    Used BOC ripcord through AFF and transitioned to throw out PC after that during the consols (UK AFF). But I have a question... for those using throw out PC during AFF, where is the AFFI's second deployment handle (required in the BPA ops manual and I assume it is the same for the USPA) and how does that work?     This reminds me of a legendary announcement on a military R&R flight back from Bosnia to the UK in the mid-90s... As the plane taxis in at RAF Brize Norton, the pilot comes on the intercom and says "welcome back to the UK. For all you ladies on board that means that you are all officially ugly again..."     I agree with your point about doing multiple disciplines - why tie yourself down? But I am slightly doubtful about being capable at FF, FS and CF with only 50-100 jumps!! It takes longer than that to get to a decent (read 'safe') standard with any of them IMHO! Of course the other thing is that there is no hurry! A year on FS, maybe work on FF the following year, throw in 6 months working on the CF...     Now there's an oxymoron! 'Journalistic Integrity'!! I would chuckle at the expense of anyone who could seriously string those two words together! Consider that the 'news' is written by people, and people are inevitably biased one way or the other on anything in which they gain a real interest / knowledge - such as a story that they are writing. No matter how much personal integrity they try to engage their bias WILL come out - or they will go so far in trying to prevent it that the article will be biased the other way. Add to that the sad fact that bad news sells, and every story in every news source on paper, screen or cyberspace will be biased...
