We talked about this in another thread. I personally don't think its gonna happen- its against everything we know to land without a parachute, I don't believe too many will want to try,. Water wouldnt work too well I dont believe... Ever wad it while waterskiing? Painful...and thats not even as fast as a wingsuit would be moving forward. If it were attempted, I still think the best idea might be to find a powdery, open, and consistently sloped area of a ski resort. You would definitely have to have some frontal body protection (a sled? ) though. Loic Jean-Albert did a wingsuit flight down a mountain in Crosswind, but its hard to tell how far AGL he was...anyone know? Maybe he's onto something there...but like I said, I don't think its gonna happen anytime soon. Just my .02.... Going back to FLORIDA!!!! Gas is cheaper, good weather, beaches, lots of skydiving, lots of flying, etc., etc., etc.....

Don't worry, Slappie....if not having a rig, and not having money, and not jumping every day make you a whuffo...then I am too, and so are a lot of people on here. ...and the way it looks, I'm going to be an A-licensed whuffo (whatever that is) for quite some time...I just got another student loan for more money than I can count, and guess what? Once I consolidate all of my student loans, I should be paying them off completely sometime around my 50th fucking birthday. Oh yeah, and my truck won't be paid off for another 3 years, and they tell me I can't live in that box behind the 7-11. So don't worry...you're not the only skydiving whuffo around... Yes, I will vouch for that. I ended up in the ER when I was on a camping trip in the mountains at age 16 for jumping off a 15-20 ft. ledge and hitting the water completely wrong. Also hit a floating log that we were trying to clear. Broke 2 ribs, and 2 fingers (from the log). Very stupid. ...my parents might still have that stupid example of what not to do on video...i wish i had the resources to digitize it... You have GOT to be shitting me..... [Rant] This is even slightly more absurd that the lawsuit I ranted about awhile back. Do these parents actually think that they're going to win this?! This sounds like an idea a small child would come up with. I do not understand how two adult parents could actually believe that a suit like this would stick. There wasnt even traces of this medicine in the little shit's body for god's sake!!!! They didn't know about the side effects? Bullshit. To my knowledge, most acne medications have a bunch of wierd side effects...hell...most medications PERIOD have side-effects- wouldn't they think it might be a good idea just to check and see what they are?! ARRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!! [/Rant] Sorry for the rant, but stupid-ass pointless lawsuits really piss me off.... ...Whatever...anyways....BOOBIES!!!!!!
