That picture is linked in some way to Duane's past - Duane didn't make those items appear ( the ticket, the stub and the bag) like magic and he didn't make them - so if Duane is not Cooper ---who did he know who may have been - or who did he take them off of? Sure didn't expect that from you Orange. It was very interesting and took me places I have visited without making the connection I was looking for. Some of the same names came up that have resounded from articles Snowmman posted and things I have made inquiries about before. I only remember bits and pieces of some comments from many years ago, I noted that Wayne Webb was mentioned, but I checked him out yrs ago - and he died not too long ago. Was well known and loved in his community. I only mention Webb in passing as someone I have checked out several times in the last 13 yrs . Got some interesting pictures of Webb...but he was definitely NOT Cooper. It was an interesting diversion regarding an good man. Hogg was too young and Paperlegs too old. This thing keeps going back to Marana - and CIA doesn't it? "It was just balloons" and "skyhook" - part of a conversation. Still can't find the "rodeo man" I am looking for. This man had some American Indian blood in him - mention of a reservation. An area around Pyramid Lake comes into this - but I explored that and got NO WHERE. Then there is the BAD Roach or Roche - Az, Tx, Casa Grande and Ca and could kill you with one hand are memories of a conversation from a different time. I do know that if Duane was not Cooper he knew who was and he knew the man well enough to be able to steal his "Stuff". The only way he could have pulled that off is if the man didn't know his real name and was known only to him as John Collins..from 1962 to 1968 or from another alias used from 1945 to 1949. It is also possible that the items Duane had were the "booty" from a miscellaneous break into a home - but, supposedly Duane wasn't very good at not getting caught - which was evident from his spending all those yrs in prison. I am trying to be VERY objective - That old Ghost Town - full of Antiques in AL or GA near Ft. Benning - a man Duane's age whose conversation was kept out of my reach - I don't have a name for him - but I thought it was something like Cap or Sarg...a military nickname. For Georger I Am Sorry, I thought the email was directed at me - with all of the quotes and copies of replies we use it is hard to tell - I used to not do " reply" and it saved space. Then later because others might not know what post I was referring to - I started doing "quotes" from the post I was answering. I was surprised that the guy on the ramp was an old guy. It was funny how stiff he was. I looked closely at all the kickers on the plane, and I don't think the old guy was on the plane during any of the drops. I'm thinking he may have just been some part of the ground support. purpose: I think the camera crew came around, and they asked for a demo and everyone thought was stupid, and so they sent Old Joe down the slide, and Old Joe didn't know why so he tried to act serious with his hands at his side etc. Reply> See attached. Thanks that was what I wanted to see - That first jumper - I don't see what kept that Chute from being damaged - I am sure it was not as close to the plane as it appeared. I had tried to stop the film to get a better look at that man - the V neck tee shirt caught my attention and he didn't have a chute on. I remembered Duane would not wear anything but a V neck and they were really hard to find at one time. Must have been the "thing" for men of that generation. Was that man just demonstrating something or what? He didn't have a chute on - wonder what the purpose of the exercise was. Thank You, Wish I was the Crazy Lady in the Bar instead of this one sitting at this key board. Interesting that you guys have brought up Tina's description of Cooper - comb back versus comb over - wonder if she knew the diffence? Surely she did. I agree with the thinking on Gossett, but the thing about his going to see someone he worked with and the statement about leaving prints on the plane - Galen know this bugs me - because of the story I had told about the dream Duane had in 1978 while we were living in Denver. His suspect goes to his superior (friend) not to long after that with a question. Gossett was in Salt Lake City around 1979 when we were there and I still cannot find the identity of that man whose picture I was instructed to take. WHY is it such a secret with the Church? WHY won't they reveal the roster for the Business Center and Vistor Center for that yr? Anyone know where Mesa, Or is or is there such a place?

Sorry Georger - I was talking tides in relation to the money find. The location closer to shore or 20 ft away and why it would be wet at the spot I was shown. Aren't you guys forgetting something. I don't live in WA., but the Columbia at the point of Tena's bar is subject tides - right. The child you all speak of was just that a very small child - If I remember right she was 5 yrs old. I don't know if my contact numbers for Brian and the wife he divorced (that wife recieved some of the bills in the divorce settlement) is still valid, but if I feel like it this week-end I will try to make contact with them and see if they are willilng to shed any light on all of this. The wife who divorced Brian yrs ago - has posted in other forums. Brian keeps a lower profile. I know I tried to contact the ex-wife at the number I had for her a few months ago - and it was a NO go. She has a different take on the whole thing - but it is just things she was told over the yrs. Still a lot of Cooper WannaBe's out there. What does "squiding" mean? I wish there was a way of knowing the names of all of the individuals in that clip. The man who was lying on his back with his chin up - not really very clear. Wish it was possible to put it on a DVD so I could play it and freeze certain frames and then have them enhanced. Just curious as to if we could get more details on the individuals. Would be great if someone who was actually in that clip was still alive - and able to talk about it. You know they had MORE film as they only used a small portion in the finished product. Jo, honest question. Has it ever occurred to you that maybe he was telling the truth when he said they didn't mean anything? That you are adding 2 + 2 and arriving at 7? Every so often I find old ticket foils or boarding pass stubs from flights. To someone else they may look as if I have kept them purposefully, when in actual fact they just got put somewhere accidentally and never got chucked out. ---------------------------------------- Orange if that was the case WHY did he retrieve the stub from the trash can at the office after he told me to throw it away. I don't have a clue what happened to the bag. The airline ticket shows up in 1994 in a box at the house and that same old expression - It used to mean something but doesn't mean anything anymore. Then Poof it disappears and then reappears in his sock drawer and then it disappeared for good. Note when he dung that ticket out his leg was in a cast. He really wanted that ticket for some reason? I think he rehid it in the garage with the flea market stuff and I had a garage sale and the girls sold the book that wasn't a book and what was in it after he told her to put it aside. He was UPSET. She claimed she didn'ty know what happened to the book , but Duane went all over that garage and it was not there. He was too ill when he got home from Dialysis and I had already tore the gargage up looking for a book that wasn't a book that I didn't know existed. CA called tonight - they want to talk to me tomorrow. Remember that early in the day I had said "Just put it in Gods hands". We are supposed to have a 3 way converation at noon . I was straight up with them that the story is NOT written and I do not have a clue what it is worth and that I didn't want it to be a dirty movie or one that goes into the covert end too far. I also feel that if they want the story they need to do some reserach - fill in the yrs 1944 - 1950 and 1965 to 1968. and find out who the man is in the picture at S:C/ Why the man in Mobille threathened me and what was his connection with TW. and Jm.Wave. Sounds boring to me - one woman battlelilng a batallion of computer geegs about Cooper day in and day out. All the movies I have seen make no sense at all. The shoot all the scence and then just miix them up in a saladshooter and it ins up SALAD FIXINGS. But it does not hurt to talk --- will see what happnes. I am tired of the battle. You said that was the SOF magazine from 1994. The jumper with the nuke. Right? So he's looking at that magazine in 1994 and Duane dies in 1995. It's hard to believe that a real Cooper, who survived, would be reading Soldier of Fortune in 1994, and save one issue, that had to do with parachuting with a nuke. Why would that make sense? I don't know - just stating a fact. That was all the bank brought out to me and all they said was in the box. I believe he may have had other things in there but where did they go - I don't know. Because he had the safety deposit box - why was the airline ticket in the box at the house? The stub and bag I saw in 1990 - the ticket in 1994. If I understood it - I would know what that magazine meant. I have read it from cover to cover trying to find out why it was important enough to put in a safety deposit box. I have read all of the articles and ads - nothing is marked in the magazine. There was an article with the name of several men - all of who died in Vietnam. Lots of other stories - one about the American Rifle Association - Duane had a membership card for the ARA in his hidden wallet under the name John Collins. Unfortunately I don't know what happened to the bag, the stub or the ticket. I have found a safe deposit box I didn't know about, but I told the FBI about it and I have not been able to get any information from the bank which no longer exists. I found a box early on after he died and all that was in it was the magazine with - the one with the man jumping with the barrel between his legs. If there was anything else in that box - which the bank entered for me as I was not listed, but had the will - it was never disclosed to me, but this was before I knew anything about Cooper. I was told the magazine was ALL that was in the box. Seems odd to have a box with nothing but a magazine in it. I think the reciept I found was from the same bank - but, I am going to check it out. I don't know where the man is that bought the van - maybe he has had a change of heart - I think he feared prosecution and may have found 'something". If I could find him and promise not to prosecute if he will tell me if there was anything else in that van - he would probably want the same from the FBI. I expect from what I have been told by Jim's friend that there was money in the van (not 20's). The other thing is finding out who the man is in that picture taken in Salt Lake City - probably the only lead I have. If it is WHO I think it is - I have to prove it...that will require going public again. Any advise will be appreciated. Also to prove where he was from 1944- 1950 and also from 1962 to 1966. I just know that he said - He put an amount money in a bucket and he couldn't find the bucket. I assume he meant he couldn't find the bucket when we were there in 1979 - the old house or cabin that used to be there was gone. So how long had the cabin and bucket been gone and how long had the money been gone? REMEMBER - that anything I mention about the MONEY is speculation in relation to the things he said and the places he took me. He threw that sack in the Columbia - in Sept of 1979 - The money was not found until Feb of 1980. If some of the money was in that sack - WHERE WAS IT FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS? Remember he disappeared more than once. If that money was exposed to daylight for very long it would have been found long before it was. I would think that if money was wet and then exposed to sunlight it would do all sorts of things. Remember my under the sink tests with soil removed from around my azaleas and mason jars and 1 dollar bills? Also had one in the window sill (shaded area). Remember I put rubber bands in there also. I also put some of the bills and rubber bands under soil in a pan on the deck (lots of shade). I never thought about exposing them to sun light afterwards. The one in the window sill was lighter, but it may have been lighter when I put it in there. In the soil - they were a mess, but still intact. I will pull the letter (long one written to me by the brother). He made statements in that letter that are confusing and could be interperted different ways - the yrs. He talks about Duane living with Ma Weber and being run out by him - and mentions the floozies Duane brought home (by all correlations Dad was deceased at that time). If the information I have is correct - Duane would have been in prison when she died (but the prison record is very confusing -more confusing than the letter sent to me by the brother). Duane was also there in the 40's after he left the Army. So you can see that the windows of opportunity is listed twice - but it is unclear which time span the brother is noting. I suppose I need to put that prison record on the forum so that someone who has more knowledge of these things can interpert what all the dates mean. He could have been out on a release program and at his mothers and not fully released until a later date. The Interment papers he had - one showed sensored (his dad's) so he was definitely in prison at that time. Mom's doesn't have that stamped on it. Since the letter states he was living with Ma Weber that would make him there between 1957 to mid 1960. I would think any exposure from 1943 to 1950 may not apply. The brother would have to be talking about 1957- 1960. I do not know if I was looking at the letter when I made that post - but, as I said before - I never expected that every word I say would be analyzed. I do truely not know the dates of employment of the brother with Boeing. He may well have retired from Boeing for all I know. I will try to pull the letter. Orange I don't have a clue what you are talking about - justifications? What are they. Have I violated some rule? If I have then I need for someone to spell it out. By the way - I do know for a fact that Duane had access to - what was in those designs and schematics. What was put on line is elementary to what Duane had access to. I didn't see them but I was told about them and the source was the brother himself. You may be referencing when the 727 first rolled out - do you know how many yrs were put into the design and the idea and how many "what I call prototypes" were developed on paper in the previous yrs? I take the brother at his word. He was after all a Boeing advisor for 6 yrs during the war. How many other yrs and in what capacity I did not ask. Nor did the FBI ask. Georger: It doesn't make sense to use only one Control - when the witnesses did not agree with the artist. The FBI composites I deposited were copies actually sent to me by the FBI - and the one without glasses has decent detail. I can scan it at the highest resolution but I would have to send it to another address other than thru the site as they limited the resolution. Seems only fair to use ALL of the composites if the guy can do that and not just the "Bing Crosby" composite as the witnesses NEVER agreed to that composite and it was one of their constant beefs. I did not take it as an attack. ===================== Like Whuffo stating the Web site items that where incorrect. I am not a private eye nor a profession researcher - I throw things out there that have more validity than what most throw out...I did not know I was in a court of law and had to be 100% correct 100% of the time. Again - he took no more than the policy would cover reegardless of the AMT. ======================= I would later refute that statement - I thought Pyramid Life was a subsidiary of Global Indementity, but would later be told no - Never found any proof one way or the other. Both had offices in the same area and you will find that insurance agents share information. ======================= I have tried to do that - but remember - I am a human being and not on a witness stand. There were towers (like guard towers) and lots of gold colors. I was NOT told what they were of - but from the conversation it was someplace that they both were at - because of the conversation which they kept brief. I now believe those towers to have been a prison or encampment, but not a regular prison. Duane asked about "TW's" first wife - TW said she had died - there were grown children from that first wife. He had remarried and had a couple of Cookie Crumb Crushers in 1980. I did not know TW's age - I am not good at judging age of oriental individuals. They were both very careful what was said in front of his wife and me. They were friends but in a strange way that I didn't comprehend...caring, knowing, secretive, protective - honor for one another. I have some conjectures about this, but that is all. TW died a few yrs ago, but I did not question his widow because she knew NO more than I did about the past of these two. In 1980 if the wife was deceased and the kids grown that meant that Duane knew TW in the 60's. There was another man around the same time - (TW, this man and Duane knew each other) - the other name and the man who told me "If you want to be around to play with your Grandkids - destroy everything you have and do not look back - Duane knew people in HIGH places." He was nervous and didn't want to talk to me when I called him - this is all he told me in 1996. I have conjectured and imagined all kinds of things from what transpired above...but it is only that Conjecture and guesses - Mafia, foreign families interred in prisons, ex-cons (I can assure you that TW was not an excon) - whatever it was came from a connection between 1962 and 1969...the yrs of John Collins. That is the one common thread. These are the missing yrs - the yrs of TW and the man who warned me. What were these 3 men involved in that was secret? Others were mentioned. but I didn't have a reason to remember names. I remember what I see - like roling a camera back. I AM NOT saying these guys were involved in Cooper, but they shared secrets. The FBI has refused to tell me if they knew who TW and man with the warning was and what Duane's connection to them was. Obviously the FBI never questioned them.
