    The Perris Otter crash April 22nd, 1992 made our entire industry aware of what not wearing a seat belt would do to jumpers in a crash. Helmets and seat belts would have upped the survivor rate. IMHO

    I would not eliminate all of these types of programs I would have those recipients do some work for it I would combine dozens of programs into a couple The requriments to get this money would be more strict and better monitored (if you try and do any of this today the Dems call you a racists) Today we have people who just live off these programs because they can and if you were living that way, who would you vote for? Who do wealthy folks vote for. Goes both ways.

Will Barry Trotz get the Caps dialed in? Will the Pens flourish or flounder under the new regime? Will the Canucks have a better season with Ryan Miller in goal and get to the playoffs? Will Colorado thrive without Statsny? Will the Blues have more firepower with him and go deep in the playoffs? Will the Hawks get to the finals after doing a slow simmer about the conference final loss? Will the Rangers make a run, or will Montreal or Tampa Bay fight it out in the East with the Pens?
