Anyone ever been to Skydive Peru? I will be in Peru for 10 days next week and want to know if it would be worthwhile to go an do a jump or two there.....

Kauai is beautiful......you will have a great time SCUBA diving but certainly try to do a jump if you can. Book it early in the morning when winds are not a factor and then enjoy SCUBA the rest of the day.

Most stores have a policy that anything over a certain dollar amount requires a signature check. This is especially true at a store like Best Buy that sells expensive electronics. I am sure it is their policy to check.....the stupid uneducated 19 old know nothing minimum wage clerk probably forgot. That is why I don't shop there.....I agree "fuck 'em".

I love my Spectre for WS. I almost got a Sabre2 but after doing a few Demo's on a Spectre I was sold. Great openings and no issues if opening in line twists.

Totally agree with Jarno. Why is everyone focused on whether it was a "record" or not? ...it just looked like a fun event that got some positive media attention. BTW, the Skysisters website is quite nice....check it out: http://www.skysisters.com.au ...I love the intro when the chicks sprout wings.

Oh shit that's right....Purple Mike does not shoot video he just is in videos! No worries....we will flock again this summer with video. Justin, Nik, Lurch and others have cameras. I broke mine out last weekend for the first time in a while but the damn thing is on the fritz. See you in the skies soon.

You will definitely have to join us this summer for some flocking. It was awesome to see 5 or 6 first flights this weekend at J-Town...I think the New England flock is going to grow considerably this summer. The "Flock U" crew will definitely be back to Orange this summer but see if you can come and join us a few times at Pepperell....we will be there most weekends. Blue skies and welcome to your new addiction.

Unfortunately much of the area is a little flooded due to a week of heavy rain. Pepperell does not have a swoop pond....Pepperell now IS a swoop pond! They should be all dried out by next week though. And as soon as Voodew and the Texas birds are done with our Otter after their event this weekend we will have our plane back. Justin and I tried to book flights this weekend to get down there but due to school vacation week there were 0 seats available on any flight Sunday. Oh well....next time. For this weekend slightly soggy New England will have to do!

So....I see they are trying to get their flock on at SD Orange.....who is going to come and play at the "other" Orange this weekend? New England weather also supposed to be pretty nice! Finally!
