That party is NOT until the last Saturday in this month...I think that is the 29th. I just made a phone call to confirm it. Agent Larry Carr makes mistakes and the FBI makes mistake. I am also not a fake - I assure you there were better things I could have done in my last yrs. I am not the kind of person who would intentiionally put myself into some kind of situation. I have only one driving need - to know the truth. I don't care what he did - I just know what he told me. Make fun of me and do your best to make me look like a fool - NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY WHAT I DO KNOW. I have already told you that when he told me what he did - that he got upset because I couldn't understand what he was talking about - I didn't know who DAN COOPER was. This can be proven because of the individuals I spoke to after Duane died and one yr a 2 months later on May 24, 1996 when I found out who Dan Cooper was. If the nurses had not thought he was upset and started to give him medications he may very well have asked for an attorney or witness. He did talk to a ARMY Chaplain who was with a family member in the hospital - he refused to talk with the Hospital Chaplain who told me he did not remember much about Duane or what they talked about. It was several yrs later that I found that chaplain. I have NO reason to perpetrate a fraud regarding Duane. If it had been your spouse who made this confession and because of other things he had said over a 17yr period of time and then further investigation into his past revealed even more questions - Would you have decided to NOT ever tell anyone? Or would you not have wanted Answers? Judge not my motives but your own. The detailed records I have of how I have gone about this - show that I had NO motive other than to know the truth. Sure there were offers - but I didn't take those offers - I was more interested in the truth. If I had been as calculating as others are claiming - would I not have taken those past offers and why would I give up my life to fight this? If it was money or a book - I could have done that yrs ago - I turned them down because ALL I wanted was the truth and that if a story was done about Duane that it would be truthfully told - not a bunch of fiction. Doug Pasternak who was formerly with the US News and World Reoorts spent a couple of hour with the artist and there was discussion of appearance that NEVER appeared in the media. Things the witnesses tried to relay to him - and things he was not successful in portraying. Before Doug could tell me one of these things on the phone I blurted it out - no way in GOD's NAME I could have picked that one very important thing - that was never revealed to the media that the witnesses stated to the artist Sorry if I am being somewhat emotional tonight but - these things are important and issues that NO ONE will pay attention to. What the media and others do not pay attention to in the artist conception are the mouth (they did not use that composite), the line down his face on both sides which Cook morphed out on the composite he used to compare his subject with Cooper), the slanting of the forehead shown by the shading, the tone and color of the skin, The downward turn in one corner of the mouth, the piercing darkess of the eyes, the eyebrows, the creases in the forehead, the chin which changes - (note that Weber in some pictures appears to have a strong chin and in other a weak chin) - the artist was trying to depict many things in action. The bridge of the glasses mask the nose - and if you will note younger picture of Weber denote a smaller nose (and not one picture of him is available with a frame of the kind Cooper wore). There are certain frames I can put on that make my nose appear much smaller. Age also makes the nose much larger and bublous in the advancing yrs. Shaffner is the only one to see Cooper without his glasses and that was when he took them off and looked at her told her to read the note..... She didn't forget those eyes because they are dead on with Duane's eyes. Note the eyelids - same as Duane's. Change the composite to black and white and see what you get - you will see detail that the FBI and others have ignored over the yrs. Besure you are using an unaltered composite. Vacation at this time - how convenient! The circumstances of the night clerk have improved and he will be going back to China. The night clerk is real and he did deliver (so he told me) a notarized statement to the FBI office a couple of wks ago...if this is not true then I need to be notified and not 2 wks from now or after he has gone back to China. I have a copy of the statement he provided to the FBI. Lots of seniors go to China and other countries to teach certain subjects. This does NOT mean they are part of the USA academia system, but knowledgeable of the subject. This man spent most of his life married to ONE woman. To me that spells stability. I did have conversations with the young man, but his mother never came to the phone. His mother had told him that she thought his father was Cooper. There was a problem with the time lines - that is why it didn't work. We talked on the phone I belleve 3 times over the past few yrs. There was also a problem with the age. I have his contact number if you think you can learn anymore than I did. I tried to find his father thru the information he gave me - I still have it somewhere and it includes a telephone number. The letter you posted I have never heard of and I find it hard to believe he had time to leave initials. He left the tie - that was all the FBI really needed. In the information I have there were 2 letters. Both short sweet and simply. I have always been interested in the one that was mailed 13 miles from where Duane's sister lived at that time. It was sent to the Reno Newspaper I believe and the envelope was written in light pencil...that should have DNA and he probably licked it, but as far as I know the FBI doesn't know where this piece of evidence is - at least that is what I was told by Ralph Hope. I have asked Ckret and got no answer. Another note was sent from Canada - with cut out letters - it mentions something about the Greys. Always thought that one was a hoax. Obviously they did receive others that have never been revealed...and the one you mentioned I have NO knowledge of. Interesting to get off on the letters and notes - I REALLY want to see the one with the address lightly printed in pencil. Ckret: I do not understand any of this mumbo jumbo - just way over my pea brain. Just want to straighten out some miss information to the forum: 1. The night clerk was in his 20's in the 70's not now.. 2. It is not my call if the FBI does not investigate his claim and his statement. 3. It is the call of the witness, if he decides to speak with the media - my advice is to be quiet and let the FBI do its thing...his coming forward publically is not worth what it would do to his life. The example of that is evidenced in this forum. Many witnesses come forward in lots of crimes - but, they are not exposed to the media for various reasons. I would not want to be responsible for the ending results. Remember - Been there, Done that. All of the rumors about what new evidence is available, right now just rumors - to name a few. The money, particial print found on the tie clip, initials carved on the plane (duh), DNA match - this is just the ones I have heard about from my contacts in WA...and NO none of them are or where FBI. I did a really brave or foolish thing today - will have to wait to see what comes is. As for the night clerk - his private life is NOT anyones business and the kind for crap that certain individuals are putting together is exactly WHY he didn't come forward in 2000. Do not any of you understand why NO ONE would want to come forward. This crap is exactly what has happened to other individuals who have offered information in the past. This kind of putting together facts about someones life and distorting them makes me sick to my stomach. NO one WILL ever want to come forward about any crime they might have some knowledge of. I can asure you that his email came from China. When the current circumstances improve things will happen. Right now the delay is circumstances beyond the control of the FBI, the witness or me. Thanks for the offer anyway but, I have more than an email. Really want to know what the heck the FBI is up to...probably more of the same thing. I just questioned what I have in the past - why she said "knapsack". A lot has dependended on Tina. I was not question you - but the information. I spoke with someone in WA tonight and there is a rumor about the FBI finding a partial print on the clip ---I really question that after who knows how many people have handled that clip over the past 37 yrs. Georger, if you had been in my shoes in 2000 and the FBI agent lied to you about something you had documentation on - just how would you feel about the FBI eight (8) yrs later? Remember ZING. He used to post till the moderator kicked him out, but he wasn't a bad guy - it was just a misunderstanding and he was defending me...I felt like it was my fault. I kept in touch with him by phone every few months but have not been able to reach him for a 2 or 3 months. I just got an email. He is not well and I know that some of you must know him personally so I am sure he would love to hear from you. Couldn't we talk Quade to letting him back in the forum - ZING has told me in the past how much he misses it. I miss him and I never met him, but I consider him a friend.

Not from the FBI records but in a conversation Scott had with some form of media. He stated Cooper stuffing money in the pack - but we could never verifiy that - of course it would be second hand - since he was in the cockpit -maybe something that Tina said to him. To me being a non jumper and just a woman...if I had a pack I could secure to my body and even without necessary hardware - it had loops I could tie to my harness with pieces of cord. It would give me a place to put part of the money (or all of it then the package I would be transporting in a different manner would be smaller). To my simple mind that is just common sense. A question: Are all the cords - the ones you know he cut and the one in that dummy pack - could they have been different in size Does anyone know what was in that Dummy pack? Maybe there were NO cords in it - after all that is what he needed - cords to secure his booty. It seems he cut into the dummy first - and there was NO cord in it - just canopy. Then he had to cut into the other pack for the cord to secure his package. He has handled that pack or he just throws it out in rage - anger because he knew it was a dummy. Didn't Tina see him putting something into it? Somewhere this was mentioned. There is that old saying "Don't put all your eggs in one basket". All I did was comment that they have not reported any prints on the ticket todate - I would think after 37 yrs - if there were prints we would know about it unless they have a new techinque they can apply. The ticket I described to the airlines and to the co-pilot and to other who worked for the airlines in 1970 - have told me what I described is the ticket being used at that time. The ticket was composed of - paper and carbons. I don't know how many copies were in them and didn't ask. I am not sure we mentioned boarding passes - what served as a boarding pass in 1971 may well have been a copy of the ticket. So we ARE talking about the same thing. Whatever the stewardess pulled out - (copy or boarding ticket), Cooper would not have touched that part. The agent handed you this in a folder - most individuals would just hand this folder to the Stewardess and she removed what she needed and put it back in the folder. Regardless of the ticket issue - there were copies and since no prints have been reported on the ticket (boarding pass)retrived from the agent - Why is this so important?
