Let me interpert what I was saying - I have to learn to be very explicit when I talk to you guys. "STUMBLED onto who Dan Cooper was" means I wish I had never read the book "What Really Happened". It was in this book that I learned the name that D.B. Cooper gave to the ticket person was Dan Cooper. Remember that Duane did NOT tell me he was D.B. Cooper - he said Dan Cooooper. If I had never read that book I would never have known who Dan Cooper was - that doesn't mean that Duane Weber was D.B. Cooper. I get upset trying to explain what I was trying to say in the first place. This is what I have meant by no one really listened in the beginning - not even the FBI. Perhaps it is me not being able to verbalize what I am trying to say. The "lips"...Two of those are composite lips and one is a picture. A composite is not going to be dead on right. The composites were not used because the artist could not get the lips right - to satisfy everyone - so they ended up with other ones. There is no real comparison - again I needed to explain what I was seeing - because I was the one who lived with Duane for 17yrs. This is a means of explanation so you guys can see where I have been. What I have seen or believe does not make me delusional - frantic for the truth, but not delusional or crazy. Note none of this means Duane was Cooper. What does any of it mean - I am not sure. Co-incidence and more co-incidences. The only FACTS I know are what I held in my hands - the Bag, the ticket and the stub and of course what he said and my interpertation of the things he told me and showed me over the yrs. as they might relate to Cooper. Since no one believes Duane was Cooper except me then I have to retrace every step of Duane's life to find out who he did know well enough to have had these items in his possession. Did he steal them or where they given to him for safe keeping? Duane was an ex-con - Who in their right mind that knew that would have trusted him with a secret? I can only draw one conclusion - he stole them. What does this mean? It narrows down the range and locations of suspects. Such as - was Cooper one of the 3x-cons Duane knew so well. One of these guys looks like the composites,but I have never been able to acquire a photo of him - the FBI was given his name, but they NEVER contacted him. It would have been someone he kept in contact with over the yrs. Was it the "rich" guy in Florida with suspected "connections"? The FBI has that name. Was it the other one with a record, who had "connection" and needed money. He was also an excon. I don't have a picture of him and I met him only once. Was it someone in the Atlanta area - because that is where Duane lived until 1978. He also worked and lived in the Columbia area of the Carolinas. Others he spent LOTs of time in - Waycross/Savannah and Columbus. He also spent lots of time in Rome, Ga. I know he had contacts in the Columbus area - because we went to see someone at a ghost town there - the conversation was kept out of my range and most of it concluded before I went into the ghost town shop and asked if they had a rest room I could use. I had been waiting in the car on his orders. Now do you understand me...if DUANE was NOT Cooper he sure as hell knew who was. What suspects has the FBI investigated who spent lots of time in those areas? Re-visit those suspects and see what happens. The FBI has NEVER revealed all of the suspects, but you can bet out of the 1000 plus that one of them had some kind of contact with Duane Weber. I am trying to help in the only way I can - Duane had those items. Why and How? If you discount the FACT that I actually saw these items then it is useless...Cooper will never be known. By the way Snow - if you can't be open minded as I am being force to do - then DON't criticize or MOCK me for not revealing information you only riducule. As I stated before - to scan the backs of those composite is useless - take my word for something or better yet CALL the FBI and ask why Jan 2 1973 is stamped on the back of those composites . I expect this is the date they where placed into the evidence file. Outside of the date the only other thing on the back of the composites is my blood - as I had them with me that day in 2000 when I had my accident only 2 months after I went public. No. What I am saying is that the artist was trying to depict a action or expression that Cooper made with his mouth the very same action/expression Duane did when he was aggravated. Although Cooper was not nasty he was letting them know that he meant business and that he was NOT happy with the way things where going ... Best expressed by a specific facial action. Look at the old Rose composite and the Shaffner composite and a prison photo of Duane on intake in 1960. He was not very happy - the lip comparisons of those 2 old Composites with the mouth of Duane 11 yrs before. We can Credit Safecrack for this photo. Perhaps you should study the pictures of Duane - you will see that same eye sag. This caught my eye yrs ago and anyone who knew Duane - it became more pronounced as he aged. I am attaching the scan of the actual un-retouched composites as supplied to me by the FBI. I wanted to scan both of them at the same time and not separately so hopefully you and others will be kinder - right now I am only trying to help you all to help yourself without myths. What I am saying about the color of the complexion is correct. If some of you guys are so all powerful and know all then go talk to the witnesses (one of those you will have to dig up) and the artist (you will have to dig him up) or find individuals that talked to him over the yrs such as the accounting I have made available to you by Pasternac. There was never a question of Cooper being "American" - there was absolutely no reason from any witness nor accounting that would indicate Cooper was foreign. The "Latin" or Olive or Indian was simply to describe a color to the FBI and artist. With the range of colors used in the with and without glasses composites I think Rose did a fair representation of the color range. BY the way are any of you artists - if you are, what I am saying is simple to understand and ask anyone you know who does portraits. Also note in all of your back and forth post no one mentions Indian and that was brought up by the witnesses...as the complexion had something in it that made one of the witnesses say Cooper might be of Indian (American) hertiage. It is the simple things like this that a dumb-blonde understands. I don't know anything about planes and doors and waterflow and parachutes - I leave all of that up to the forum. I have been trying to make a point of NOT posting unless it is something I can help with - Have you spent 13 yrs of your life in the research? I also want to NOTE that I posted a picture of a man with a strange outfit in front of the Assembly Hall in 1979 (Salt Lake City) and no one knew what it was...well, go back and look at that photo again and look very closely. All of you military and retired veterans should have picked up on something I even asked you about - the strange triangle on his cuff. Well, it is called a CHEVRON to designate rank. Chevorns were wore I understand in other arenas of dress wear...to establish rank. The style screams - but I am still working on that - ROTC recruiter has been suggested. but no one has a picture of ROTC uniforms from that time - frankly I don't think so. This man worked in the Business Administration Office which also housed the Vistors Bureau and Information and Literature in 1979. Some other offices were in the building and it was in a transitional phase at that time. The Church has hot been able to identify the man or the outfit, but remember I am working with young computer employees who know nothing of 1971 or the history of the administration. I have asked for a lilst of the employees from that time frame but I am getting no where very fast. If someone knows a way to tie this photo down I would appreciate it. It only helps if we all HELP each other not attack the ideas. What do we all want? To know who Cooper was and I deflect from saying "is" because he would by most probablilites be deceased by now. I thought the composites scanned more red, at least that is how they appear in my scan program - have no idea how they will appear on the screen. The age part of the profile is not disputable by the FBI nor it is disputable from the testimony of the witnesses. No one knows and many have asked why the FBI continued to use that particular sketch (the Bing Crosby look-alike) when all of the witness - said - that it was all wrong. Rose did the other sketches that I have referred to and the colored sketches. (All right after the crime - trying to get one all of the witnesses would agree on). The colored sketches are the ones the witnesses agreed were the best, but not quiet right - hence why a TV program tried an attempt at doing a composite yrs later. Rose admitted himself that he could NOT get the mouth right. When Pasternac relayed his conversation with Rose to me and discussed this "thing" he couldn't get right....I am the one that blurted out what it was and the part of the anatomy involved. Oh, plenty has..it's one of the reasons we are still in touch. I was his star pupil and I love literature. I can still recite the "tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow" soliloquy from Macbeth, among others...! But back to Cooper, all this discussion about skintone just reinforces my belief that it is subjective. Ideally I would still like to see a colour version of the sketch. You asked and you shall recieve. I don't want to post both (the with and without g.asses composites separate) as i have them on my computer. I want to put both (FBI) pictures on the scanner so they will be side by side. The artist (unless one of the composites is faded) tried to show the range of color by going to one end of the spectrum with one and to other end without glasses. That was a smart idea, but I don't think many ever saw them side by side in Color. Can't do it tonight -not feeling real well, but tomorrow I will get my hands on them and scan them for you guys. They probably are the best examples of the color arange available per the witness testimony and the artist conception of what he was being told. I was contacted, but since I refused to be on camera I am not even considered. They would have to come to me and me not go to them (I cannot do a 9 hr flight ) nor tolerate the heat and lights from the cameras. Okay I will try to tackle this and wish I had pictures of different people to post - but just talk for now . Oive does mean having a hint of green undertone - various shades are such as my own which is a medium olive - with a tan I turn and dark ashy (for a guys perspective try the word dirty) Some olives tans with a golden tint - takes on a latin look but not with so much yellow - call it dusty like in the desert> Adaquate description, but remember there are ruddies in fair and dark complexions so you have to take in the specturn of what a individual is referring to when that is stated. American Indian is sometime referred to as ruddy but it has the ash, the golden and the mahogony - spectrum depending on the heritage...some such as my own indian hertiage is more of what is referred to as Olive. Greek and Roman is a good description - but you have the whole spectrum of olives in this also and golds. Dirty Latin or Greek or Golden German (olive) - these complexions tend to look dirty ( dusty) when they get a good tan - will confuse the hell out of someone trying to figure out what their nationality the heritage might be. Most people do unless you have latin and olive standing side by side. Like standing a fair Mexican against a medium olive American. . What we and others fail to understand is the witnesses where trying to decribe a color. They were describing tones and colores of skin - not nationality. This is a fact that most miss in listening to the description - latin does not mean he was latin - but the person trying to decribe the complexion might associate the color they are trying desperatly to describe as latin to give the artist a starting point. A journalist who changes his line of employment - and goes to work for the Federal Government - can not discuss old cases he has investigated. It is a matter of ethics. Correct. Georger - Shaffner in a conversation with the artist and others has stated that - Cooper had more of a Latin complexion -not Olive as that was just a 1971 catch all phrase When pegged down on what was meant by Olive, she starts talking Latin and Indian. The composite artist needed more details. With the features and the color as is depicted in the artist drawing you get the feel of Indian features with a Latin hue. I don't know how to describe it - but the olive given was later referred to as ruddy to golden ash. These are things said to the artist and not what was used in the official statements or by the FBI. One journalist spent over an hour and closer to 2 hours with the artist and this is what came from the conversation. It would be nice if he could speak for himself, but he still has his notes which I am sure will not be shared with the public because of his employer rules. There was also a written documentation made outside of the official arena that quotes the "stews" as stating the complexion in more detail. Obviously the FBI mandates - olive, but olive is the color of my complexion and it is no where near the colors used by the artist. Aside from the fact Weber's account is a late edition of earlier versions she told which did not mention actual dollar amounts or a bucket, Weber's revision amounts to 1,350 twenty dollar bills. Jo states: I am and and was speculating as to the amount of monies in a bag. The $173 or 178 K was mentioned while Duane was in the hospital and over heard by a witness the next day after the confession. ======================= Georger states: If split, the bundle would be approx 6"x5.25". Common rubber band(s) which Weber said she supplied (one) will not fit around a bundle 12.5x2.5 or a split bundle approx 6x5.25". (Dimensions beingused do not account for additional paper Weber sayswas also around the bundles). Jo States: Again I never handed him a rubber band and I can only speculate what may have been in that paper bag. SO Please Stop - and realize that I am a simple woman looking at some old maps of the area and remembering where my husband took me to. I have some decent maps now thanks to Sluggo. Before ALL I had was some simple black and white topo maps made by some kind sole in WA and mailed to me. I had NO fancy maps and the information I had on the floods and water flows were provided by the State of Wa. and studies I do not understand. Jo, I can tell you absolutely, positively and with COMPLETE authority, that the bills on Tena Bar had nothing to do with Duane and the bag your talking about. I am listening to all your evidence carefully and trying objectively to see if any of it fits into our investigation. In this particular case the question is answered. Now this is my test for you to see if in fact you really are accepting of new facts that prove Duane innocent or guilty. If you don't accept my answer, and continue to believe the bag is related to the money, it will color your other evidence from my perspective. Thanks, Tom I do not know what was in that bag (I can only speculate), but it was a very odd thing to do. The fact that he turned in his resignation the day after the article appeared in the paper in Ft. Collins Co. about the money being found seems suspect (I was unaware of that until some else made a connection between the dates recently). I know he disappeared twice on that trip for several hours at a time. One time was while we were at the Dalles - he was gone for several hours and came back soiled. The next time was in Seattle all afternoon. All of the places he took me to on the Columbia below and across from the airport tower. The places he took me to in Washington, to Lake LaCames and the hill above that and the farm across the lake, In Wahougual to a cememtary and then up the Washougal river to a trailer park - he told me about some kind of mining or caves further around that road but we turned around and went back to a road I now know was Coffey Rd and after a while we went North toward Battleground Lake to where the 2 towers and the shed used to be and the VOR thing...then South again toward I-5. On this trip he pointed out 2 airports or strips with one of those being on the road to I-5. In Seattle he took me to the back side of the airport - it was supposed to be a short cut (but with the map I realized it was not near our destination). Later he disappears for an afternoon coming back all giddy (he had not been drinking). The next day we head back to Vancouver and you know the about the site West of the airport tower on he Vancouver side and then big tank (some kind of business on the Columbia) getting in the car from there was the first time I had noticed the bag - West of Winterly Park (I did not see the park on that trip with him). Then to the bridge - right behind what used to be the Red Lion Motel. I am open to how the money got in the Columbia - but the things he told me and the things he showed me -that is not open to discussion at all. Those are things I know. What his little trips meant and what he did on that trip are my recalling the trip. They are strange events for a man who supposedly never lived in WA or worked there. Why would he tell me about burying something behind the shed where the tower used to be - in the middle of the woods on an unpaved and unused logging road? I need someone to help me add it up - help me understand why he knew this area. He used to know some guy around the Mt. Hood area from a statement he made on that trip, but that we were not going there. This was after he had been gone all that morning at the Dalles...this is around the time we crossed over to the Wa side. Snowmman stated this about the bill: "Add some decomposition, and it's unclear that 3 wet decomposed bundles, can't stay together " I do not know how many bundles could have been in that paper sack Duane threw into the Columbia at the old bridge in down town Vancouver. Large enough for 3 to 6 bundles. I am sure he would have bundled them within the package in groups of 2's or 3's. - (just going on what I knew about him). He secured the bag some way with what he had in the car - it was rolled over several times but I didn't see him actually throw it into the water. We kept clips and rubberbands in the car in our travel kit (for work as we sold insurance (on the road) and always had a portable office with us). Who knows what was in that bag? But the money was found just down the river only 6 months or so later. I have to estimate we where there in Sept...because I questioned what kind of clothes to take - it was warm enough 5 days prior to the river incident to wear short on the way to Salt Lake from Ft. The Homeland Security Grants are just like the rest of the Government give aways. When I bought my first house we had to work and save up the down payment and then have 3 months living expenses in the bank - now it is give me give me and I never have to pay it back. These kids go out and have children out of wedlock so the county and government have to pay for it and the childs care. Then they live together and by a house together - with a large grant they don't have to repay. When the septic system comes thru or one of them looses their job - they have to borrow the money for the tap fee and then the roof is leaking and before you know they are in trouble with the house payment. Our lax system with grants and welfare has brought this country to its knees financially and they just keep right on doing the same thing over and over. Rather than teach the young people economics and how to be fianciallly responsible the government probagates the down fall of America with more and more easy money...more and more giveaways. I have just been "instructed" NOT to SHARE anymore information. 377: I think I answered your question - it was very early on in my search. I know that I discussed this with Himmelsbach in the very beginning - but, without going back to my notes I can't tell you much more. I know that it was confirmed in my mind as soon as I knew what JMWave was and the research that Sluggo did confirmed that Duane was involved with companies that were said to have been involved in JMWave. I just went into the first things a friend pulled up for me many yrs ago - he is deceased now...there is an article on JMWave (call it the fishing pole). This man was in the service himself and I guess part of this era...dated 1998. So that was my first knowledge of a name for what I felt Duane was involved in. This was again sent to me by the man in CA. (call that the fishing line) and then Sluggo put the hook on and Snowman put the lead weight on.

I was happy when he was able to get back with a the one company he retired from - a very reputable and well knonw company... his criminal record never came up in all of those yrs from 1978 until 1988. Amazing. The had supscions of strange things even in the 80's but, in 1996 afterr researching Duane's past - a pattern evolved. I didn't know what it was - it just didn't feel right - but then HOW much did I know about this man I had been married to for 17 yrs. I shared this GUT feeling with Himmelsbach and others. The JMWave thing was put to me a few yrs ago - around 2002 by someone from CA trying to make a MLK connection, but I had already played with the covert angle, I just didn't have a nane for it. I told the FBI what I suspected in the 90's. In the last 2 yrs "Sluggo" was able to peg 2 of the companies as JMWave entities. So his visit with me was time very well spent, just to verify that Duane had indeed worked for the companies. Sluggo is an amazing guy himself along with Safecrack whom I have never met. I have had angels with me for a long time - most really want to help, but then there are those who are self serving meaning that they are using me for their own purpose (story, book, movie or whatever they do). As for that show you are talking about - I have done only one thing in the last 7 yrs around 2003. Was this one they did on the beach? (I don't know if they used the beach clip, but it was made at the Inn on the beach). That was the LAST one. The one before that was in WA in 2001. I took NO compensation for my time - they film you for hours and use 1 or 2 minutes. I wonder what they do with all of that footage they film? Archive it or destory it? I swore I would never do it again and so far I have not. If the FBI can't get off their ass I might just have to do it one last time, but I cannot tolerate the heat and the lights with my condition and do not know how they can get around that. Hopefully the FBI will get their job done - and all I will have to do is turn my stuff over to someone and say - Tell what REALLY HAPPENED and keep it factual - no myths, no literary licensing of facts - no fllth, no illicite sex and do it honestly. This is what I looked for - for yrs. I had been told about it, but had no proof it was actually done - now, you found it. I was only able to watch it in second segments. Does anyone know how I can get it on a disk or whatever in order to view it like it is supposed to be viewed. I have only dial-up. Air America planes had a connection to JMWave (reported to be a covert cover) out of Florida. JMWave bought some of the planes. Two companies who had Weber on their payroll at that time and prior to that as Collins were part of JMWave.? Go research JMWave and you will find they bought Air American planes in the 60's and early 70's. JMWave was reportedly related to various covert actions in Cuba and other countries. There was also a reported drug connection. I know you guys think I am crazy but this clip took me right back to where I was yrs ago and all it got me was 12 yrs of being ridiculed and made fun of and called delusional....BUT, I didn't have the clip - just the information that it had been done and Duane's involvement with these companies. These Insurance companies have alway been a puzzled me because Ex-cons cannot be licensed insurance agents. I met many individual who worked for these companies when Duane did - and I have since 1996 found that four of whom Duane had a close association with are also ex-cons. Most agents with these companies were and are very legitimate - but for some reason it seemed to be a easy place for ex-cons to find employment.
