Matter of perception?? I consider 5'10"-6' to be more average than "tall"... (and yes I am just 5'3" but when I think of the "tall" men I know they are the 6'2"-6'4" ones) Matter of times - in 1971 - 6 ft was tall. With all the hormones in our meats we are going giants now. Check any high school Album for the yrs 1942-1945 (approx yrs Cooper would have graudated) - you will find a very small percentage are over 5'8". I am not personally attacking anyone - just do not like someone saying I said something I didn't say. I never said that the little girl was Tina, but it has been repeatedly expressed that I did by another party. Note I could have many times have made attacks on individuals for doing so, but I try to be polite without using fowl language and by recalling their quote. Perhaps I am not the best with the words, but I try. As I have said before a lot is going on that you guys do not know about - I have set a target date for March 1st. I am not playing any games - nor am I putting out teasers - I ask honest questions just like anyone else. Look at this photo of Tina without make up and looking much younger compared to the photo I have. Note the eyes, the nose, the hair , pout - these girls appear to be very similar. Perhaps the photo I have is of Zona or some unknown Girls. Tina and her family are the only ones who would know if this other girl is Tina or someone else. This is NOT the picture used by Sluggo. This was the one I compared it to yrs ago and then let it go. I have to make my final approach - I am at the end of the runway. Pictures attached. Indeed. Like much (most? all?) of the other stuff. I slep for a few hours and will state one last time that this is a photo of a girl (I saw it before it had deterioated) and it was in a book that had been wet. The book had the Recipe's of life in it...is a small brittle spiral gold book and appears to be of religous organization. Some of us know how to make the little things count while some of the rest of us worry and putter and push and shove hunting moehills to make mountains out of. You don't have to be listed in WHO's WHO's to know What's what. A girls blouse is a girls blouse and hair pulled back with whisk around neck is a girl. Ignore that I saw the photo before it started falling apart. I just assumed it was a photo of his daughter, but it appeared when the other articles came into being in 1990. Hence I believe they all came off that plane with him. He placed it with my books and told me to take good care of it.,,I did not see the photo until after he died a few yrs later.and I was cleaning thinging things out. Obscure, but not meaningless. Georger YOU post this after Sluggo suggested it could be Tina. I did not bring Tina up - but, look at your response to the supposition the photo "might" be Tina. WHY? Why did you go ballistic at the suggestion the picture was of Tina Mucklow? Had you have done this in a trial - the attorneys would have had a field day with you. The contention would be that you would not get so riled unless you knew it might be Tina. Why would a pediatrian want to get involved what could they do? It is easy to tell it is a girl ( the sleeves of the garment and the wisp of hair on the lower hair line). Does not take an expert to see this. I saw the picture before it deteriorated so badly - she has long blonde hair. Number 2 explains the sex - the wisps of hair and the blouse. You are working at this too hard - therefore you have a motive. That is so much cock and bull it is not funny. It does not take much to see thru you - not much at all...you are very transparent. You don't know that. You may think you do, but you can't. Jo, reporters manage to get mugshots all the time, surely someone can get the Jefferson one.. i don't believe the FBI is "hiding" anything. I'm afraid you will need a proper photo if you are to convince anyone. Like others on this forum, I don't believe Duane was Cooper, but I am willing to keep an open mind. But you will need a more convincing image to help! We are also still waiting to hear about the photo of the child. You honestly don't expect the FBI to go to Tina and ask her...surely?? Cooper could also have acquired this knowledge as a fire-ranger and loadmaster in training in the West. Worlds Greatest or Biggest Jock Ball Carrier...think about that handle in terms of "Carrier" and how the men - "balls" where on board. Those smoke jumpers had the balls - in other words they were delivering the best of the best...they were on their way. It is not about winning anything. I told you none of the photos I had were straight on and they all had a tilt. I also DO NOT use the old Bing Crosby composite that was used (the one that allowed Cooper to stay hidden). Had they made the Rose Composite public when it was first done - Cooper would have died sitting a jail cell. All I did was try to do something simple - actually I was trying to convince myself I was the only one who saw the resemblance. That is not how it came out.

Attached is the avatar in it completed form. I didn't clip anything off the forum does that to make the avatar fit. *** Here is a side shot of Weber. Notice the backward sloping forehead on Weber. No Cooper rendering shows this feature. Even an amateur can judge the cranial proportions for Cooper vs Weber being different. This is why Jo conveniently clipped the top off the composite off, so you can't see the skulls dont line up. One is taller than the other. Cooper's is taller due to Weber's backward sloping forehead. Jo couldnt get the faces to line up so she clipped the top of the skulls to make it appear the chin line, nose, and mouths fit. By the way: there is a ton of material and software on the Net about facial recognition & comparison. 88888888888 Georger I didn't clip anything off. You are not an artist and if you examine the composites you will see the shading done by the artist to depict the slant of the forehead. The slanted forehead is the very reason that if a short person is looking at Cooper he would see a shorter forhead. A person on his level would see a moderate forehead. A taller person or some one above him would see a very high forehead. This SLANT was described to the ARTIST. You take anything you can that I say or do and rip it apart. Why don't you for just one time truly try to help. I am trying to end this - I need for it to be over...don't you understand that. Another cut copy tape and scan morph. In both instances I have heard that Coopers ears where not as large as Duane's - well when you make them the same size - Duane's ear were smaller. In the avatar I had to add to Duane's ears. In this on I guess Duane has his head sort of down. But I didn't change the ears so you can see ears. There are no front views of Duane in the album - always with a turn to his head. I morphed the composite with a picture of Duane. I just cut them into and taped them together and used my pencil to smooth out the lines and this is what I got. Note because he was far sighted how much larger the glasses make his eyes. I guess you guys could do this with any of the suspects but I wanted to show you what I see when I look at the composite and the picture of Duane. What I wouldn't give for a frontal picture of Duane around the time of 1971 which is the photo I used - a poor polaroid - the one his ex called "All dressed up 1971." I did not know the name of the building but Assembly Hall is what it is called on the internet, by the Chamber of Commerce and with the church historians and official who have spoke with me and viewed the photo. All of my life I have been an orderly neat person - The only unorganized drawer I have in my home is one I dump things I am working on - right now that includes photos being redone in one of my later albums - to make 2 albums for my kids...and a much smaller one for me to take to small retirement quarters. The garage used to be organized until my husband died - Garage Sale time. You forget I come from an era of organization - born in 1940. We are keepers of "things" including our memory as long as illness does not rob us of that. As we age we usually require notes to keep us organized -which I do in regards to my medical history. We didn't have computers - just old fashion clip, cut and save. I have recipe books I have made myself - recipes used by my family for yrs - recipes tried and not tried and notations of the results. Most are yellow with age..and some so fragil they crumble requiring them to be copied. The negatives of every picture I have made since 1960 has been kept in a safe deposit box and when moving in a fire safe. Photos are never shipped but moved in my own vehicle to the new location. I learned in this review of the negatives (a long and tedious process with a bright light) that negative do not survive forever and regardless of how you keep them they deteriorate. I viewed negatives given to my by parents - taken in 1958 with my prom dress (some of the 1st color film used). Not only do the pictured loose their color and fade, but so do the negatives. Georger I have other things to do right now and the most important is my health, but I will tell you- that you are totally out of line. I did take that photo in 1979 in SLC. I don't remember which camera I took it with. It is right there with all of my other photos, carefully put into albums all dated and I have the negative. Yes, he went into the FBI office in-person and gave them a notarized statement. It is my understanding that Agent Carr did call him and ask him some questions. I got upset with Carrs because he was in the forum at that time and refers back to a statement about having looked for the hotel registration. HIS post was BEFORE the night clerk went into the FBI office. In the night clerks statement he provided the pertinent information about the hotel. The night clerk is still in the states - but it is the JOB of the FBI to investigate his statement - NOT me. ALL I know is what I was told - I do not have ACCESS to the FBI records to investigate his claim.

Georger is the one who keeps talking CIA and FBI. I just know things told to me by people who knew Duane including some in his family. Anyone with involvement in covert actions of any kind are NOT going to stand out there and wave a flag saying here I am. How many of the individuals involved in the covert groups of the 60's are known to this date. Some of them are, but what about the errand boys and those that did a lot of the dirty work. There are many that died without coming forward and believed in their cause till they died. Most if not all are deceased now - so we only have the rumors or the stories they left behind. I am just not able to dig thru the files to pull up a few names, but some of them have been talked about in this forum...in relation to CIA. In the other thread we spoke about some involved with the Cuban crisis and JFK. Some are know to us - but other who were involved just went back to their lives. We know that JMWave existed and it's involvement in Cuba and other things - I have W-2's from two of these companies..after 1968. How many were under the name John Collins that the FBI will NOT share with me. The FBI is the only one with the access to certain records which the FBI refused to pull or simply were not interested in for whatever reason...When someone can pull out the things I have about Duane and the FBI does not come forward and explain why this suspect could not be Cooper that smells like garbage to me. (What evidence does the FBI have that Weber was NOT Cooper). If they have proof he was not Cooper WHY haven't they come forward with that proof. I have given the FBI names and dates and documents - all they had to do was use their system to verifiy employment ( there are yrs of SS under John Collins and other names I provided to the FBI). A simple pulling of records - that the government only has access to, could end this forever. Why would they not do it just to put it behind them - maybe I didn't give the information to the right person. The FBI could have gotten rid of me yrs ago by divulging to me Duane's name used and employment records for 1944- 1950 (on one name they will and would have found dual reporting of earned income) and also from 1962 - thru 1978, Yet, they didn't do that - ask yourself WHY? Why did they NOT acknowledge that Duane was indeed in McNeil and was in the Army? Why did the FBI agent lie to me and then when I went public they had to admit to what I did know. Also note that his prison records for Jefferson are all but sealed - they have NOT been accessible - I tried for yrs to get them - I had someone go there with a letter on my behalf - I pleaded with the FBI about those records for 13 yrs. Also remember that Carr promised to send me those records - he did not do so. If they have proof that what I am saying is not true - don't you think they would have come forward yrs ago? They offered ne NO evidence to support their claim - except for DNA which was compromised. They couldn't or didn't want to find the butts - the only valid DNA. They kept a lid on the sack Cooper carried on - the FBI just doesn't talk about it. WHY? When I told the FBI what I had been told about the tie - suddenly 10's of 1000's of pictures previously open to the public were sealed and remain sealed, but were open for public viewing until I told them the story behind the tie - I quit believing in truth and justice when this happened. Carr would never have admitted to the sack if it had not been my bringing it up and then he never addressed any questions about that sack. I think he acknowledge only after I mentioned it that there was a sack and told us the size sack.

I keep the facts of the case better than most of you do. When I error I acknowledge I have done so. I make no accusations and do not knowingly tell a lie - if I am repeating something someone else said that is misunderstood - that could be construed as a lie in the minds of some indivduals who DO NOT know me and have never met me. As for rumors -I try to stifle them. Such as some of the things said: You (Georger) are the one who has brought up that the man in the SLC picture could be CIA or FBI - it was NOT me (Jo Weber) making that statement. I do NOT take the basics and twist them - I look at them in a more simple way without all of the analyzing done by yourself and others. I have NO strategy - I tell NO lies. I accuse no one. I am looking for answers - but I simplifiy what I read and see and hear regarding Cooper with what I know about Duane Weber. If you REALLY wanted to help you would try to REALLY find out who the man was in the photo taken at SLC. If you REALLY wanted to solve this crime rather than to disfuse anything I say - you would be doing things to SOLVE the case and not making posts to demean my words or what I have tried to tell the forum and the public.
