  1. I'd be willing to bet they think he's being fired (recommended for termination) because of the article he wrote, which isn't the case.
  2. I'm glad all this attention brought the real issue forward. I read the paper he wrote that started the whole thing and I totally support his right to free speech. I also remember thinking: this guy is out there, WAY out there. Turns out he was not even qualified for his position or tenure in the first place. CU just wanted to have a respected (at the time) Native American on staff, so they circumvented their tenure procedures. Hopefully, they will learn their lesson and make sure their procedures are followed and hire and retain qualified and quality professors. Moral of the story: Sometimes the squeaky wheel doesn't get the grease. It gets pulled the fuck off and thrown in the dumpster.
  3. I specifically recall saying KEEP THE RUBBER SIDE DOWN. Dope. Glad you're ok.
  4. Long distance relationships are awesome - provided you are looking to enter a "relationship" with someone that is not available.
  5. Hell yes! I've been counting the days. Now if they would just teach people how to drive............
  6. That'll teach the little fucker not to steal other peoples candy.
  7. Totally. Its the only porn where my dick is bigger than the "performers"
  8. Its not possible to win or lose a war with an intangible object.
  9. If there was an award for the best spin of the year, that would have to be in the running.
  10. My dog loves "pupcicles" in the summer. They come in a plastic cup and look just like the ice cream containers you get in the hospital. You just pull the top off and set it down. Usually takes him a few minutes to lick it up. These do not smell or taste particularly like ice cream. I think they are just a frozen puree of dog biscuits.
  11. If your first post was just a joke, I'm a total moron. If it wasn't, NASTY!!!!! There are no puppies in SC. People in there don't like puppies, or anything for that matter.
  12. Wouldn't bother, because I really don't care. You want to lick dog ass, go right ahead. Doesn't hurt or concern anyone but you. Its your choice. What makes me sad is what you could be doing to your puppy. Poor thing would drink antifreeze if you gave it to her. Treat her good and she'll be around and healthy a lot longer than if you make her a fat ice cream eating slob with diabetes (yes, dogs can be diabetic).
  13. Bolding mine. Dogs also commonly carry a bacteria that causes something called giardia.http://www.doh.wa.gov/Topics/giardia.htm This will make you sick as shit for a good long while. Laugh it off if you want and continue to put your mouth in your dog's ass. You know its bad for you and for your dog (the ice cream). I hope you post here if you get giardia or if your dog gets pancreatitis. I will happily chime in with a nice going dumb ass.
  14. Ice cream is NOT good for your dog. If it was petsmart would have an aisle of special doggie ice cream. They don't. They have DOG food and DOG treats. Dogs have different nutritional needs than humans do. They should not eat "people food". The occasional table scrap of chicken or steak is fine, but sweets? And you should NEVER put dog saliva in your mouth. Dogs can carry rabies, tetnus, and other diseases. Their mouths are NOT clean.
  15. That is just NASTY. 1. Pancreatitis. There is a reason pet stores sell DOG food. 2. Rabies, tetnus, etc. I hope your dog has had all its shots. 3. Your dog wipes its ass with its tongue. NASTY!!!! 4. Ice cream is not good for your dog. If you really love the dog you will treat it as good as possible, which means keeping it on a good diet. Its a dog, not a baby. 5. NASTY!!!!
  16. I think you should put a space or two between your posts and your sig line.
  17. Can you verify that? I can't believe Goodyear would allow that to happen. Here is the tech data for the tires that are supposed to be used at Pocono: Tire: Goodyear Eagle Speedway Radials Number of Tires: Left-side -- 1,500; Right-side -- 1,500 Tire Codes: Left-side -- D-4028; Right-side -- D-4032 Tire Circumference: Left-side -- 87.4 in. Right-side -- 88.7 in. Technical Inspection Inflation: Left Front -- 26 psi; Left Rear -- 26 psi; Right Front -- 36 psi; Right Rear -- 36 psi Minimum Recommended Inflation: Left Front -- 20 psi; Left Rear -- 18 psi; > Right Front -- 34 psi; Right Rear -- 31 psi
  18. I would prefer it too, but its just not reality. I think being in Iraq, on a mission you believe in, gives someone a better perspective and greater sense of reality than making judgements from the couch by reading a newspaper or a website. No question about it. If you start to question yourself, bad things can happen to you and those around you. Its important for the people on the ground to be 100 percent in to what they are doing.
  19. I would prefer it too, but its just not reality.
  20. I'm not saying they don't. Psychologically, I would expect that. Its their job. Their life. Been there and done that. That said, I stand by my assertion that the troops and the missions, policies and wars are seperate and distinct. I can support either while not supporting the other.
  21. Too soft, I say. I say strip of commission, dishonorable and throw some time there too, at a minimum. I agree. Just letting the guy go is too light. You give up the right to decide what you feel like doing or not doing when you raise your right hand and take the oath. You lose the right to an opinion. This guy is completely abandoning his duty and that should come with a price.
  22. Couldn't disagree more. Troops don't set foreign policy. Which is why when troops are assigned a mission to execute that policy, supporting them means supporting their successful completion of the mission. That is why they exist. We'll just have to agree to disagree. Troops are just a tool. I don't like armed robbery but its not because of the gun, its because of the person employing the gun. Troops are much the same in that they have no choice in how they will be used. While I may disagree completely with the manner in which the troops are being used, I understand that they are in a situation not of their own making. They have a job to do and they will get it done.
  23. Flying jets into the world trade centers and killing thousands was a massacre. The actions of the US in Afghanistan was a measured response. There is still much to be done there. In case you missed it, OBL is still around.
  24. Couldn't disagree more. Troops don't set foreign policy. Troops don't get to decide which wars to fight. Troops don't get to decide which battles to fight. Troops get to open wide and try to drink the ocean of shit coming downhill in the firehose. Period. I support the troops 100%. I support the war (Iraq not Afghanistan) 0% Thanks for your service. I hope in some meager way you get 1/100th from your country of what you have given to it. All I can offer is my sincerest thanks.
