  1. I did. Didn't see anything there to discredit him.
  2. without citation and actually attributing it to me. That's just basic writing. I've merely asked you to show that the articles even exist. And good luck showing that I accept "democratic financial talking points" at face value. While you may not be a duck, walking and talking like one does have an impact. According to who? Arianna Huffington? Markos Moulitsas?
  3. Hmm I thought the Iraqui Oil was going to do that. Look! You gotta quit taking the ravings posted on those loony, leftwing, moonbat sites as beacons of truth.
  4. CDIF? You're answering a question that wasn't asked... Where did I say that revenues DIDN'T increase during Clinton's terms? All I stated what that tax receipts were at a record level, AFTER a tax cut. I think you really hit a nerve. Almost all of the rebuttals have contained some effort to go off tangent. Good one.
  5. Interesting world view you got there. We can "strike the child if needed for disciplinary purposes, imprison him/her indefinitely without trial, force him/her to take drugs, undergo humiliating medical examinations or eat certain foods they may find repugnant etc." Or course all this scenarios have major limitations as to way is allowable. Nice job on skirting the issue. While our laws do grant a certain latitude (which seems to be shrinking) for parents to discipline their children, the do not permit parents to actually harm their children. IMO abortion is harmful to an unborn child.
  6. Oh. I thought you were talking about victims. Umm - YOU brought up racism. Hoist by your own red herring. Or perhaps it was a matter of you and Bill intentionally missing the fairly obvious point. Funny how people can fabricate a connection between two separate entities/events/concepts, when there is no direct link (I'm sure you know what I mean) and they can miss some rather obvious connections, too.
  7. You might want to be a little reflective the next time you're inclined to criticize another poster's acuity.
  8. LOL I call BULLSHIT. The drought (actually four separate droughts) is considered the worst drought in this country's history. It lasted 10 years, covering more than 75 percent of the country and affecting 27 states severely. Non-event, indeed.
  9. Yes that's true. But what does that say for your argument? Which arguement is that? That record revenues are not always accompanied by large spikes in the deficit? Or how about the one that the current projected deficit is less than $1000.00 per American?
  10. You mean the drought that preceded it could have been avoided?
  11. Why is it your business? Is it based on a societal construct that says we should defend those who can't defend themselves?
  12. How much does that work out per living American? I think it's about $5.62 each, Give or take $560.00 LOL
  13. You do seem intent on diverting attention away from your nonsensical posts. LOL You keep lobbing them my way. BTW The SS surplus gets gobbled up every year and the total federal debt increased every year of Clinton's presidency. We didn't actually realize a surplus.
  14. You mean we could have prevented it?
  15. How about domestic abuse? None of your business?
  16. Funny how you inferred all that from my post. From another story last week: How much does that work out per living American?
  17. What part of "always" don't you understand? Revenues up..... deficit down. It's basic stuff.
  18. Seems like he summarized the points I been trying to address. Perhaps we could see about re-evaluating the laws effecting them, too.
  19. Oh. I thought you were talking about victims.
  20. It certainly would seem more plausible if it didn't always seem to accompany large spikes in the deficit. Always? Reported last week:
  21. When it's mine or my wife's, I will. In the meantime I'm going to concern myself with my government's bad habit of taking innocent lives of people who are born, weaned, walking, playing, working, talking and learning but who just happen to live over top of our preferred energy source. You mean this?
