of Duane to WA other than his passing thru McNeil in 1945. VOR's, Airstrips, Bars, Signal Towers or Towers of any description with LIGHTs on them, cemetaries, jump fields, gravel pits, remote bodies of water, rivers, Camp Bonneville (an everything on its campus), The Dalles, Washougal, Government Camps (both WA and OR), Golden dale, Trout Lake, Yakima (the boys moving heavy equiptment), Hood River, Beacon Rock, Yakama Indian Reservation, Bonneville, Mount Hood & a goverment camp there, Vancouver, Longview, St. Helens, Ape Cave, Lake Merwin, Battleground, towers - all over the place, All of the power lines & pipelines, Tacoma, Longbeach & Chinook (he mentioned a beach in this area the BOY used to go to. He knew his way around without a map, Snohomish (mentioned a sheriff there), he made comments about these place all the way to BC borderline although he turned around and headed back to Seattle on that the free day when we ventured North of Seattle I do NOT remember at what point we turned around and headed back to Seattle. I have lost that memory. He mentions a road that went to Intercity another place the boys flew in and out of. He mentions a camp on a road going to an Indian Reservation and Spokane and again mentiones the Boys. He talks about building a camp/mobil home park on a river up there. I naturally though he has spent quiet a few yrs in the area...but, I asked no questions and this was the first he had every exposed of his life prior to me. He seemed to have GOOD memories - not bad ones of the area. Why I thought it was from his childhood. He did tell me that one of his prior wives had a son stationed in Bellingham, but we did NOT go that far. It was about a 3 hour trip and we didn't even stop. As usual he had his foot to the metal. WE had an event to go to that evening. That one was the night he claimed he was taking a short cut - to get to the location of the banquet - and it was NOT a short cut, but the back side of the airport. This was when he slowed down and stated "I don't remember that fence" Odd thing to state. Yrs later I learn from this thread and see the pictures from 1971 and where the plane was pulled into in Seattle. There was a wooden fence in 1971 and in 1979 there was a wire fence. Only then did I understand WHY he made that statement. He even pointed out a building that used to be a motel and now was office building. I never found out when the change was made from Motel to Office building. It was a straight forward 2 story motel type building which had been converted...you could see the top of it on the next road. Well, I drifted away from the reason of the post. Just how did Duane know all of these places - he definitely was remote viewing as Bruce talks about - Duane had lived and breathed and worked in the area and for a rather lenthy time. Why I asked the question - what line of WORK involved his knowledge of Vor's, airstrips, pipeline, powerlines and all of the area specific things he knew 1st hand? I hope - after all Quade has banned individuals for less, but PLEASE stop and think about how long I have done this - and as many posts as I have made - I am pretty consistent. I make mistakes & if I am tired and perplexed and sometimes - especially before and after the surgeries there was confusion in my postings. There are times I should NOT be posting at all. Why I needed more information than you provided to go back and see the dates and to look at the postings for several days before - to see WHY I might have made such statements. The format you provided did NOT allow me to do this. May seem simple for you, but very difficult for me. My searching ability even in the thread is VERY limited. Hope I am not misquoting who said what, but would you please explain the statement above...and also answer this question. Did the VOR located West of Battleground and off of NE 112 Av have anything to do with calculating the plane's position? I ask this because Duane took me to that VOR and mentioned THE GUYS working there - he also mention a small air strip North of there. That airstip is N.W. of Battleground and on that same Road. Frankly I do NOT understand Duane's connections to "the guys" and why they would be working on the VOR (I have no idea what yrs he is referring to). Duane also POINTED out ever damn signal tower from the time we entered OR & WA to just before we entered NV. Who would work on Signal towers and VOR's and have knowledge of every darn airstrip along our route? What would that persons employment have been. You seem a logical person to answer this question and if you wish to answer it in a PM - that is ok - I have not blocked anyone from my PMs. WHO the HELL was Duane Weber and what did he do besides spend many yrs in one prison after another - how and why would Weber have the knowledge of towers, Vor's, Power Lines, Pipelines and be able to point out ever damn airstrip in the area? He certainly didn't learn these things from a prison cell and not have ever have worked in WA or lived in WA (as the FBI has basically declared).

At one time there was a young man who asked me to go along with what he said. He did NOT want me to blow his theory and even then I could not understand and I ARGUED with him on the phone that if I said Duane did NOT taken me to Tena's bar it had to have been a result of some continue bantering as MrShutter has been doing lately. I have NO idea why I would have said anything like but my communications to Mr. Himmelsbach Tena's bar was discussed in 1996 after I read Max's book and he sent me his book. Until Mr. H sent his book I had absolutely no knowledge of the specifics of the case. I didn't nave a map of the area and did NOT know where Tena's bar was. I did NOT have a WA state map - just a map of 1/2 of the USA. When I got Mr. H's book - I was off the wall. I still had NO detailed information about where Tena's Bar was - just my memory of the house and the treed parking area and the fence and the gate. Duane leaving me in the car. I had discussed this with Mr. H before I got his book. This was when I knew Tena's bar was one of the places Duane took me. No one could identify the other locations and I did NOT find it until 2001 when I was there with the Crew, but NOT until when GOOD people provided transportation and their knowledge of the area (two of these women had been in contact in 1971) with the FBI about something they knew. There was little follow up the "sitings" of Cooper most not given much credence. The agent doing the interview did NOT take any notes at all....this was noted by these individuals. 2001 - I found the area across from the PDX only because of a good citizen who lived in that area. 2001 - I found Lake LaCames and the "guide" provide by the crew did not have a clue what I was describing. The places they took me to were FAST driving and without any of them having long time knowledge of the area - it was just a lot of driving around. i was also intimidated by the cameras and the questions. I remember when they took me to the Lewis River - I wanted to go to the places Duane took me and what I had described did NOT resemble the Lewis River. When we arrived - at the motel they made the clips of Mr. H. It was interesting - but Duane took me NO where near those raging waters that I saw on that day in 2001 with the crew. I kept explaining it was quiet water and it was along the Columbia and we had turned off HWY 14 into Washougal and it was beyong that! The took me to the Washougal River and again I told them it was wider and quieter. But they had rivers on the brain and not one took me to the Lake and explained it was long and narrow in 1979....and it had changed as the lake filled up....that I had been on a lake and not a river. ONLY after the crew left and I was with locals did I finally have some resolutions about where I was. I was exhausted from the activities with the crew. They were very nice, but we had to accomplish a lot in 3 days. I guess the expected me to know the area better - why I wish there had been a profession guide who could have sat with me and have heard the places I describe...and have shown me a map. I did NOT have a map until after I left WA for that Documentary. I had meant to buy one - but, I forgot. I think I acquired a state map on that 2001 trip, but it was not very good....and not until I was ready to leave. It was the blind leading the blind. Things had changed. but NOT as much as it had changed when I went on my own in 2010 at the cost of 5K and was behind the wheel of a rental car. On that trip I let my memory be my guide - WHY I went all the was past The Dalles almost to the State line and then I started the trip the way I remembered it - I let my memory be my map and it worked. Finally someone puts this so I can address what was going on - Like I am supposed to remember all of the conversations we have had. Putting Duane on Tena's bar before the find - ALL you have is MY word for what ever that is worth. I was with him at Tena's bar and I have recounted this multiple times. There was no one else there - just me in the car he goes down to the Beach. At one time he disappears behind the house. He was wearing his Blue windbreaker. When he gets back to the car I got out and stretched and that is when he told a little about the area. Knowing a man who lived on the OR side and he told me you used to be able to put a nickle in the box to use the beach. He did NOT mention knowing the Fazio's but he knew the place. Actually he said little to nothing about the place other than that. It has been so many yrs that now things run into each other and hard to remember what was said where. We didn't linger and a stretch was about all I got. When he got into the car he took a paper bag from his side and put it on the floor board. When I asked what it was - he told me just some trash he was going to get rid of on the next stop....which was the Red Lion. The bag was REAL close to him and not just laying in the floorboard. When we get to the RED LION he sends me to the machine and the ladies room and told me he would be around back. When I get there he is out on the piling watching the water and I asked what he was doing - and he said "Just Watching that Bag floating down the river. I couldn't see it but I didn't look for it until I admonished him for throwing TRASH in the river. BE ASSURE there was something in that BAG he did not want me to see! I even thought he was pulling my leg and looked in the trash barrels, but all of them were empty and I then said "YOU REALLY did throw that BAG in the RIVER". Actually I was miffed...I hate litter bugs. I do not remember if he said anything else - and it is feasible the money found at Tena's bar did come from that bag, but I believe them to be two separate deposits. I wonder what happened to the bag he tossed at the Red Lion and where it would have ended up? On would think it woud have sank - but, he watched it until he couldn't see it. He was far sighted and I am near sighted and didn't wear my glass all the time back then. If this is not satisfactory - nothing else I can offer you. Nope. I would bet that it never happened. Norjack wasn't about spying, espionage etc. It was just a clever money crime. Not CIA stuff. 377 That is NOT what I meant. I am not saying that it was CIA stuff, but I think it became known that the man who commited the crime had some knowledge obtained throught CIA or some covert action...soldier of fortune. The wife of the times and per things Duane said - without claiming involvement - indicated they were involved in a group - a group that was under the table. I was told the guys made some big money for the event - enough to give them a new start.....I have nothing on this other than a story told to me by the ex and it jived with something Duane had said - but he did NOT indicate he was involved. She did. The story she told about she and Duane attending an Affair in WA - and her sister helping her to make the dress she wore and borrowing mink and Duane telling me also about going to WA to be a part of this convention. Problem was he was supposed to still be in prison in Jefferson when this went down - not sure I had all the dates correct. I still will never figure that one out. His story and her story matched and Duane had no idea I would ever talked to his ex after he died. It was little things like this that put the idea in my head about SECRETS. He told me about doing something that gave him a lump sum of money when the job was complete (they went to KS to start over) - HELL maybe if was a ART Heist!...but other thing he said at other times - indicated something else. Hell, it could have been he was helping bring drugs in with planes - maybe that is what it was....I will asure of one thing for certain - Duane WEBER WAS connected to Paperlegs (Richard Petersen of Intermountain Communications) and they knew his wife Jane. I do NOT know how to go back in the thread and go to a specific post and then - search backward of that and then forward. Only then can I give an answer....and I post from that point in time and in the thread. If I cannot make you understand this how can I make anyone understand where I am. I spent a lot of money putting together a book for Florence and mailed it to her, with return postage in it. She never acknowledged in and I was told her companion (do not know if it was husband or boyfriend) is very protective of her. I do not even know if she ever received it. I would like to have had it back because I put a lot of TIME and MONEY into it not to mention a total of almost $40 in postage. I mailed it and enclosed the return packing with postage on it. If they didn't want to see it they could have least put in in the other packing and have dropped it in the losest mail box. Since I do NOT interview well and do not have a lot of stamina. I do want and desperately need to meet with them, but NOT publically. I would like to meet with the 3 stewardesses and the co-pilot and with the young witness I talked to - Mitchell. I did not get the better pictures of Duane until after I had contacted him and then I lost him. I believe if he could have seen the Jefferson mug shot and some of the other photos it would have helped. I do not even know if the Jefferson has ever been presented to Tina, Alice, Florence and Mitchel with explanations of the hair cut and the dental work. It does make a difference. Frankly I could NOT identify a couple of my own classmates on our 25 th reunion and then our 45 th - so how can I or anyone else expect theses individual to remember a man they saw one time in 1971. I want to make those books public and the names in them...see if any of them are alive. AWARE had contract with Area 51 and other installations all across the country. Who is the girl in the book and how are these to books connected and why did Duane covet them. The common denominator was Joan Garrity who supposedly lived in St.Helens, OR per the address provide in one of the books. The common denominator is that one contributor - and the one remaining woman alive for the big one is also ill but very keen of mind. The little book came from the area Tina lived in - and thought that was the connection. The little girl could be any little girl about 8 yrs old in a private school. A plaid skirt with a white top. Strange that Tina lived in Gresham and Duane mention he knew a woman in Gresham who worked for a retirement home. I would not put this one together until I found Tina lived in Gresham at the time of the money find. Was Florence flying out of Denver in 1978 and 1979 and early 1980. We flew to a Atlanta for a wedding and Duane was skiddish about one of the stewardess. Claimed he didn't want her to see him because she was an old girlfriend. She seemed to young for Duane and I think it was Florence. When we exited the plane he made sure she did not see him - put his case on his shoulder. I did not see her as we exited in Atlanta so she may ave got off at the stop over to Atlanta....I forget where the plane stopped, but there was one stop...they could have changed stewardesses at that time. Too much over a 17 yr marriage for me to ignore and then top it off with the confession...I did NOT connect dot that did not connect. I do NOT do well in a room full of people nor to I interview well - I ramble and jump all over the place just like I do in the thread....why after my attempt to do interviews I just gave up....no one can follow me or keep up with my mind and my mind is jumping all over the place. I think everyone knows the the things I do and so then it end up with no one knowing a damn things and lots of it being wrong. YOU have to remember I ACTUALLY held the DAMN ticket in my hands and that stub I do not know the meaning of. If I had NOT seen the ticket - I could have walked away, but one cannot walk away when you know you held a piece of evidence in your hands. HAD I never have seen that old ticket - I would not be fighting this battle to day. The history of Weber, the Ticket, the stub and his confession - not to mention the other things he made mention of over the 17 yr marriage. Then the thing the ex-wife and the step daughter told me. Max telling me that Duane's ex and Clara were one and the same - but he like myself had his own battle to fight and he lost. He left me with what he had to offer and for that I am grateful - he walked me thru his book because even he wanted vindication - it was the one thing in his life that was not complete. Supposedly the date was Sept 3, 2009 and it was your post 6413 per what Shutter stated. Can you help me find the post in the thread so that I can read the befores and afters. This is all I have asked of Shutter, but he is being arrogant and I am very very tired. They have to realize with in is 12 midnight in Ca or WA it is 2 AM in the morning here. Why in the world would a man spend 18 yrs creating a fantasy when the woman he was telling these things to did not even connect it . No way Weber even knew I was actually absorbing the thing he said and over a 18 yr period of time - give me a break. I didn't go out and take an innocent man and write a book about him like you did with KC. Did you ever think that the FBI built a file only to discredit at the orders of the CIA or some other group. I had communications with 3 men who I cannot even talk about. I have vaguely mentioned 2 of the men, in context, but nothing specific to keep their identity silent. This ALL goes back to the 60's and things that have never been told. Because Weber use the system to beat the system - borrowing a similar phrase from SailShaw! HAVE anyone of you thought about WHY the government is suddenly making some old stuff available, but still concealing things at the same time? Duane SUDDENLY cleans his ACT up in the early 70's - think about WHY! No fantasty involved. The trip to the N.W. was real and so were all of the other things he told me. At least I gave it all I could to tell his story - but I cannot fight WASHINGTON and our secretive government who had done things that are NOW catching up with them. Shutter stated Jo Replies I am NOT mixing anything up - the FAZIO's was known to me from get go! READ Max's book! The Cabin you are referring to was there in 1971 and not there in 1979 per statements made by Duane at the site - was the LOCATION on the river Just West of the PDX. and East of the Winterly Park. This is the location he gets the shovel & tells me to STAY in the car. He goes down a steep incline & there are trees in 1979. When I go out in 2001 - a woman I had met while with the crew at Winterly Park called the room the next morning wanting me to come back - she had something to show me...she bearly caught me as I was waiting for my ride. I told the story about the off duty officer and the 2 sisters and a sister in law - picking me up AFTER the crew left. We went across the river to Vancover - to get the lady - her name for short was Mary. Mary got in the vehicle with us and told the driver where to go on the Evergreen Hwy and then we turned back down toward the river. When we got there EVERYTHING I had been looking for was there - Remember DUANE made several stops...SOME only focus on one. At this particular site in 1979 WITH DUANE is where told me to STAY in the car and take nap. It was our first stop in Vancouver. He opens the trunk and goes down to the river - it was steep. I get restless & about that time he is coming up the slope & I ask if I can get out - he pops the trunk, to return the (snow shovel we kept for emergencies). When I get out he explains that the PDX is across the river, but out of out site due to the trees on our left and a slight bend. All I know is Weber buried something there. He told me he used to know the man who owned the property & there used to be a cabin on it. He points to the north and mentions the rails and how slow the trains came thru there - easy. He also explained how slow they went because of an "exchange" or "switch". I was under the impression he had jumped trains there & assumed as a kid. He points beyond this point to the north & mentions there are some very nice home over the berm & knew a man who used to live there. It was evident he knew who the River front property was owned by in prior yrs.....I want to know! I also want to know where the man lived I will call Jack. This is the property I attempted to obtain property records on to see who owned it in from 1944 to 1971. I could NOT get the records. I do not have the plat or coordinates or names to do a search. ! I thought maybe it was the property his brother and a friend (with Boeing ) owned, but I found that to be another property in Pullayallup - a piece of property that links to a man who contacted the FBI in 1971 regarding the Cooper case!!!!!! He was ignore and so was I. Ah!!! so I just told you some more of the STORY! No I just repeated what I have been saying to anyone who would really listen. WHY did Duane tell me about all of this and WHY did he point out where the PDX was & the tower? We took Mary home and she told us the next property down had the same attributes. When I went back in 2010 there were 3 fancy homes built on the Columbia there at the site. Note below HOW Shutter changed the story to make it sound FAKE. His assignment - SANTICIZE my postings to make them go away! I left what Shutter had to say on this matter below & he surely did CHANGE it! What SHUTTER summarized about the river property - one I have in the past been VERY detailed with. Just because I am 73 doesn't mean I still cannot figure out a ploy when I see one! Jo States: In 1979 - I do NOT remember seeing a barn to house cattle or any other large structure other than the house. Vaguely remembered a structure - but is sure as hell was NOT a barn. In 2001 there were more structures, but not in 1979. Robert Stated: There does appear to be a residence on the east side of the farm buildings. It backs up to a hayfield. But I have no idea who, if anyone, lived in that building. Jo States Fazio and Himmelsbach talked about the shed - just for the things they needed on the beach but it was not there in 2001. Something that is under a tree and maybe 2 ft deep X 6 feet wide is NOT a structure. It was a shed. I do not know the size and I did not see a shed, but considering it was items for beach maintenaince and enjoyment - it didn't have to be big - not large enough if under the tree and back near the fence - it would even show. Probably was a nusiance when the water got high. When I was there in 2001 with the crew - there WAS a small paddle FISHING boat in a little inlet West of the house and on the property. Neither of those two postings state anything like that. Why does the 8 month thing bother you? Duane and I being at TENA's Bar - why does that bother you? WHY you would make the ridiculous statement about my being upset they would not look into who owned the property. YOU are cherry picking and you are picking off the WRONG tree. PLEASE - what the hell are you talking about. HAVE you read the book I was reading the night I called the FBI? I suggest you do so! The Fazio property was noted in this book. The property I was probably talking about was one of the OTHER sites I have explained over and over Duane took me to - such as the land across from the PDX, where he went to the river alone and down a steep incline, the property in around Lake LaCames. The other property the FBI should have checked out was were the GREEN tank was. Tena's bar has NEVER been questioned by me...only momentarily while I was in WA. The way you are taking fragments of something I said and making them to appear as misrepresentation is being done ON PURPOSE and I consider this as you trying to BULLY another poster. I would appreciate it if you do NOT take segments of my posting and disconnect them from the postings they are in reference to. Simply note the time and date and let the other READERS go back to that post and read the prior posts I was responding to... What you are doing is putting me on TRIAL without a trial - the methods used by the authorities to extract information from a witnesses with the interogator twisting the words to extract and confuse.
